Sapinian Arms Corporation

The Sapinian Arms Corporation was founded in 1846 in the Cravanian province of Sapin. Founded by Richard J. Harper, Sapinian Arms started as a modest custom-weapons maker with a small plant outside Sevile. A producer of one-of-a-kind hand made and hand engraved firearms, Sapinian Arms was among the finest firearm producers in the land.

Flash forward to the present day, and Sapinian Arms has grown from just a mere custom-weapons creator to a full-scale firearms producer for both civilian and military applications. With nine plants located around the Empire, Sapinian Arms is now Cravan's premier firearms producer and distributor. And now, Sapinian Arms opens to the outside world, asking that foreign nations open their markets for Sapinian Arms' civilian wares and that foreign militaries enlist Sapinian Arms to be their supplier of quality arms.

So please, take a moment to check below and see our international online catalog, which is constantly updated with new, quality weapons. Take a moment to browse through, and remember that Sapinian is just another word for tradition.™

Military Hardware Discount Policies

Military hardware sold to foreign governments have the following discounts applicable to them:

Favored Nation Discount - 10%
Thanks to Cravan's policy of tax breaks to Sapinian Arms and other government suppliers for supplying friendly foreign nations, a discount starting at 10% and increasing at our discretion applies. This discount will be applied after the order is confirmed.

Regional Member Discount - 4%
Thanks to reduced shipping costs due to the Golden Triangle Trade Center located in the heart of Cravna, any shipments made to nations in the Golden Triangle will be given a 4% discount to compensate for this difference.

Note that discounts can be stacked on top of one another, and since 10% and 4% are only the bare minimums for discounts, the price tag for certain nations can only go down from there.

NOTICE: These discounts only apply to military-grade weaponry. All civilian arms are subject to the full stated price.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Military Hardware Ordering Process
Government representatives must state the following when purchasing military-grade merchandise:
-Full Nation Name
-Government Type
-Merchandise purchased and quantity
-Cost (DO YOUR OWN MATH)
Sapinian Arms cannot stress enough that your order WILL NOT be confirmed unless all math is done beforehand, minus applicable discounts which will be determined afterwards.
((OOC: I won't do the math, either, I'll just tell you you get the discount of such-and-such percent and send you off. =P ))
DPR Policy
VERY IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE DPR
The following terms apply to purchasing production rights to a military product. DPR for civilian products are not availiable.
(Nation's) factories are permitted to produce the weapons in question, however Sapinian Arms retains all legal rights to the rifle.
(Nation) may not sell Sapinian weapons produced in (Nation) under any circumstances.
(Nation) may not modify the design without first consulting Sapinian Arms, however arrangements can easily be made to modify the weapon as (Nation) needs.
Sapinian Arms holds the right to cease this agreement at any time.
If any copyright infringement is made upon the rifle, without Sapinian Arms' previous permission, rights to the rifle will be revoked and legal action pursued in an international court.
(Nation) is to agree to not use the weapon against the Libertarian Empire or her allies; violation of this point results in immediate withdrawl of rights to the rifle and legal action pursued from Sapinian Arms, and also a possibility of military or diplomatic action from the government of the Libertarian Empire.
Sapinian Arms holds the right to modify these terms at its discretion.
These regulations apply to all nations who pursue DPR's, however the requirements are much more lax towards close allies of the Empire and agreements more easily negotiated for allied parties.
CS-12 Sidearm
(Cravanian Sidearm-12)
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/sidearms-2.png
Caliber: 4.9x30mm
Action: Delayed Blowback
Overall length: 210mm
Barrel length: 124mm
Weight (composite): 600g (empty); 736g (loaded)
Weight (collector’s): 1,020g (empty); 1,156 (loaded)
Magazine capacity: 16 round clip
Effective Range: 52m
Maximum Range: 70m
Rate of fire: Semi-automatic
Firing Modes: Safe, Semi-automatic
Muzzle Velocity: 695m/s
Muzzle Energy: 408j
Price: $260
Civilian Elite Collectors’ Edition: $400
The CS-12 sidearm was designed by Sapinian Arms to fulfill the need in the Cravanian military for a standard-issue sidearm, as well as create a readily-available civilian semi-automatic pistol prime for collectors. The CS-12 performs efficiently in both respects, serving both as an effective and hard-hitting combat sidearm as well as a beautiful piece of artwork worthy of display in any collector’s case.
The CS-12 operates with a delayed blowback action and double-action trigger, allowing for fast rates of fire early without prior cocking of the action before firing required. The relatively small size of the round allows for accurate sessions of sustained semi-automatic fire with improved accuracy over larger rounds, while it still maintains a hard-hitting punch to take down a man over an effective distance of about 50m.
The CS-12 uses a modular Picatinny rail system underneath the barrel, allowing for both light and laser pointer mounts to be attached of comparable designs to the S5 TacFlash and S6 TacLase shown. The CS-12 can also be mounted with different sights other than the default Patridge type sights, giving it complete customizability.
CPW-15
(Cravanian Personal Defense Weapon-15)
Image (http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/PDWnewcolored-4.png)
Caliber: 4.9x30mm
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt
Overall length (stock retracted): 330mm
Overall length (stock extended): 520mm
Barrel length: 192mm
Weight: 1.6kg unloaded; 1.9kg loaded
Magazine capacity: 30 round clip
Effective Range: 230m
Maximum Range: 400m
Rate of fire: 900~ round/min
Firing Modes: Safe, Semi-automatic, Full-automatic
Muzzle Velocity: 790 m/s
Muzzle Energy: 527j
Price: $680
Created out of a need for a versatile point-defense weapon design in the Cravanian military, the CPW-15 serves well in this role. The CPW-15 is a close cousin of the CR-20 MAR, boasting the same overall composite construction and lightweight characteristics. The CPW-15 also boasts a compact bullpup design, allowing the weapon to retain a larger degree of accuracy over longer distances with its longer barrel while also maintaining an easily concealable body. Its retractable stock adds further to its compact design, allowing the user to deploy the stock for increased accuracy at will.
The weapon is fed by a thirty-round clip of 4.9x30mm CMPC (Cravanian Military Pistol Cartridge) ammunition, adopted as a new indigenous standard ammunition for PDW’s and sidearms. The 4.9x30mm round is similar in design to the 4.6x30mm which inspired it, however it carries a slightly heavier grain bullet and harder-hitting structure.
The CPW-15 operates on a gas-operated, rotating bolt piston-driven action in similar design to that used in the HK-416 and CR-20, however suitably scaled down to size. This allows for much cleaner and more efficient firing, requiring far less cleaning and maintenance to the barrel after longer periods of sustained fire.
The weapon is also fully modular, with top-mounted Picatinny rails allowing a variety of sights to be mounted. The standard Cravanian-style T iron sight can be swapped out for an aperture sight of comparable design at the buyer’s discretion, as well. The weapon also features a port in the lower area of the front of the foregrip, with a space for the mounting of laser pointers, tactical flashlights, or other such accessories. This leaves more room on the upper rail for other attachments and accessories deemed necessary for the mission objectives.
C1210 Combat Shotgun
Image (http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/COMBATshotty.png)
Caliber: 12 Gauge
Action: Gas actuated, semi automatic
Overall length (fixed stock): 880mm
Overall length (retractable stock): 876mm
Overall length (retractable stock, stock retracted): 821mm
Barrel length: 450mm
Weight: 3.4kg
Magazine capacity: Six rounds in internal under-barrel tube magazine
Rate of fire: Semi-Automatic
Firing Modes: Safe, Semi-automatic
Price (Fixed stock): $800
Price (Retractable stock): $850
-Camo detailing: added $60
The C1210 was designed to fulfill the role of CQB shotgun in the Cravanian military, serving both as a room-clearing weapon as well as a longer-range combat shotgun. Featuring a compact retractable stock for military purposes and a fixed stock for both military and civilian applications, the C1210 serves efficiently as a combat shotgun.
The C1210 features a system similar to the Benelli M4/M1014 combat shotgun’s ARGO system, which uses dual, self-cleaning pistons just in front of the chamber to operate opposite the rotating bolt, thus eliminating more complex mechanisms in most other gas-operated weapons. The C1210 is chambered for a 12 gauge cartridge in both 2.75in and 3in sizes. (18.53x69.85mm; 18.53x76.2mm) The shells used for the C1210 can be loaded with several different projectiles, including, but not limited to:
Bird Shot (of various sizes, usually #5)
Buck Shot (of various sizes, usually #1 or #2)
Brenneke slug
Dragon’s Breath
“Beanbag” round
R.I.P. cartridges
Breaching round
Bolo shell
The C1210 uses a ghost-ring aperture sight, but this can be switched for other types of iron sights. The C1210 also features a modular top-mounted Picatinny rail for the mounting of reflex scopes and other optics, as well as accessories such as flashlights and laser sights. With an optical scope or other attachment mounted, the iron sights can still be used for closer-in engagements where the optics would be impractical.
Please note that only fixed stock versions are availiable for civilian purchase, while both fixed and retractable are availiable for military purchase. An extra $120 will be charged for camo coloring, applicable to both military and civilian models.
The C117 UDO is a development upon the C1210 Combat Shotgun, whereas the C117 is essentially a downsized C1210. The C117 is designed specifically to be mounted underneath the barrel of the CR-20, but it is applicable to any assault rifle using the standard Picatinny modular rails underneath the foregrip.
The Sledgehammer is a double-action revolver, requiring no cocking of the hammer before firing. Weight: 3.8kg
Magazine capacity: Four 3in. rounds in internal under-barrel tube magazine; Five 2.75in rounds in internal under-barrel tube magazine
Effective Range: ~50m
The SA1250 is a mainstay civilian shotgun of Sapinian Arms, popular with hunters and trap shooters alike. Its rugged design allows it to be used in all sorts of weather and environments, while its classic style gives it that charm which a firearms enthusiast looks for.
The SA1250 is a modern design with a traditional style wrapped into one package, with numerous features allowing for improved performance. The shotgun utilizes a luminescent orange forward sight, which glows faintly even in the darkest of environments to give the shooter the edge he or she needs to get a bead on their target. The SA1250 is also made primarily to fire birdshot and buckshot, and can easily be fitted with slugs for longer range engagement of game. The SA1250 can also utilise military and police grade rounds in the 12 gauge caliber, pending the legal use of these rounds in the buyers' local area.
SA230 ProSport
Image (http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/rifle-1.png)
Popular Calibers: .22 Hornet, .225 Winchester, .220 Swift, .243 Winchester, .250-3000 Savage, .257 Roberts, .264 Winchester Magnum, .270 Winchester, 7mm Mauser, .300 Savage, .30-06 Springfield, .308 Winchester, .300 H&H Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .338 Winchester Magnum, .35 Remington, .358 Winchester, .375 H&H Magnum, .458 Winchester Magnum, 6.5x55mm ARAM
Action: Bolt-Action
Overall length: 1580mm
Barrel length: 570mm
Weight (wood): 5.2kg w/o scope
Weight (synthetic): 3.9kg w/o scope
Magazine capacity: Five round internal magazine
Effective Range: 750m
Maximum Range: 1300m
Rate of fire: Bolt-Action
Firing Modes: Safe, Single
Price (wood): $640
Price (synthetic): $610
The SA230 of the ProSport series is a premier hunting rifle in Cravan, and among the more popular choices for a hunting firearm throughout the Empire. Its easily modified structure remains a popular selling feature of the weapon, and its modular nature allows it to be chambered in nearly any rifle caliber imaginable.
The SA230 features two main variants, a synthetic stock and a wooden stock, in addition to the sub-variants of each different caliber. The synthetic variant, although more survivable, does not feature custom engravings and other features which the more traditional wooden stock variant has. The synthetic stock is also available in either black or camo, depending on the customer. (black is primarily sold to law enforcement and military customers)
The SA230's simplicity in design and durability make it an effective rifle for use in even the harshest of environments. Its five round internal magazine is designed as such to keep incoming and outgoing substances to a minimum, and to keep the interior of the weapon dry in wet environments. The quick release hatch on the bottom of the magazine is designed with this philosophy in mind, and as such the hatch cover is very thick to keep the interior insulated. When opened to quickly unload the weapon, the internal pieces of the magazine are easily and quickly replaced back into the interior of the weapon, leaving them exposed for only a short time.
The action itself is derived from the Mauser system, allowing the rifle to fire "higher pressure" rounds such as magnum cartridges. Its bolt is unique in that, like the Remington 788, it has nine lugs in three rows in its rear-lugged bolt, and locks at a 60 degree angle when in the open position. This, of course, allows for a more liberal selection of scope mountings and other accessories. The rear-lugged bolt design also gives the rifle a stiffer receiver, thus possibly improving accuracy somewhat.
Sapinian Arms Corporation
Although it is company policy to only sell DPR's to close allies of our government, we have gained specific permission from the Cravanian Department of Trade to waive this requirement as long as the following terms are adhered to:
1. Granatian (is that correct?) factories are permitted to produce the variants in question (standard and carbine), however Sapinian Arms retains the legal rights to the rifle.
2. Granate may not sell CR-20s produced in Granate under any circumstances.
3. Granate may not modify the design without first consulting Sapinian Arms, however arrangements can easily be made to modify the weapon as Granate needs.
4. Sapinian Arms holds the right to cease this agreement at any time. (OOC: Won't happen, though, unless we go to war or something which I don't see happening.)
5. If any copyright infringement is made upon the rifle, without Sapinian Arms' previous permission, rights to the rifle will be revoked and legal action pursued in an international court.
6. Granate is to agree to not use the weapon against the Libertarian Empire or her allies; violation of this point results in immediate withdrawl of rights to the rifle and legal action pursued from Sapinian Arms, and also a possibility of military or diplomatic action from the government of the Libertarian Empire.
7. Sapinian Arms holds the right to modify these terms at its discretion.
Although these requirements may seem steep, we hope this does not discourage you from continuing your pursuit for our rifle. If you agree to these aformentioned terms, the DPR for the Carbine variant and the Standard CR-20 will be brought to a round $120 million USD.
We thank you for your time, and hope you choose Sapinian in the future.
CG80 Heavy Machine Gun
Image (http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/CG80-2.png)
Caliber: 12.7x99mm (.50 BMG)
Action: Gas operated, open bolt
Overall length: 1350mm
Barrel length: 1120mm
Weight: Approx. 25kg
Magazine capacity: Various size belt-fed box magazines
Effective Range: 2,000m
Maximum Range: 2,200m
Rate of fire: ~360 rounds per minute
Firing Modes: Safe, full-auto
Muzzle Velocity: 945m/s
Muzzle Energy: 4356j
Price: $1600
The CG80 was designed to replace the aging M2 HMG on the battlefield, in an attempt to further modernize the Cravanian military. The main goal in designing the CG80 was mobility, something the M2 had not been very famous for with its whopping 38kg load. Made to be a hard hitting yet mobile heavy mounted machine gun, the CG80 is an efficient alternative to its much heavier relative.
The CG80 fires the same .50 caliber BMG round the M2 uses however at a much higher 700 round per minute rate of fire thanks to its gas-actuated piston driven action, much like its smaller cousin the CR-20 Modular Assault Rifle. Its cold-hammer forged steel barrel has a much longer firing life than that of the M2, and combined with the short-stroke piston driven action the weapon is as solid as one can get to compensate for the massive 12.7mm round.
The CG80 uses the same construction materials as the CR-20, and really could be considered an up-sized mounted version of the rifle. Its carbon-reinforced body greatly reduces its weight from the M2, bringing it down from 38kg to just over 25kg. Its durable structure and stable platform make it ideal for quick deployment in even the harshest of environments, thus allowing troops to fortify a position in a much shorter amount of time with a much more reliable weapon.
The CG80 features a Picatinny rail underneath the forearm for the mounting of various accessories. It also features a modular mounting for tripods and other types of fixtures, allowing for a sturdy firing position. The standard tripod itself weighs in at about twenty kilograms, bringing the total weight of a system with tripod to forty-five kilograms. Thus, the CG80 obviously requires a minimum of a two-man crew to operate. When not used in conjunction with a tripod, the CG80 can be mounted on vehicle turrets or it can also be used as a coaxial machine gun on tanks and other armored vehicles, as well as a weapon on helicopters, boats, etc. The CG80 also features a picatinny rail on the top of the weapon, allowing mounting of Cravanian-style aperture sights like those on the CPW-15 and CR-20, however lacking rear prongs to compensate for its performance as more of an area-of-effect weapon. Interchangably, the CG80 can use the C470 LMG sight used on the CR20A2 LMG variant. (pictured)
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/cravanian-styleironsightscopy.png
Cravanian-style Iron Sights
A patented design by Sapinian Arms
Cravanian-style iron sights, first introduced on the CR-20, use a unique design, consisting of three prongs protected by the sights' fiberglass housing. Two prongs sit in the rear housing, sitting on either side of the forward prong which is located in the front housing. When looking down the barrel, the two rear prongs line up alongside the forward prong, thus creating an effective aiming system. The prongs are tipped with tritium, to allow for use in all light environments, and are made with a durable alloy to keep them light and cheap while still strong.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/cravanian-styleironsightsexplain.png
As can be seen in this example from the CR-20, Cravanian-style iron sights are relatively simple in design, and allow for both precision aiming and a wide view of the surrounding area. Cravanian-style iron sights come standard on most modern Cravanian assault weapons, however they can be swapped off for a small fee.
Cravanian-style iron sights are also availiable for foreign rifle designs, and cost is determined on a customer to customer basis. A standard set price for most, however, will range between $10 and $15 million for the rights to mass produce them on foreign rifle designs.
UPDATE: The design of Cravanian-style iron sights have since been updated to include a cover over the rear housing. Please see the CR20A2 for more details. This is the version which is availiable for purchase from now on.
Sapinian Arms Corporation
Although it is company policy to only sell DPR's to close allies of our government, we have gained specific permission from the Cravanian Department of Trade to waive this requirement as long as the following terms are adhered to:
1. Granatian (is that correct?) factories are permitted to produce the variants in question (standard and carbine), however Sapinian Arms retains the legal rights to the rifle.
2. Granate may not sell CR-20s produced in Granate under any circumstances.
3. Granate may not modify the design without first consulting Sapinian Arms, however arrangements can easily be made to modify the weapon as Granate needs.
4. Sapinian Arms holds the right to cease this agreement at any time. (OOC: Won't happen, though, unless we go to war or something which I don't see happening.)
5. If any copyright infringement is made upon the rifle, without Sapinian Arms' previous permission, rights to the rifle will be revoked and legal action pursued in an international court.
6. Granate is to agree to not use the weapon against the Libertarian Empire or her allies; violation of this point results in immediate withdrawl of rights to the rifle and legal action pursued from Sapinian Arms, and also a possibility of military or diplomatic action from the government of the Libertarian Empire.
7. Sapinian Arms holds the right to modify these terms at its discretion.
Although these requirements may seem steep, we hope this does not discourage you from continuing your pursuit for our rifle. If you agree to these aformentioned terms, the DPR for the Carbine variant and the Standard CR-20 will be brought to a round $120 million USD.
We thank you for your time, and hope you choose Sapinian in the future.
Walking slowly into the Cravanian Embassy, the following letter was placed was placed with the Front Clerk by no one other than the Chancellor of the Treasury himself, John Bruce, who observed, much to her bemusement, him write out a Tresury Check to the Cravanian Government, Sign it, and walk out.
"Greetings, attached to this letter overleaf is an order by the Northfordian Government to the Sapinian Arms Corporation. Left here is also a Blank Cheque to your Government, who, we trust, will ensure a suitable amount of funds is alloted to Sapinian arms to start production, who, we will later contact to arrange a payment schedule for this order.
"To: Richard J. Harper III, CEO Sapinian Arms
From: Frank M. Harpers
Having reviewed your product line to a great detail, and having compared it with the Arms Northford presently uses, we have realised not only are our present arms not up to the same standard as the products you are offering, but also there are several gaps in the weapons the Commonwealth presently deploys.
To that end, the Commonwealth has decided, in light of the Northford-Craven Treaty of 2007 (Northfordian Calender), to use Sapinian Arms for all Northfordian Arms Contracts, for both Military and Civilian Government Orders.
Therefore, the Northfordian Government places the following order in an effort to build from Scratch Northfordian Arms Inventories. Considering the large size of this order, the Commonwealth does not expect it to be filled in any particular amount of time, and has henceforth provided a loose guideline of one to two decades for total completion of order.
In the same vein of thought, we have left it to the Cravanian Government to organise payment to start this order, and since the size and length of this order is so big, we assume there are no objections to the Questarian Commonwealth paying over a period of, around 5 years?
The Order list is enclosed for completness and ease of calculating the cost, as well as a 'Total', for easy reading.
Regards,
The Northfordian Department for Defence Aquistions, Joint-Forces Commission,
Northford"
Dear Sir/Miss/ Whomever this may concern,
At this time, the Illiorian Armed forces would like to purchase the Domestic Production Rights for the C1210, C177, SA230 prosport (Synthetic only) and the CG-80. Along with that, the Illiorian Armed Forces, The Illiorian Police Commission, The Illiorian Immigration Control and The Illiorian Securities Department would like to commission Sapinian Arms to design several other weapons, with the list being as follows:
-A submachine gun that can fire the 6.5X55mm round (Possibly based off of the P90 or the MP5N, but must be Silencer Capable)
-A Pistol that can fire 6.5X55mm round (Also must be silencer Capable)
- A General Purpose Machine Gun Based off of the 6.5X55mm Round
Any necessary R&R funds will be transferred in full along with the payment for the DPRs in this current order.
Thank you for your time and your rather nice products,
Nameless Undersecretary of Some secretary of some person in IDRA.
From: Josh Jenkins, Secretary of Foreign Establishments
Dear Sir/Miss,
At this time I have been approved to offer you a rather lucrative deal. The Centrist Demonarchy of Illior is usually incredibly protective of its companies, and in its history has maybe allowed two foreign companies to build factories on Illiorian Soil. At this time, the Illiorian Government would like to have Sapinian arms open two factories in Illior, specifically to produce the guns under License that some of my compatriots have already purchased. After the necessary orders and such have been filled, the factories would be able to be used for foreign exports and whatever other purposes you would like them put towards. If this offer even sounds remotely attractive, Write back, and I'll get down to the specifics.
Mrs. Jessica Swanson, a young and decently pretty brunette woman, watched bewildered as Mr. Bruce left his message, and after leaving she reached for it and carefully read it through. After reading it the first time, she read it a second time to let it fully sink in. Then again, for good measure.
Her hand trembling out of pure awe, she lifted the receiver to the black telephone behind the counter, which sat next to a framed photograph of her and her husband at a local park. She quickly dialed up extension one on the internal phone line, bringing her in direct communication with the ambassador.
"Sir.", she said in a slightly accented English, since living among Northfordians for so long had affected her speech patterns slightly. "You may want to come down and see this before I forward it to the Director of Trade back home."
Twenty Minutes Later
Three knocks sounded on the massive oak door, in quick succession.
"Come in."
The door burst open, and in briskly walked Jacob Lyle, head of the sales division.
"Mr. Harper, sir!", he announced, grinning from ear to ear. He slammed the letter down on Harper's desk, and almost began doing a jig around the room as Harper read it over. Upon reading through the message for the sixth time, Harper stood up and joined Lyle in jubilation. The two men danced arm in arm around the office, singing joyously for Sapinian Arms had made its biggest foreign sale yet.
Finally, the two men regained their composure, and immediately set to work. Walking together through the halls, they began coordinating.
"Jake, get a message composed confirming their order and begin negotiating a payment plan. In the meantime, I'll get on the horn with our facilities in Aurelias and Corsicula about kicking into full gear to produce this order."
"I'm on it, Dick.", he said with zealous enthusiasm. The two split off to perform their assigned tasks, running through the halls at full speed with sport coats and ties flapping in the breeze.
Sapinian Arms greatly appreciates Northford's interest in our firearms, and news of your large order has sent us into jubilation. (quite literally, actually) Your firearms will gradually be produced in two facilities in the Empire, at Corsicula and Aurelias, and should be completed within the alotted twenty years. Approximately 1.6 million firearms of varying types in proportional quantities will be delivered every two months, at least at our best projections.
As for payment of this order, Northford is a most trusted ally of the Empire, and as a result we have gained permission to issue a 20% discount to your order. Payments can be made over the course of five years, with 20% of the total cost made each year. You may either evenly divide the payment with discount over the five years with annual monthly payments, or you may subtract the 20% from the total cost and skip the first year to bring it to four years with monthly payments. Whichever you may find more convenient.
Please know we highly value Northford as a Sapinian customer, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
The order to Illior is hereby confirmed, with 20% discount attached. We thank you heartily for your purchase.
Also note that Sapinian Arms will begin work right away to fill your orders for custom firearms, and we hope to have them finished soon for you.
Sapinian Arms also gladly accepts the offer for two factories to be built on Illiorian soil. If you'd like, we can work out the specifics later, but at the moment it is a go. This will be the first time a Sapinian factory is built on foreign lands, but with how close our nations are I have no doubt that it will be just like home.
CR20A2 Modular Assault Rifle
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/CR-20A2standard-1.png
Variants (http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/CR-20A2new-2.png)
***********************
The CR20A2 was made out of a need for a slightly sturdier, more stable firearm in the Cravanian military. The CR20A1 performed well in Cravanian forces, but not to the standards which Cravanian military authorities had hoped. The military wanted a more robust, stable platform for a standard rifle, and the A2 offers this quite effectively.
The CR20A2 features a solid stock, with springs and recoil dampeners embedded inside like the original. Their effects, however, are increased by the reinforcement of the stock with the force of recoil spread more evenly throughout. The hope, of course, is to improve accuracy even further than with the A1 and provide a suitable base to fire from almost any position without having to rely on certain terrain features. The A2 also features an improved pistol grip, slanted at more of an angle for increased comfort. The pistol grip is also reinforced with the bottom of the grip connected to the stock, increasing the rifle’s durability in the field and adding a small storage space in the tunnel between the stock and the grip.
The CR20A2 features an improved optics package, as well as a sturdier base for mounting the new optics and other various accessories. The main difference between the A1’s optical package and the A2’s optical package is the new C40 Reflex Scope by Sevile OpticTech. The C40 Reflex scope offers increased visibility, using a light blue tint to outline the target. Rangefinders remain similar to those in the C30 scope on the CR20A1. The C40 is interchangeable with the C30 on the CR20A1, thus not requiring operators of the A1 to upgrade completely to the A2. The CR20A2 LMG variant features the CO5 Holographic Sight, which offers a more area-of-effect aiming system to better aid the gunner in offering support fire. In addition, the DMR variant features the C90 long-range telescopic scope, which offers an easy focusing and zooming mechanism with slides instead of dials, thus allowing for fast adjustment. The iron sights on all variants, save the LMG, remain the same, however in further reinforced housings and with an added cover over the rear iron sights for increased durability and to protect the rear prongs.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c381/crave22/CHARGINMAHLAZER/newsights-2.png
The CR20A2 also features more modular Picatinny rails, giving it more possibilities for side-mounting accessories such as lasers and flashlights, freeing up the top for sights and other accessories. The CR20A2’s carbine variant also features a more compact retracting stock, rather than the A1’s folding stock. The carbine has overall been made much lighter and easier for use by vehicle crews and light combatants while still remaining robust enough for Cravanian standards. The CR20A2 itself remains essentially the same weapon functionally as the CR20A1, other than some minor changes with the LMG, DMR, and carbine’s barrels. The CR20A2 is, however, easier to field strip with simplified parts and easily accessible screws.
At this point in time, the A2 is only available to close allies for an upgrade if they are interested. We here at Sapinian Arms apologize for this inconvenience.
Message from Ceasar Vasquez, Design Offices, Artec Arms Corporation
We are interested in utilizing Cravan-style sights as seen in the C20 for a domestic rifle design, currently undergoing prototyping. We'd like input on utilizing and designing the sights on the rifle, for range shooting, field operations, and close-quarters carbine usage. SAC input would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration.
Order confirmed! Have a nice day!
Also, we request to see what rifle the sights are fitted to, as we are curious as to how they are used. Thank you again for your business!
Note: Sapinian Arms Corporation's policy on Domestic Production Rights also applies to the iron sights, however the rifle which they use may be sold to foreign entities as long as they too agree to the terms laid down by Sapinian Arms. We hope this agreement is acceptable.
Sapinian Arms Corporation is a third party corporation that is not directly affiliated with the Cravanian Imperial Military. The Cravanian Imperial Military has a strict policy on distributing weaponry, and thus we operate outside of its influence and are able to sell our products to armed forces and private citizens abroad. We apologize for this inconvenience.
OOC: Damn you, Cravan. The pistol looks almost precisely like what my Desert Seagull is supposed to be like. Also feel free to assume all of those guns are selling like candy in Allanea. I assume the sales limitations do not apply there and all of those guns are marketed to civilians freely?
OOC @Allanea: With the release of the CR20A2, the A1 is now availiable for purchase on the public market. The CR20A2, however, is only availiable for close allies of the Empire and major business partners of SA. (for example Northford, who purchased millions upon millions of firearms not too long ago) :)
