Greetings. The Dontgonearthere Empire has noted with some concern the rather unpleasant military situation your nation is currently in. While Dontgonearthere has issued a statement of its nuetrality in the present Hatarian conflict, we would be willing to discuss with you the prospect of arranging for a transfer of armaments between our nations.
While we do not doubt the capability of the Grestonian armed forces, you no doubt understand all too well that a little extra never hurt anybody.

the raging conflict is at it's end and tomorrow the final push will be taken. The troops of Greston do doubt the capability of ending it tomorrow though and i think if they had some more soilders to fight with they won't be as doubtful.

We recently have gotten some bad news Socail States Union one of the few allies we have left has become an enemy because of friendly fire. Atlantis X was helping us but left because they were nuked.

While we cannot send troops to the conflit, we would be pleased to supply you with material and money in order to assist you in defending your nation, as well as food and so forth in order to maintain your population at a more satisfactory state.
If possible, we would like to invite a Grestonian delegate to attend a confrence in Vladivostok, where the details of our transaction may be worked out.
