The Dictatorship of Gillfish is now opening its borders for those who are interested in creating new diplomatic relations. Gillfish is a small, young nation and as such would like to start diplomatic relations with many Nations, though Gillfish may end diplomatic relations with a Nation if that Nation holds to practises that offend the population or dictator of Gillfish.
The embassy complex currently comprises of enough sections for 50 embassy buildings and each section has space for the following following:
- A building with enough rooms to hold a total embassy population of 120 comfortably. (This includes Diplomatic Staff, Kitchen Staff, Servants, Medical Staff, Pilots and Drivers, Security Staff and Family.)
- An enclosed helipad with doors opening to allow fortake off and landing of helicoptors. One helicopter may be kept here.
- Gardens with sections for pets and flower beds (optional)
- A reinforced bunker for protection against bombs and nuclear fallout
- Emergency Power Supply
- Leisure facilities such as a gym, a pool, a sauna, etc.
- Garage with space for 6 Vehicles
- Electrified Security fence around the perimiter, topped with Razor wire
- Security cameras and alarms
The complex itself is enclosed by a large, electrified security fence topped with razor wire, with one gate at which arrivals and departures will be searched by gaurds and cameras and questioned if deemed necessary. The fence will be constantly guarded at the entrance and at several points along its length at watch towers, equipped with searchlights by armed guards and the complex patrolled by the Gillfishian embassy guards. The complex also has some communal facilities that all Nations and their Staff can use:
- Secure harbour with sea gates (Each Nation has been granted docking facilities for 3 Boats)
- Airfield and secure hangars (these will be gaurded by Gillfishian embassy guards and each Nation has been granted storage facilities for 2 Aircraft & 1 Helicopter)
- Llama enclosure, which childeren of ambassadors can pet.
Under the Gillfishian law of diplomatic relations all Embassies must abide by the following conditions:
1) All Embassy Staff have Diplomatic Immunity to minor crimes, such as small thefts, illegal parking, etc. but major crimes (e.g. murder) may result in the removal of the diplomatic immunity and ejection from the country by the safest route to be carried out by the GEG (Gillfishian Embassy Guards). If such an ejection is not possible, for reasons such as war, then embassy staff will be kept in a secure bunker until such an ejection is possible.
2) All Veichles, Boats, Helicopters and Aircraft may not have any weapons or be stealthed but can be armoured and have communications fitted.
3) Maximum of 60 Security Staff.
4) Only Weapons Permitted are 120 Pistols (not auto or semi-auto), 40 submachine guns and 20 Assualt Rifles (underslund attatched Grenade Launchers are permitted but only with smoke, blind or stun grenades. These may also be carried normally). Guards may carry a combat knife each.
5) When away from the embassy, all embassy staff are required to carry identification which must be shown on demand by any GEG or Gillfishian police force. Diplomatic Immunity will not be granted until identity is confirmed.
6) When away from the embassy, Security Personnel guarding Ambassadors and other embassy staff are permitted to carry a maximum of 1 Assualt Rifle and 2 submachine guns to every 6 Security Personnel.
7) According to the Gillfishian law of diplomatic relations nations who are nations of the Collective Union of States or are permitted to have an extra 10 Security Staff and all security staff may carry fragmentation grenades and use them with their grenade launchers. They may also have 10 sniper rifles but may not take them off embassy grounds.
8) Gillfish has the right to terminate diplomatic relationships with a nation and eject the embassy staff to their home country at any time.
9) Nations may choose to send builders (these will have the same priveleges as normal embassy staff) or designs that they wish their embassy to be built to from their own Nation or allow Gillfishian builders to build their embassy to the "standard" Gillfishian embassy model. All building materials will be supplied.
10) Gillfish can now provide up to two armoured cars and one luxury transport helicotper for Nations unable to do so.
