My country, Liberation Armies, is one of those ever lovely terrorist nations that people love to create. However, I am an experienced player who has decided to come back. I had one of those 99999 bajillion people nations. Those are no fun anymore. Being able to slaughter half the universe makes it harder to enjoy a nice little war with someone--they are afraid you will simply conquer them instead. So I got bored and let my nation die. Years later, I have returned to found a new nation, Liberation Armies. In fact, I founded it today.

Anyways, I am looking for some nations that would be willing to have some host terrorist cells or hidden training camps. These cells are not necesarly for attacking your nation. These cells or camps are also not necesarly stating that you support this terrorist organization. Saying "Yes, you can have some cells in my country" or "Yes, you can have a training camp in my country" is simply stating that you will allow me to have these cells or camps in your country for the purposes of RP. Presumably that would mean that a handful of your citizens will join my cause.

Now, before you get to saying "Yes" or "No," allow me to tell you about what fiends you will be letting in.

History

The Community of Liberation Armies was founded in the 1990s as simply a loose affiliation between a few small, weak terrorist organizations. Members in the Community provide intelligence about various targets around the world, lending soldiers and weapons to support other members. The Community raises, money by trading in illegal drugs. Because of the large amount of nations in the world, there are nations in which producing drugs is legal. The Community then takes these legally made drugs and smuggles them across the globe to generate massive profit margins. The Community then takes this money and provides a share of it to member organizations in return for intelligence, weapons, and footsoldiers.

Some of these weapons and men are kept by the CLA leadership to protect them. The rest are simply distributed to the other member organizations. Because of the requirement that a few men be kept loyal to the CLA as a whole, the CLA is not involved in hardcore ideological terrorism, such as Islamic terrorism. That is, the CLA will not allow, for example, Al-Qaeda to become a member of the CLA. However, the CLA will sell its services to similar organizations.

Although the organization sounds large, considering that it consists of several terrorist organizations beneath it, it is quite small, with perhaps only a thousand members world wide.

Goals

The overall goal of the CLA is to "realize the dream of a democratic world, with freedom of speech, freedom to practice any religion, freedom to choose elected leaders, and free markets." Though this goal will almost certainly never be realized--as the nations of the world are massive and numerous, and the CLA leadership, in some cases, is more interested in cash than the cause--the CLA does work towards it by occasionally fighting in revolutions or simply just terrorizing an area.

(OOC: Well, I'd let you base yourself in my peaceful nation. We are a peaceful people, and hates terrorism, but you sound like freedom fighters who want to fight for freedom and democracy. The United Nations would not want to go and ban such a very useful organization. ;)

Though, I guess you might want in return for my servies, help defend the country of Macavo from Blackshirts and do terror attacks on TPF, ThePeopleFreedom, a country that we believe to be run by facisists, but really, just run by an uber-powerful nation who just was once like you.

It's going to be a hard mission, ...but, I believe...this is what you want. :)

OCC: My people hate terror, that's what happens when multiple nukes go off from terror.

OOC: My terrorist group, The Smokers Union would be interested in allying with you. They were formed after the smoking ban in Honako but soon started focusing on our lack of human rights all together and now want to also become part of the non-elected Commission that rules Honako - they basically want to take over the country and enforce their ideals that people can do whatever they want.

Now recently they started an international war between a large force protecting me and an attacking nation, but soon they will be dissolved, their leader killed and most of their members in a massive gunfight after they invaded a government building. But - whilst they will literally only have a handful of members for a while - they will fastly grow due to public support but will remain largely underground. They also have literally tons of money, because many rich once smoking Honakons secretly funded them for their cause.

This will also allow you to set up a cell here. For the moment no terror attacks may take place in Honako, but when the SU get stronger you can help them smuggle weapons and cigarettes, lend them soliders, and generally assist them in thier terror attacks on Honako and maybe other nations - as some of their ideals are similar to yours.
