The Commonwealth of Schwarzchild has embarked on a massive national clean-up in preparation for a massive airlift by the Royal Commonwealth Air Force.
Ambassador Thomas Lynniston, the Schwarzchild Ambassador to the UN commented, "The Prime Minister has declared the nation of Kelssek's government center as a rubbish dump, and has declared the next full week that all refuse will be dropped onto their government center as a gesture of appreciation for the repeal of international patent law authored by it's national leader. This is done to avoid declaring war, and should be sufficient to express our outrage and disgust with Kelssek."
When asked, Air Chief Marshal Sir Robert Kensington commented, "I have not seen Sir Geoff this angry before, when you think about it, bombing another national leader with bags of last week's rubbish is a pretty strong statement of disgust. Naturally, as a precaution we have elevated our Home Defence status in the interim. This operation is finite, we have a 7 day period and then all forces will stand down."
