...That come up with the perfect recipe to Mint Ice Cream. That's right, good nations of the world. Our current Steward, Seth Mahone has found most of the Reich's regional Mint Ice Cream unappealing. And as it is his favorite dessert, this is most unacceptable!

Therefore, he is offering Ten Trillion dollars in contracts do the nation or corporation that can come up with the perfect recipe for this delicious treat! Terms are as follows:

Said recipe must have the perfect balance of mint and chocolaty goodness
Must have an appealing texture and aroma
Must remain frozen long enough so it does not drip in a most disgraceful manner upon His Graces dinner jacket
And yet must remain warm enough so the ice coldness does not pain His Graces teeth and gums.
And finally, nation must deliver a lifetime supply of this perfect ice cream to his grace in exchange for the funds.

We are looking forward to the results of this competition. Remember, ten trillion dollars is alot of money!

Now just hold on one cotton-pickin' mnute there pardner. This "chef" uses extracts instead of finely flaked vanilla bean shavings and freshly ground peppermint? And food coloring? WTF? I wouldn't give you ten cents for that slop.

If you wish to reconsider, our finest chocolatiers will prepare you a taste treat fit for a King. And we'll do it for free, as Tocrowkia is an ally and a friend.

regards,

Lord Jaques Donatelli, the Emperor's Chief Steward.
