"Comrades! The Supreme Soviet's throaty voice rang out, echoing throughout the crowded square.
"We are free!"
There was a huge roar, red banners, arterial blood crimson in colour, fluttered and waved all around. Hooters were going off everywhere, the people were honouring their glorious Leader's genius with a standing ovation. People cried and danced with joy.
"Comrades!" The man bellowed once more, the amplifying effect of his megaphone raising his voice to the level of a tremendous earthquake.
"We are indepedent! We have fought a long, bitter struggle, but now, on the mounds of our dead, the glorious People's Republic of Adrigrad stands bloodied, proud and FREE!"
The atmosphere was at fever pitch now. Adrigrad was free, independent of the age old Oppressors. Surely things would get better now.

Greetings,

Puerto Pilon would like to congratulate you as well for overcoming your oppressors. We, too, were in a situation much like yours, and it is good to see that another nation has taken the admirable step towards independence.

As such, you are free to establish an embassy in our capital, Geno. If you so desire, we can arrange for the construction of aforementioned embassy as well, because we realize the economic situations some new nations, such as ourselves, are in.

Congratulations, again!
