Adrigrad

"Comrades! The Supreme Soviet's throaty voice rang out, echoing throughout the crowded square.
"We are free!"
There was a huge roar, red banners, arterial blood crimson in colour, fluttered and waved all around. Hooters were going off everywhere, the people were honouring their glorious Leader's genius with a standing ovation. People cried and danced with joy.
"Comrades!" The man bellowed once more, the amplifying effect of his megaphone raising his voice to the level of a tremendous earthquake.
"We are indepedent! We have fought a long, bitter struggle, but now, on the mounds of our dead, the glorious People's Republic of Adrigrad stands bloodied, proud and FREE!"
The atmosphere was at fever pitch now. Adrigrad was free, independent of the age old Oppressors. Surely things would get better now.
-Offical Communique-
Most Noble People of the World,
We, the independent Peoples of the People's Republic of Adrigrad, do hereby stand before you independent of our age old Oppressors.
We hereby declare our indepence from *****. After years of repression, torture and extraordinary bloodshed, we are ready to join the International community as fully functioning members.
Long live Socialism! Long live Communism! Long live the Revolution!
