Introduction
United Nations Weaponary Inc. is the brand new company formed in SilentScope001 with the purpose of promoting new ways to morally defend your nation by following the spirit and the letter of all UN resolutions.
The United Nations is a bastion of all that is nice and good in the world, and we are proud supports of the United Nations, and all its humane international laws. It protects human rights, and therefore, this prestigious insitution offers a path of greatness that other nations will one day follow.
However, the UN is afraid of enemies of international peace and security. We exist to provide these humane defenders of human rights weapons that conform to UN standards and resolutions. Many nations are afraid that the UN places undue limitations on the protection of the NationState from invasion, which is incorrect, as per UN Resolution #110.
DECLARES that all member states have the right to construct and utilize any and all weapons that are necessary to defend their nation from attack, except where previous legislation by this body that is still in effect has placed restrictions on that right.
We have to follow UN resolutions as well, and follow these restrictions, but after hiring many UN lawyers and interveiwing gnomes, we are able to find weapons that would conform to UN resolutions and that would be in demand by both UN and non-UN nations.
Why would you want to buy weapons from us, if you are a non-UN state?
1) You are following UN resolutions, which shows your devotion to practices of the United Nation's holy ideas.
2) You show that you are fighting wars humanely by respecting their rights, which is always nice.

3-DECLARES that such weapons and agents are unnecessary for the defense of a nation, and carry too much risk of collateral damage to be effectively utilized in any capacity;
4-MANDATES that member nations shall not develop, acquire, or possess, such weapons and agents; nor shall member nations assist other nations, organizations, or individuals, in the development, acquisition, or deployment of such weapons and agents, except as provided in Article 7 below;
Delibate: To sap the strength or energy of; enervate.
--Thantos Virsus: With no known cure, this is a very disgusting diease. The virus is kept cultured and given much nutrients in order to surivie. The virsus can usaully be placed within a river in a liquid form, to contimate the water supply, so that when others drink it, they get the diease. Once the virus is inside of a person's body, it starts spreading everyone. It can instantly kills someone within 4 to 6 hours until they get treatment.
The good news is this: This cannot be a biological weapon because, while it is lethal, it is not INFECTIOUS. We gentically engineered the virus so that it cannot be spread by any means other than by water, and once it get injested in the body, it will stay there until it is starved of nutrients (since the body is dead) or annihlated by a cure. This means that this is a totally humane weapon, worthy for the use of the United Nations. After all, infectious dieases are worse than non-infectious dieases, right, and the UN banned the use of infectious dieases as a weapon for a reason!

---Common Cold Virsus: Actually a combination of all known varations of the common cold virsuses, to make sure nobody has been exposed to it previously. Is in a podwery substance. The substance can be spread via the air, and be 'airdropped' upon enemy civilians and military troops, altough the effects of the virsus may backfire and hit your own troops.
The Common Cold is not a biological agent. While it is infectious, the cold is not lethal. The cold is a disease, but it is a minor one. All it does is make people sick. But they are still able to function in day-to-day living, so that this is not a delibating diease. This makes it not a biological weapon.
What it does do however is that it does weaken the morale and the resolve of the enemy. Few people can focus on firing a gun when they got the sniffles. The health care of your foes will be clogged with people demanding relief from the "common cold", which will make people desponsant and tired. You can weaken the enemy with the Common Cold, and then move in to strike with more conventional forces. The enemy wouldn't even notice your use of the non-biological weapon...the common cold is common, and so you can use this rather covertly in striking at your foes. ($25,000 for one dose)
(...Here lies another thing that makes the Thatons Virsus and the Common Cold Virsus very humane: They are both virsues. Virsus are not living at all, therefore, they are not microorganisms. They merely contain RNA and DNA. Since the use of living organisms in warfare is morally wrong, due to the fact that innocent organisms who do not know what they are doing are being manlipauted for doing great harm, but virsuses are fine, due to the fact that they are not living and therefore cannot be fooled, we feel confident that these non-biological weapons can be used without fear of violating international law.)
2) NON-LAND MINE
All nations are advised that landmines are cruel and unnecessary devices to civilian populations of nations around the world. These weapons indiscriminately maim and kill civilian targets. When conflicts end, landmines pose a serious threat to farming and render large portions of land unuseable. The expense and difficulty of removing landmines after hostilities cease means that farmland and other areas might never be useful to populations for any enterprise. For this reason the immediate banning of the use of landmines in conflicts carried out by UN counties is called for.
DEFINING for the purposes of this resolution
- "landmine" as a self-contained explosive device, placed on or under the ground, triggered by a person, tank, other vehicle, timer mechanism, or otherwise, with the intent to deter or disable force movements,
- "minefield" as any area in which landmines are located, or believed to be located,
- "demining" as the process of safely disabling, detonating, or removing landmines, rendering them non-hazardous:
---Air-Mine: This is a mine that has been given hovering technolgy. What this means is that it has anti-grav mangates that makes it levivate from a platform, about 10 centimeters from the ground. So the air-mine is floating above the platform. When anything approaches the platform (which is able to detct movement from about 1 meter away), the air-mine can be activated manually or automatically, exploding the enemy.
The Air-Mine is a self-contained explosie device, and it can be triggered, and it has the intent to deter or disable force movements...BUT it is neither on the ground or under the ground. The self-contained explosive device is floating in the air, so that anybody can see the mine armed and in action. This will prevent civilians from being harmed by the mine, since civilians can ignore the mine. It will also be effective, as the military troops will be unable to see the Air-Mine in time.
It is also easy to 'de-mine' Air-Mines as well, as per Resolution #150. Since one can easily see an Air Mine, the de-mining teams after a war can arrive and deactive the platform, so that the mine no longer floats. De-mining may not even be necessary, due to the fact that it only applies to landmines, and air-mines are exempt. ($10,000 for 100 Air Mines)
---Biological/Chemical (Biochem) Mine : This is a mine that has taken out all of its explosives, and instead, becomes a device by which you can carry biological or chemical products, for military use. It is indeed placed on the ground, BUT, remember that a landmine must be a self-contained explosive device. A Biochem mine has no explosives whatsoever, all it does is release the biological/chemical products when it is activated. No explosives whatsoever. Landmines are bad, but biological/chemical mines are good, since nobody has to suffer from losing arms or legs. There is a very good reason that they banned explosive mines, and we will not want anyone to suffer from explosives...
We however do not want you to place illegal biological weaponary in this biochem mine. That would be illegal and morally wrong!
The mine can be empty for you to placec in all the legal weapons you desire, or we can preload the Non-Biological Weapons we sell in here as well. ($15,000 for 10 Biochem Mines)
3) NON-COMPUTER VIRSUS
PROHIBITS the following practices:
1) The use, spread, and creation without proper safety precautions*, of computer viruses and other similar malicious programs including worms, Trojans, or any other program which damages, or otherwise adversely affects, computer systems; or destroys, damages, manipulates or steals information without authorisation. This excludes security specialists in their attempts to find new ways of defending against viruses, so long as they are creating and using such programs solely for that purpose, and do not use them without the authorisation of the owners of the computer system. They still may not spread them, and they must use proper safety precautions* (*to prevent spread and/or direct damage to computer systems or data in them without the express permission of the owners).
---Authorization.xml: This is a small computer template program that can add some programming code on top of any on computer programs, altough a bit of conversion may be necessary. It has a limited amount of use, and the code is actually kept secret so that you have to pay for constant use.
(Hey, don't blame us for strict licensing! Patent laws might go bye-bye in the UN, and we don't want to lose our totally legal and ethical inventions.)
What it does is that it pops up a question (with some varation nthat you deterimine) when someone downloads a computer program:
"GOOD JOB ON DOWNLOADING THE PROGRAM. HOWEVER, THE PROGRAM WILL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL YOU READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT AND, WHEN YOU ARE READY, CLICK OKAY TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM."
The ToS that is added in here has the usual mumbo-jumbo preventing illegal copying and modding of the program and guiding fair use of said program. However, buried in the terms of service is a little term: "The program, may, at any time, destroys, damages, manipulates or steal information in order to ensure the functioning of this program or to help in the financial success of the programmer, and it will reserve the right to duplicate itself and send to all your friends."
When a person agrees to the Terms of Service, it is obivous that he is consenting to this little term, because everyone reads the Terms of Service before installing a program. He is basically saying, "I love your program, and you know what, I'm willing to let my information get destroyed, damaged, manlipuated or stolen...because it will help you, the programmer, make money." He is therefore giving authorization to the programmer who made the computer programmer, and therefore, this program CANNOT be a Computer Virus.
You will have to provide an incentive for the person to download the Computer Program and risk the program destroying, damaging, manlipuating, or stealing information. Attaching said program alongside a much more popular and in-demand program (like an anti-virus software) is very advisable. If you like any help in getting people to willingly download and install said program, just contact us and we can advise you for a little extra cash. ($10,000 for one year's use of the program)
--Targert+Destroy.exe: This program is a template that can allow for the creation of other computer programs. What these program do is that it goes into the system registery and corrupts only one computer, harming its ability to run anything. This resolution is against the damaging of the computer SYSTEM, but the destruction of a single computer is okay. This program follows safety procedures in making sure that the computer system is not harmed in any way by the destruction of one computer in the network. Data on the computer may be lost, and resources may be wasted to repair the system, but the computer network remains intact, and therefore, this program is not a computer virus, and is very humane. Note that there is a license to Target+Destroy.exe, just like Authorization.xml.
You may use multiple instances of this program to attack mulitple computers, and since you are attacking indivudal computers, and not the Computer System as a whole, this method of warfare is morally allowed. Nobody would want a Computer System to collapse, that would be most immoral. ($20,000 for one year's use of the program)
