Its the 25th of Febuary and its Kansiov's National Day. The country was celebrating their Nation's 245th Birthday, everyone was in a happy mood. The Presidential Motorcade was making its tour around Kansiov City. It turned into Kleist Street, the celebration was turned into a bloodbath.

"Here i am standing on Kleist street and there it is! The President of Kansiov in his Car!" Boom! "What was that?" Gunshots, followed by screams "it seems that there is some ambush on the Motorcade, and oh my God the Presidtential Motorcade took a direct hit, the President is Down i repeat the President is down." Reporter takes cover.

President Killed

Yesterday, the President was killed by a direct hit from an RPG-7 50 meters away from the Motorcade. The killer was not found but 34 Gunmen were killed trying to kill the Soldiers Defending the Motorcade. 14 Policemen, 9 Soldiers and 78 Celebraters were killed in the gun fight. Vice President Glevo is offically the President of Kansiov till the next elections which will be in 3 years time.

Street Fights in Suberbs
27th Febuary

Following the death of the President almost the entire population in the poorer suberbs Rebeled chanting "The President is dead, long live RST Death to the Government!" 34 Rebels and 21 Policemen were killed in a series of Gun Fights in the Suberbs. Marshal Amer calls the Police to be armed with more firepower(AK-47s) and the Army was also called in.

Do you have any idea of the size of the rebel forces; because I would think unless they are huge you would be able to handle the attacks yourself. If not we will purpose the following offers of aid:

- A large medical and food ship to aid your most poorly affected citizens; this will be escorted by two battleships in order to defend it and secure your ports - if flying it in is easier please inform and instead it will come with a small plane force too secure the skies
- 6,000 men and women - though we can increase that amount to up to 15,000 (10,000 armed men) if you feel it is needed. The forces will be a mix of armed forces (4,000), medical workers (1,000) and aid volunteers (1,000). The armed forces if needed will look after your most in dire need of assistance neighbourhoods in your capital, whilst one thousand of them will disperse to other cities to prevent uprising there. We will be willing to co-operate Darkana defence of the airport though will not offer military support.

This offer stands if you cannot handle the attacks.

The Federation of Fallible wishes to send help. However, due to missions elsewhere, we are not prepared to send you the full extent of our military force. Rather, we will be willing to deploy two units of troops totalling 154 men and two of our main battle tanks.
We realise that this may be a small offer comparing it to other Nations but be assured that the Federation of Fallible prides itself on having one of the best trained armies in the world.
That said our Navy will be actively patrolling the area securing your trade routes from attack. We await your reply.

2,000 soilders were sent from the embassy in you're nation to the suberb to police it until the fuss is over

Our Government forces are in FULL retreat from the Capital we still have 27,653 Troops stationed there. Rebel forces could be as high as 70,000+ and our troops are outnumbered 3 to 1. Reports from Kansiov International Airport shows that all Aircraft have taken off however some 879 civilians mostly forgeiners are still inside and the Rebels have taken some parts of the Airport. Only 113 Government troops are defending the Airport and it is surrounded.

Tell your troops at the airport to hold out for as long as they can, I have 1,000 of my soldiers en-route to reinforce them. They'll be coming in planes and will air drop directly onto the site. They should be there in less then a day.

Lastly, I am sending 30 squads of my elite Militis Mortis to the suburbs of Kansiov. They will do their best to cause as much chaos for the enemy as possible.

We feel for your loss. We were placed in a very similar situation in the Eco-Civil war that happened, but we managed to pull through and we know you will too.

We are willing to assist in regaining control of your country by deploying 120 SEALs that have come from the Oslean Spec Ops program, 400 normal soldiers, the Oslean 4th Light Fleet, air support in the form of 40 F-26s and 20 Apaches, M925 FASVs, Bradley IFVs, Humvees, and Abrams Tanks.

We, however, have one problem; we have a lot of friction with the government of Honako as of late. We will try to avoid engagements with Honakon forces within your country but we cannot guarantee there will be no in-fighting.

Although Honako has received no reply for our offer of help, we have begun deployment of our 6,000 men and women - no more has been asked for by you - and pride ourselves in helping your nation get out of this mess. The 37th Marine expeditionary force will conduct Amphibious Assault a 100 miles from the capital.while Fighter and bombers bomb rebel defensive Positions.Then the 12th airborne division will parachute into the capital and recapture and secure government places and from there along wit 37th marines will recapture heavliy defended rebel Territories.And then from the Angaor Air force along wit 18th light infantry division will destory the rebel remants.

High up in the air a small fleet of black transport planes flew toward Kansiov International Airport. Inside the planes, over 1,000 soldiers of the XXII Darkanian Airborn division awaited to hear the orders to jump from the safety of the air and into the war zone below.

The suburbs of Kansiov, eastern edge:

The quiet of the streets was shattered by the rotors of twelve jet-black Mantray utility helicopters swarming over the city. They broke into four groups of three and made their way to different areas of the suburbs. One group went north; one group went west, another group went south, and the last group stayed at the eastern edge. When each of groups reached their destinations, two squads of the Militis Mortis rappelled out of each helicopter and onto the ground. Each member of the squads wore black jumpsuits, a kevlar vest, a kevlar helmet, and a gasmask. Most had the lightweight, but highly effective, Viper IV sub-machine guns as their primary weapon, but some were equipped with the Brigand model VI heavy machine guns, Vorpal XII sniper rifles, and Dragon Fire rocket launchers. As soon as their boots touched the ground the soldiers got to work.

75 km south of Kansiov international Airport:

A group of three Mantray's made their way towards the nearby international airport. Each one held two squads of the Militis Mortis who waited anxiously to begin their mission.

250 km south of Constanta:

Another fleet of Darkanian transport planes headed toward the city of Constanta to reinforce the Kansiov Army.

We, the four MiIlonan conjugates, offer our condolences for the death of your president. We will gladly send whatever troops we can, currently around 150, as our main forces are busy putting down a recent anti-military armed protest. These troops can be assured to fight fanatically for your cause however, and will gladly die for your government. We apologize that we can not offer more support, but the protests take up much of our military resources.

Alright, they let me get on the thing before they sent it, so that's good. Alternatively, we can offer to send around two million fanatical, frenzied, and berserk armed civilians who can be assured to shoot anything they see. Should you know the location of the rebellion's headquarters and major bases, this can turn out a situation that both of our nations, and me, can benefit from. What do you say?
