Today, in the former province of Balkan Peoples', Terre Nationale, an influx of immigrants from neighboring countries, nations, provinces, and down on their luck persons, have granted former Provincial Govenor Jay Blue to make his former province a new nation. A nation of five million strong, five proud million.

Thanks to aid from many foreign nations the economic stature of the Nationalist Dominion of Terre Nationale is massive. Our police system is highly trained and supplied, our commerce is also large, and the military is funded almost equally to commerce, all of these make a massivly succesful country.

So, this is the report of NICMC on the nation of Terre Nationale.
