Even 5% is a little high, especially for a brand-new nation with a growing economy, unless, of course, you want to RP your economy crashing and going into a depression.

The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom will send the following to fortify the medical community is Shalrirorchia during this conflict. These will be MASH Units and will thus be outside of major cities, walled, and protected by the Shazbotdom Marine Corps. These will be non-combat personel designated to the protection of life.

OOC: I was under the impression that 5% was the maximum realistic for standing military, with extention up to like 10% in extreme times of total war where the involved crippling of your economy is better than the alternative of your homes burned to the ground, your women raped, and your fields sowed with salt. Of course, there are various factors that effect this within your nation: I, having a very strong economy and very military cultural background for my people, had a basic rule of thumb for 5% of my pop being in the military; however, this turned out to be unreasonable, as my population grew it got to the point where it was costing a fortune of my taxpayers' money for little extra gain, but I digress. Most heavier military based nations want 2-3%.

I concur. My pop is at 7 billion. Even at 5%, that's 350 million military. Rather ridiculous. 2.5% would be 175 million. Still ridiculous, but workable.

It was the Nationalist Intelligence Network's (NIN) first job, since they were created, a year ago. Of course, the Nationalists for Country (NC) political party (that ruled Terre Nationale since its start as a province, eight years before) were not idiots. They allowed NIN to train their twenty-five field operatives and hundreds of other staff.

This war would be the largest war that Terre Nationale would ever fight in their history, but first they needed to chose sides. This fight was one of gigantic preportions, millions could die, many of which could be Nationalists, if they chose the wrong side.

So, the NC political party sent NIN Operative, Kyle Ming, a descendent of Chino-Balkan family that migrated into Terre Nationale when it was a mere province. He was considered the best of his class, though such things have never been tested in real situations.

Soon NIN Operative Kyle Ming would be inserted into the Shalrirorchian goverment to see thier plans for this war and how well they would do. The Maldorian goverment, along with the Axis Nova's would be monitored closely, seeing as Maldorians where military allies in a prevoius campaign there would be no need for the insertion of a NIN Operative.

This will only happen if you allow our bombers to drop masive tonnes of ordance into the enemy trenches." The voicemail had Manfried's thick German accent, he prized it.

Withen five minutes the Kh-15's were launched, their targets would be erradicated. Hundred forty would be fired at the incoming reinforcement's positions. Forty were aimed at all of the oposing force's artillery, mainly the Anti-Aircraft SAMs that couldn't reach the bomber squadron. Another forty were aimed sparradictly towards the enemy strong points, mostly bunkers and regimental head quarters. The remaining twenty were aimed at the food supplies and oil depoes.

"Mission succeded, unconfirmed casuelties and damage. Expect massive, must hear-in on enemy communications to hear true havoc." Colonel Myers smiled, mission succeded, his squadron did well.

SHALRIRORCHIA'S TERMS FOR PEACE TO TYNISH DYNASTY
Presented by Shalrirorchian State Department

The Shalrirorchian government has received the request of the Tynish Dynasty.

We set forward three provisions that we believe the Dynasty must meet before Shalrirorchia accepts a state of peace with them again.

PROVISION NUMBER #1: Shalrirorchian troops may be based on the Tynish Coast for as long as they need a staging ground against Imperial forces. Shalrirorchia recognizes the sovereignty of the Dynasty on any territories occupied by Shalrirorchian troops, and that U.S.S. troop presence is linked to the war against the Imperial armies. U.S.S. forces are forbidden by Provision 1 to enter the interior of the Dynasty's country, and are also forbidden from occupying any city without Dynasty permission.

PROVISION NUMBER #2: Tynish Dynasty must immediately cease and desist all offense operations against U.S.S. allies, and must cease any support of Imperial powers.

Captain Kyle Rodney faced his squadron, the 3rd Intelligence Extracting Aeronotics Squadron, which consisted of five Su-17 "Fitters". "Alright, men." Captain Rodney's face grew grim, contrast to his usual happy demeanor. "Our mission is to fly at ten thousand meters, half of mach one. We will gather intelligence. Look for specific tank formations so that we may bomb the bastards." Captain Rodney waited for his men to nod with compliance. "Alright, suit up and get ready." His men all left for their planes and pilot's suits.

Withen fifteen minutes the 3rd IEA Squadron was off, codename, Whistle. "This is Whistle 1, over." Captain Rodney told his squad, they all reported in. "Alright, three minutes from target, over. Get your cameras ready boys, we're guna cause hell in their pants!" The men of the 3rd IEA whistled and hooted as they passed over the enemy formations, taking heavy note of the 40th Armoured Division that had just been moved in.

C.G. King knew what to do, "I want your squadron to Napalm bomb the forest, all of it. Then I want the 6th Independent Infantry Brigade to attack the enemy infantry and tanks." Captain Rodney nodded and was off to prepare his men for another mission.

The 3rd IEA was in the air quickly, making it to the enemy beach head withen moments, going at 1.5 Mach. "Sir, ready to drop the Napalms!" Whistle 3 stated to Captain Rodney.

Captain Rodney loved the forest, but orders were orders, and he had to follow them. "Men, drop it like it's hot." He said with an eerie smirk, and the men of the 3rd IEA laughed at the joke. The men dropped their bombs, setting the woodlands ablaze, exposing the enemy tanks. "Fucker, they've got fifty Soviet tanks!"
