An imperialist alliance consisting of Axis Nova, Hataria, and Maldoria have all joined forces in an effort to destroy Shalrirorchia. The U.S.S. is a strong nation, but we are now heavily outnumbered and our enemies appear to be preparing fleets to invade and subjugate us.

Shalrirorchia is calling for mercenaries. The U.S.S. is a wealthy, influential nation, and can afford to pay a respectable sum of money to mercenary formations who will don the U.S.S. colors and fight in our service. Preferential treatment would be given to merc forces who already have a logistical system in place, though Shalrirorchia does have excess logistical capacity to assist with allied needs.

Shalrirorchia is also interested in purchasing weapons capable of destroying warships at a distance, and ground-based weapons that can be used to destroy enemy satellites. We are also greatly interested in the purchase of communications and transmission systems for data transfer.

While not the most modern system avalible, the SS-N-22 is still quite capable of blowing anything short of a super dreadnaught out of the water with one or two missiles.

In terms of anti-satilite weaponry, we have nothing to DESTORY satilites from the ground, but we do possess anti-satilite lasers which, while they do not activly shoot down or destory satilites, are quite capable of blinding them and significantly reducing their effectiveness.

OOC- If Shalrirorchia manages to successfully defend itself, you can expect them to deploy bases of operations in your country next to fight Hataria.

The anti-sat laser system is relativly inexpensive, we would be pleased to deliver it for G12,000,000 and install it for a further G4,000,000, not including material expenses for construction.
The system involved should provide fair coverage of your nation, although it will not stop a massive attack, it can significantly reduce casualties by affecting the accuracy of the systems in question.

A secure transfer is acceptable, we are quite used to dealing with such measures, and have contacts with a number of said third parties.

We are impressed. While the U.S.S. already has ship-killing missiles that are modern and up to date (and even though we have purchased more already), these weapons would be of great service. We will take the 5000 block offered to us.
