I am not kidding my country has laws which allow it to bring people to trial not matter where the crime was committed. The laws are similar to what has been passed in Germany and Spain; however, my country takes it to an extreme. Most crimes are never registered for this legal mechanism in RL but the New Order government uses the measure on a case by case basis.

i think by trade blockade he means exchange, and the exchange hes refering to is gaseous in nature, so the blockade in question is going to be in your windpipe, so you can't trade Co2 for O2, so you die.

It's not quite that simple. If he launches a nuclear strike, assumedly the attacked nations allies will come into play which will result in either a huge conflict or a small war where he gets snuffed out.

Okay the whole embargo/blockade thing is a diplomatic tactic where you stop trade or block with a country that is doing something your government opposes by stopping/blocking trade you hurt the target country economically and thus you can get them to accept your demands..it also serves as a useful alternative to going to war or is sometimes a pretext for going to war...its not because I have more guns or that I am the world police...

Well, take the Cold War for example. Soviet Russia and the US threatened each other, but we didn't end up dropping bombs all over. You can reason your way out of a threatened nuclear strike. Or, if worse comes to worse, back down. It's better than buying a nuke and both of you getting blown to kingdom come.

OOC: TPF- you may think so but no ABM system is impenetrable, in other words MAD is quite possible, especially if you have 10,000 nuclear weapons coming in towards your nation, thats near impossible to stop.

As far as any RP goes, its just....well its not RPing. You are all making pointless threats to each other, the nation looking for WMD's is capable of creating them for themselves, and if they wanted to then they could easily go to the mafia storefront and buy nuclear weapons without your IC knowledge.

Put simply threatening said nation is more likely to lead you to being attacked, your best form of defense is to ignore this, if it comes to war somewhere else then too bad, they are nuclear capable, doesn't mean they will use it. And if they do without proper RP (which you can avoid), then you can IGNORE them and their reputation will fall lower than it is now.

Plus i dislike the extreme mixture of OOC and IC in one post, its unclear and poor RPing IMO. if you wish this to mean anything then take it that i won't be warring with any of you any time soon, unless your RPing gets better.

OCC: When I wrote my posts, I was very tired and in a bad mood. If you look at my previous rping record, its pretty good. Also your right about the ABM, but some nations claim 98% accuracy, so it wouldn't hurt you that badly. Also I wouldn't be to trigger happy on the IGNORE missiles...

OOC: TPF, that should be the theoretical interception rate, in actuality, it should be like 75-80%. Also, if you use a system that only intercepts nukes in either the terminal or re-entry phase... well, MAIRVs, decoys, chaff, and jammers will make your chances much, much lower.

They should be just strong enough to take down a large nuclear missile that has already been fired at us. We wish for them just to be launched from a bunker or bomber.
