For a while now, although Mandrivia has been becoming a power for quite a while now, expanding and growing in huge chunks, Mandrivia has been going behind the world for a little while now, in terms of economy and military. A war with the United Trade Federation has also had a devastating affect, and numerous lives and infrastructure were and are the cost.

So, two days ago on March 27, there was a civilian and military coup everywhere throught the Independant Republic of Mandrivia. Almost all union workers went on strike, and military still remaining in the capital blocked roadways and government buildings. The military also forced the Chief of State of Mandrivia, Legate Somerville and his government to dissolve.

The coup was succesful, as was the revolution, Today on March 29, 07, a communist government has been set up to continue leading the nation of 613 million citizens. The new leader is now President Josif Moldolvi Kalinski. Kalinski, formerly the Minister of Defence for Mandrivia, was pleased.
"The old government was corrupt beyond corrupt. Beaurocracy choked the government everywhere, and Senators were there only for money. I plan to turn this nation around."

With it's new government, Mandrivia has now been renamed the United Socialist State of Mandrivia, or USSM for short. The government consists of the President, who is the leader of the nation, and his vice president. Ministers who represent areas and protectorates of Mandrivia make up the Ministry, who are the ones who vote for the president. Senators help to pass laws and are in charge of the legal. system. The current party is the International Communist Party (ICP). The only other party is the Socialist Worker's front. (SWF)

This government plans not to be an evil dictatorship, but to exemplify what socialism is all about. Citizens pay high taxes, but will be taken care of by the government from birth to death. Everyone shall have a job that pays enough, and everyone will be able to keep their homes, farms, animals, and other important assets. With this new government, peace with the UTF is expected to come soon.

Any nation willing to give aid to Mandrivia to help turn the nation around would be well appreciated.

But I would rather be nuked and die instantly than be bombed by a series of different chemical/bio-logical weapons which could kill thousands more than a nuke because a nuke only affects the blast area and a few km's outside that.... however if you have thousands of people infected with a infectious deadly bio-agent with no known cure it has the potential to spread and kill millions all across the country. Coincidentally almost all of Gataway's ICBM's carry chem/bio deployment systems instead of nukes. :)

We do wish your Empire would be a bit better a sport about its impending revolutionary doom; but since you're busy propping up mass-murderers and recruiting slaver-hellholes as puppets, perhaps this is expecting too much?
Anyway! Wagdog unconditionally recognizes the Mandrivian people's state, and isn't averse to contributing what defenses will not endanger our own security against the 'Imperial Empire' of redundancy and fascism that is Nicksyllvania. So say I, and so say we all!

It details my multiparty government in reasonable precision, just to show that my characters are not fibbing you ICly. The Revolutionaries/Communists are dominant in my regime, yes;); but not exclusive. Also, you may disregard the time reference in the thread I've linked to; I've gone for a less-precise figure since 1 Day/1 Year simply doesn't work for most RP as I've learned by now.

Communism isn't always evil just because Stalin was.......... Communism CAN work, and this nation has no plans of becoming evil or threatening the world.
