"The Principality of Brunak, heading the Commonwealth of the Uru Archipelago, hereby announces the Supreme Sovereignty of Brunak, free from control from New Hivez. Among us, follow the newly formed Republic of Hapsburg and Ipsburg Islands, Republic of St. Yuki, and the People's Democratic Republic of Fenrae Island.

All above listed territories hereby state their independence from the Vuhifellian Federation. Too long their government has spoken of greater freedom for her colonies, yet no action has been taken. We shall not tolerate the abuse and exploitation of our Vuhifellian masters any longer.

All Vuhifellian troops, including the VPA secret police and VIC agents are to vacate the Uru Archipelago immediately.

The Federation does not take kindly to this act of impudence. Once before, the people's of the Uru Archipelago have rebelled. Thus, under Vuhifellian Military Law as an occupied territory, the people of the Uru Archipelago have lost all rights and are dominated by the Military Council.

An independence motion was not approved by any council or body in the Vuhifellian Federal Government. Therefor, this act shall be treated as a hostile action. Under Article XX of the Federal Constitution, the military is authorized to use any and all means to bring these rebellious provinces back under Vuhifellian hegemony.

If the following points are not carried out within 72 hours, the Vuhifellian Military will be forced to take action:

*All rogue territories must re-join the Federation immediately
*All rebels must lay down their arms peacefully
*The VPA set up a Supreme Governing Council for the rogue territories
*All future government decisions shall be inspected by the VPA before being carried out
*All rebellious provinces shall not be allowed to re-join the Uru Commonwealth or the Provincial League Council
*All anti-Vuhi media is to be banned

We hope the leaders of this false hope endeavor will make the right decision.

The Kingdom of Philthealbino asks the Government of Vuhifellian Federation to use restraint when it comes to its own citizens, we are concerned that an over reaction could cause a deeper humanitarian crisis in the area.
