The Royal Kingdom of Philthealbino is shocked and dismayed with the actions of the Imperial Government of the Empire of Gataway.

We fully condemn the actions and ask the Government to explain their actions in further detail.

We fear that the actions of the Government will destabilise the country and the surrounding region, as such we are mobilsing a small task force of 1 Million of our Armed Service Personel in preparation to enter the country should the Government's actions become more hostile.

We will of course seek diplomatic solutions, as such, we would like to send a small group of Monitors to ensure the 'Prisoners' are being held in humane conditions.

We would prefer not to resort to hostilities between our two nations.

Any foreign forces entering Gatawan waters will immediately be deemed hostile furthermore how the Imperial Government deals with its citizens is its own business the cause for detainment is due to terrorist attacks in Gatawan's ally state of Aliquantus...

The neighborhoods raided are known to house terrorist suspects or supporters who violate the newly enacted imperial security laws...the suspects will be detained and interrogated upon ending the thurough investigations detainees will be released or stand trial.

The monitors will be allowed full acess to the detainment portion of the installation as this is the only area where detainees could be housed this is the only area monitors will have acess to...any monitors leaving the designated zones will result in the immediate expulsion of all foreign groups..the empire will not change its stance on this matter and believes we have been more than cooperative with the international community.
