Official Announcement, Axis Nova Department of Foreign Affairs

Following the recent declaration of war by Shalriorchia against Hataria, we are hereby following the terms of our mutual defense pact with Hataria and thus have declared war on the nation of Shalrirorchia in response.

Mobilization will commence immediately.

Further news as events warrant.

Shalrirorchia believes that it is unfortunate that Axis Nova seeks to justify the aggression of the aforementioned Hataria, and would rather not see that nation involved. Rest assured, however, that the S.D.F. is ready to prosecute this war until victory is achieved.

We hereby pledge our full support of Shalrirorchia. The Shalrirorchian forces may use Asgarnieu as a forward staging point. We ask that, if nuclear weapons are used, they not be brought into Asgarnieu.

Attacks against Asgarnian soveriegn soil will be considered acts of war.

$10,000,000,000,000.00 USD has been wired to Shalrirorchia in support of their war efforts.

We question the "mutual defense pact" held by Axis Nova with Hataria.

We wish to inquire as to whether or not Axis Nova knows that Hataria is dragging it down into the depths of idocy.

The Shalrirorchian government would like to take this time to thank the people and leadership of Asgarnieu for their tireless efforts to preserve freedom. President Aeri's trip was cut unexpectedly short by the outbreak of war, but she intends to return soon to continue the discussions with President Herbert about how best to handle the unfolding crisis.

After observing the actions of Shalrirorchia and Asgarnieu in their dealings with Axis Nova, Hataria, and Maldonians, the Principality of Siriusa would like to extend a friendly, diplomatic hand to these two nations. This means that in the event that the war escalates and we - Siriusa - are drawn in, we will cooperate with these two nations against a common enemy to ensure the freedom and sovereignty of those nations being threatened.
