Official Statement from the Department of International Relations of the Island Commonwealth of Marianaria

Good leaders of the world,

A report last year issued by the Department of Development concerning petrol deposits under the water off our shores spawned the construction of fourteen new state-controlled rigs. Of those, nine have been completed and declared operational; the remaining five are expected to be finished by fall next year.

To address the point: The Island Commonwealth is offering export deals to interested nations to port out a maxium of 1200 barrels of oil per day, at a maximum cost of $42000 USD, per contract.

As a further note to importers, tankers arriving in Marian ports will be subject to inspection. This is only a precaution, as our citizens' primary source of food is the sea, and we wish to prevent environmental damage wherever possible.

The time had passed and the construction team had arrived. The Vehicles where unloaded off of the Massive MCV. It was not even 5 hours since they had arrived and they had already begun to dig out the foundation and prepare scafolding and prefab walls and door systems. Like a bees hive, it was very active and very dangerous. Raven SF where deployed to the front gate....

They were ordered to let Inspectors through and only warn, not to kill.

Will guarantee the continued environmental security of its dedicated area.
Will provide up to 2,000 Jobs.

Black Claw Mercentile, wishes to establish a "trading post" at two of your seaports, with enough Facilities to support five Panamax-sized Cargo Vessels each. As well as permission to run Black Claw trains, with at least two Black Claw Mercentile dedicated Rail Yards located at the Seaports, bought or built, at the expense of Black Claw. Up to Fourteen Truck yards will be built around the nation as well, employing between 50 and 100 each, not including drivers.

All employees will be Marianarian Citizens.
Will abide by Environmental guidelines.
Will employ up to 25,000.

The Department of Development and its subsidiary Environment Board have reviewed your offers.

The Koch Vehicle Company is permitted to establish a manufacturing center over a substantial tract of land in Selwood, our nation's primary port.

White Crest Pearl Corporation is permitted to establish a pearl field in the waters surrounding Enderby Isle, a largely rural island.

Black Claw Mercantile is granted tracts of land on Selwood and Rimway Island. There is one railyard near the Rimway site; a depot will have to be constructed at the Selwood site. The DoD further permits the construction of truckyards across the nation; at which sites will be at the discretion of Black Claw.

The largest oil company in Adamta, Duwell Fuels Inc., would like to purchase fuel from your nation and sell it around the world. Maybe a deal can be reached were Duwell Fuels can sell large amounts of oil and put money in your pockets.

Duwell Fuels Inc. will build their own ports, and even build their own rigs. With the Marianaria people getting something in return.

Adamtain General Motors is the largest automobile manufacture in the region and would love to sell vehicles in your great nation. There would be thousands of jobs created.

On behalf of the three parties involved, thank you for clearing our mutually beneficial plans. The Koch Vehicle Company will begin construction of its facilities within six months, completion scheduled within two years.

The White Crest Pearl Corporation will have their facilities running within three months, however it will take four years for the first yield to be harvested. Which will guage further investment in the region by the Company.

The Black Claw Mercentile will begin seafaring operations within the month, rail within six, and the trucking branch within a year and a half.

This is a major investment for these three premier Corporations/Companies, which will secure the prosperity for both our great Nations.
