Following the Gatawan-Zambistan conflict the Imperial Supreme council established a series of meetings with Emperor Nadov..the new Imperial Security law is the result of those meetings

Chapter I Crimes and Punishments

Article I forming anti-state organizations

Those persons that form, join, or organize any anti-state group shall receive the following punishments:

Definition of anti-state group: Any group/organization that wishes to cause national disturbances,Any group ran by a foreign or domestic wishing to seek infiltration of the Imperial Government

1. Death of chief instigator/organizers,as well as the seizure of all property and accounts special clause should said person(s) evade capture the families of said person will receive life imprisonment

2. 30 years to life imprisonment for lesser members again all property and accounts seized

3. Persons discovered to be in the act of planning to form a anti-state group will receive 30 years in prison and all accounts/property seized as

Article II-Carrying out Anti-state actions

1. All persons convicted of carrying out anti-state activities will be punished by death, along with the immediate exile or imprisonment of all of said persons relatives within Imperial Territory, and seizure of all accounts/property

Article III_Willing support of anti-state groups

1. Persons found to be supporting anti-state activities via finance or materials will be punished by death if said persons support led to the commission of an anti-state act, If person is discovered before said act is carried out said person will receive life imprisonment as will persons direct family. If the accused is a foreigner they will still receive their life imprisonment but their family will be deported immediately..all other persons from the same state of origin will then be subject to questioning and/or detainment/ visa's and passports may be revoked as well

Article IV Meeting corresponding

1. Any person found to be meeting or corresponding to any anti-state group is subject to all forms of interrogation as well as an automatic 28 year prison sentence all property and accounts seized..immediate family also subject to detainment and interrogation

Article V praising/sympathizing

1. All persons discovered to praise or sympathize with anti-state groups are subject to interrogation and a possible 18 year prison sentence, regardless of jail time all accounts/property may be seized.. a death sentence may also be considered

Article VI Failure to inform

1. Any person(s) found to have knowingly not informed police or a government organization will receive a 500,000 fine as well as possible 36 year prison sentence

Article VII False accusations

1. Any person found to have made false accusations is subject to 500,000-750,000 fine and/or 16 year prison sentence

Chapter 2 Prosecution

1. All prosecutions under this law will be carried out by a tribunal with a jury made up of 4 Imperial Supreme Court judges, the accused my provide themselves with their own lawyer or represent themselves. The state will not provide one for them.

Article IX Appeals

1. All persons are allowed one appeal unless said person(s) crime falls under Article I-Article III, all sentences may only be repealed to a 8 year prison sentence unless new evidence arises providing proof of said person(s) innocence.

Article X Rewards

1. All persons who provide information that leads to successful prosecution shall receive a monetary reward pending on the severity of the accused crime

Article XI Debt Clause

Should a convicted person be unable to pay off the above fines then the convicted person will be subject to work off the fine or the fine may be reduced to smaller monthly payments while the convicted continues working via a government prisoner work program

Article XII Enforcement

The task of rooting out those harmful to the state will fall upon the Internal Security forces in the Had Jemzi military units..as well as those government police forces of the Gatawan State Security Force..and local law enforcement..although citizens can as stated provide information and are encouraged to do so..All persons arrested under fall under Imperial Jurisdiction immediately and will be held in Military prisons
