Dear sir, at this point, Illiorian Arms can offer you a range of aircraft, although we suggest our fighters and logistics aircraft over our bombers, and I'll be completely honest, in general, our bombers aren't the most advanced, minus the GS-427, which is a rather impressive heavy bomber. I'll list for you below the aircraft that fall into different categories that I suggest looking into.
Air Superiority fighters (from least to most advanced):
ISF-12 (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=27)
ISF-33"B" (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=31)
ISF-17 (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=37)
ISF-24 SASUCAV (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=42)
Strike Fighters/Bombers
ISF-17 "B" (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showforum=20)
GS-427 (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=4)
Utility/Series/other types of aircraft
GS-4 Series (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=4)
IAL-4 Series (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=39)

S-54 (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=34)

And for smaller Naval ships, such as coast guard cutters, Check out Bolland Shipyards (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?c=4).

If you would like information on our helicopters as well, I can provide more information, but anyways, our whole catalog can be found Here (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?act=idx)

The Dictatorship of Bomble can fulfill your requirements. However, your order, if you choose to accept us, will be slightly different. It will come in the form of a computer system with a special edition military training simulator entitled: "Retreat!". On the game, you will find that you are able to command all vehicles you have specified, plus the intercontinental howitzer, "Really Big Bertha".

We hope that our bid is successful. Compared to the others, we think we have a pretty good chance of success.

Re: Field Marshall Maximus Seville II
CEO, Phoenix Dynamix

As always, we are pleased to perform business with your fine corporation once again. We are very glad to see that, while there are many new products, you have not strayed from the older machines that many in the SCAF are fond of. With this being said, the SCAF would be of interest in purchasing:

(133) A-4X Skyhawk II Light Attack Aircraft [$1,596,000,000]
(74) A-17 Warhawk II Attack Aircraft [$888,000,000]
(314) A-36B Mustang Attack Aircraft [$2,512,000,000]
(177) AO-11L Bronco II [$1,026,600,000]
(12) C-1 ConTrans SST (Supersonic Troop Transport) [$1,560,000,000]
(14) C-13 JackRabbit Supersonic Cargo Aircraft [$2,100,000,000]
(292) AH-3 Viper Light Attack Helicopter [$175,200,000]
(92) MH-1A1 Super Huey Assault Helicopter [$616,400,000]
(211) M200 Mobile 200mm Artillery [$844,000,000]
(404) M201 Towed 200mm Howitzer [$242,602,000]
(97) ST-280 Arctic Fox [$97,000,000]
(99) MT-280 Desert Fox [$99,000,000]

TOTAL: $11,756,802,000

We do ask that we are able to make payments in installments, with one billion dollars per month, with a final payment on the twelfth month of (756,802,000) dollars. This would allow payment over the duration of one year. If unable to perform such a transaction, please let us know as soon as possible.

Re: Nicholas V. Smith
Director of Factories, Illiorian Arms

Mr. Smith, we here at the SCAF have heard much about your company’s aeronautical designs, and as far as I can see, this will actually be the first purchase we’ve made from your corporation. After reviewing your products and discussing with my associates here, we’ve decided that there are a few designs that would suit our needs.

(94) F-17 Arrowhawk [$8,930,000,000]
(8) S-54 Carrier Capable A/EWACS (5 Band Radar) [$656,000,000]
(3) IAL-4 (Medium CAS) [$99,000,000]
(4) IAL-4 (Long Range AWACS) [$176,000,000]
(12) IAL-4 (Special Forces Insertion) [$528,000,000]

TOTAL: $10,389,000,000

We do, however, ask permission to allot the payments over the course of one year, with one payment each month of one billion dollars, and a final payment of (389,000,000) dollars. If this is unacceptable, please let us know as soon as practicable. Thank you very much for your business and help in reforming the SCAF.

Re: Elite Arms, Inc.

We at the SCAF have reviewed the products your company has available to us. Upon this review, we have found just a few products that have struck our interest.

(11) Agamemnon Class Battleship [$24,200,000,000]
(17) Hector Class Battleship [$28,900,000,000]

TOTAL: $53,100,000,000

While there were in fact other products that met our fancy, if you will, we find we are not currently able to procure them due to constraints, such as availability of funds and much of the red tape that is associated in purchasing naval vessels for the Sniper Country Naval Forces. We do appreciate your interest and thank you for the consideration and time of providing these vessels for the SCAF.

Re: Zachary Plumbob
Acting Selling-Foreign-People-Things Secretary

Mr. Plumbob, I am sorry to express my regret that we are not of interest in a sort training simulator. The SCAF is world renown for having some of the best training programs in the world. We do find it hard to believe you have anything to offer in the way of training that could top our own.

Re: Karen Jenkins
Head of Sales, Cookfur Arms

Mrs. Jenkins, we are very appreciative of your contributions to help the SCAF is its reformation. After scanning through your military equipment catalogue, we here at the SCAF have come to the conclusion that we will be in the interest of purchasing:

(23) Allison Class Coastal Patrol Vessels [$1,035,000,000]
(26) CNM Eva Flight IIE Class Offshore Patrol Vessel [$6,890,000,000]

TOTAL: [$7,925,000,000]

We also ask that we may attain the possibility of making payments over the course of eight months. Each month will receive a payment of one billion dollars, except for the final payment, which will be in the total of (925,000,000) dollars. If this is possible, we will wire the first billion immediately. If not, please let us know so we can accommodate the payment method required. Thank you again, Mrs. Jenkins, as we thank you and your associates for your support.

[OOC: Master-Colonel Glover would probably be proper, but formalities are the least of SCAF worries at all times, so Colonel Glover is perfectly fine. “Dave” would probably work just as well.]

Re: Sigurd Magnusson
Director, Foreign Arms Sales Directorate, Isselmere-Nieland Defence Industries Association, UKIN

Mr. Magnusson, I, as well as my colleagues, are thoroughly delighted that your esteemed company would present itself in support of the SCAF reformation. Such a corporation as yours is well known throughout the world and very much so throughout Sniper Country and the SCAF. It is with great pride we wish to purchase the following products from your inventory:

(1) L21 “Kodiac” MBT(-C) (Domestic Production Rights) [$6,200,000,000]
(76) DAS-2 Spectre Multi-Role Fighter Aircraft (Maritime 2-Seat) [$5,168,000,000]
(89) DAS-4 Swordfish Interdiction Strike Aircraft (Maritime) [$7,832,000,000]
(2) Union Class Trimaran CVBN [$128,000,000,000]
(6) Court Class CVGN [$22,500,000,000]
(15) Hornby Class CVLN [$30,000,000,000]

TOTAL: $199,700,000,000

Of course, there were several vessels which caught our eyes, but with the reformation of the SCAF and especially the Naval Forces, we find ourselves in some varying constraints on our foreign purchases. One note, as for the DAS-2 Spectre, we do wonder if it would be possible for the SCAF, while this aircraft is in use, to go by another name other than Spectre? We ask this because we already have aircraft in the Air Forces which go by the name of Spectre. If this is not possible, just let us know and we will accommodate. Also, due to the size of this order and the funds associated with it, we ask that we gain the ability to make payments over time, specifically, over the space of two years. You will receive ten payments per year of ten billion dollars per, with a final payment of (9,700,000,000) dollars. If this is not acceptable, please let us know and we will work with you on a proper plan of payment. Again, Mr. Magnusson, we do thank you for your time and support of the SCAF at this time.
Dontgonearthere
30-03-2007, 20:00
The Dontgonearthere Empire has a variety of surplus tanks avalible at low prices if quantity is what you want. The T-72 main battle tank is generally acceptable in terms of performance, and we would be willing to part with a number of them at a price of G1,000,000 (USD 2 000,000) per tank.
If, however, you wish for increased performance the T-90(DGNT) is perhaps more suitable. They are, of course, much more expensive at G3,500,000 per tank (USD 7,000,000), but they have a number of features which the T-72 does not possess, including armour which will protect the crew anti-tank weapons more substantial than an RPG-7.

In terms of naval equipment, we have two 'spare' [i]Akula[/b] class nuclear ballistic missile submarines avalible at a negotiable price.

Lower Front - 378mm RHAe @ 25 degrees

Side - 651mm RHAe @ 90 degrees
Rear - 378mm RHAe @ 60 degrees
Top - 70mm RHAe @ 0 degrees

Armament: 140mm Electro-Thermal Chemical Main Gun - A second generation high-velocity ETC was the weapon of choice for the Arbiter, the extensive use of composites and titanium in the entire gun assembly means a considerably lighter weight than what would otherwise be achieved is possible. Penetration is rated at 2,695mm of Rolled Homogeneous Armour for an APFSDS composed of Alloy R4, but experiments are underway to determine if more blood can be squeezed from the rock.

(4) 9mm Automatic Cannons - Two anti-personal cannons are mounted on the sides of the tank in ball turrets, a third is mounted topside in a remote firing config, and a fourth is mounted coaxially with the main gun.

(2) ATM-159B Persephone ATGM Launcher - Each launcher is a recessed pop-up type with two missiles in an over-under Derringer configuration. The launchers are placed on opposite sides of the main gun, right next to the left and right turret walls. The lightly armoured covers have a dual role as blow-out plates in case the missiles are destroyed due to a penetrating hit.

Electronic Systems:
Multi-Level Tactical Digital Information System, MkII - The MLTDIS (pronounced Malt-Dis) is in some ways much like IVIS in that it is meant to share and coordinate combat data among many units. On the Arbiter this can occur from the platoon level all the way up to the brigade level, although not at the same time. Access is granted to the system by simply plugging it into the new Combat Suit, Tanker and initiating a retina scan. Using this system has been described as something akin to Godhood, as mentioned above it has an IVIS-like component combined with a video game-esque virtual world with HUD/IFF; simply use the intuitive controls to select the point of aim, weapon of choice, and a single squeeze of the trigger fires the weapon.

Pulse LIDAR Targeting System - The PLIDARTS (pronounced Ply-Darts) is meant as a way of fooling active anti-laser counter-measures. Instead of a steady stream of ultra-violet light that most laser targeting systems provide, it uses pulses of light to track targets. The pulses come fast enough that targeting of the main gun does not suffer but at even the fastest setting allow for several clock cycles to pass on the processing chips inside enemy counter-measures. An added feature is the ability to program the laser to randomly pulse between the set acceptable highest and slowest time values; this adds even more confusion to enemy counter-measures.

Multi-Spectrum Threat Warning Receiver, MkIII - The MSTWR (pronounced Mist-War) is a simple detection system designed to warn tanks crews of potential enemy targeting systems being directed upon their Arbiter. It is also capable of giving the bearing, estimated range, and type of targeting based upon known performance data of enemy systems. Obviously, if one does not know what one is facing then it is extremely hard to take advantage of this feature. The system is also tied into a jamming system that is capable of neutralizing most targeting systems. The system is now capable of detecting Sonic Imaging.

Counter-Measures: Beyond the aforementioned electronic counter-measure system, there are a few physical counter-measures afforded to the tank. One is a fog generator that is capable of producing clouds of fog to fool laser-targeting systems and allow for tactical retreats. The other is a chaff/flare canister launching system that is installed into the turret itself. It is arranged into a hexagon pattern and the canisters are packed three deep in order to provide adequate protection against radar-guided missiles. Finally, the turbine is placed forward in a rear-facing mount so as to both provide extra protection to the crew and to not expose the crew or people outside to the gamma radiation given off by the isomers in the event of a piercing hit. Also, a new Physical Defense System is installed which uses hexagonally segmented strips of metal are slotted into grooves along the edges of the tank's hull and backed by high explosives. When a missile threat appears the EOO tasks the Neural Net with removing the threat, which then selects how many segments are necessary to defend the missile and engages the threat.

Survivability Systems: Full Nuclear-Biological-Chemical protection. Armoured crew pod to separate crew from engine and external weapons damage. Armoured ammo storage area to protect tank from sympathetic detonations resulting from enemy fire.

Tank Systems: Computer-controlled electrorheological suspension. Hydrothermal exhaust system to reduce IR signature and protect infantry from turbine blast.

We do appreciate your interest and thank you for the consideration and time of providing these vessels for the SCAF.

TO: Master Colonel David Glover
Appropriations Chief and Second R&D, SCAF

Very well, we will have all of our shipyards work on your order. As you know, this will be a large order to fill. That’s why we have focused on it as we really don’t have any large naval orders at this time. Anyways, I’m talking about nothing, so the first six ships should arrive in a one year. The rest will come in the next =coming months after that or whenever they are finished.

Now, here is some good news for you. If you need money for more thing form Elite
Arms Inc., you can always sell your armed forces’ old stuff to Trade Wind Inc. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=516401) for store credit or cold hard cash.

Thank you for your order and time.

Explanation of electronic systems:

GAI-Sanctuary System-The Sanctuary system utalizes the use of several sensors designed to pick up the UV or Infared Radar or Sonar signatures used by guided munitions to lock on to a target. The Sanctuary system first alerts the crew that a lock-on has been confirmed, secondly the Sanctuary system then uses a series of Infared jamming pulses to disrupt the incoming munitions tracking device. Further disruption is caused when the Sanctuary system ejects several pods that emmit different frequencies which further disrupt the lock on capability of the incoming munition as well as masking the signature of the protected unit by causing its signature to blend in with that of the background.

GAI-Storm System-The storm system is another counter munition system which uses a series of sensors with doppler radar and infared scanners to pick up on incoming rounds..the system then rapidly process the trajectory of the incoming round and fires a barrageof projectiles towards the round which have been pre-set to detonate infront above and below the incoming round spraying it with several shot gun like blasts causing the incoming round to detonate a safe distance from the protected unit. The storm system also deploys the same pods the sanctuary system does along with several aresol canisters to disrupt incomin munitions should they be guided and add further protection.

GAI-Eagle gun system- The eagle gun system is designed to allow for infantry men to remain within the safety of the vehicle while being able to return accurate fire..the Eagle gun system accomplishes this by the use of a gun cam with night/day thermal imaging as well as laser range finder, also the eagle system utalizes a gyroscopic stablizing system allowing for accurate fire even while moving acorss rough terrain. The system also features an auto-engage feature that allows the system to engage targets via thermal imaging

GAI-Tacmap system-The Tacmap system is a system that allows units in the field to recieve vital intel eg. current enemy/friendly locations terrain features etc etc.

GAI-Search and Destroy system-The search and destroy system is integrated with the tac map system. The S&D system utalizes both acoustic and optical sensors that pick up the shockwave of a round, the system then calculates where the shot came from along with elevation, the system issues both an audio and visual warnining via tacmap system alerting the crew to the shooters location, when integrated with the Eagle gun system if the auto-engage system is active then upon determining the shooters location the Eagle system can then

Subject: Re: Order

Dear Master Colonel Glover:

It is a great honour to receive this order from the esteemed SCAF. Both the payment schedule described and the renaming of the DAS-2 in your local service are acceptable to the firms involved. Detmerian Aerospace (the manufacturer of the DAS-2) is used to its designs operating under different names. Likewise, the Association's member firms typically offer similar financing packages to their clients.

The aircraft and tanks will be completed within two years. The aircraft carriers will be sent to your ports as soon as they have finished their preliminary sea trials.

We at INDIA hope that the weapons systems the SCAF has ordered will serve Sniper Country well for many years to come.

Sincerely yours,

Sigurd Magnusson

Dear Sir,

It has come to our attention that you (presumably) still have an opening for Support and Logistics Equipment. VLT Automotive has been a long-time supplier of the Van Luxemburgian Military, and has only recently launched their new VLT M5, a military truck that might fit your needs. Needless to say, we would be very honoured to take your order into our portfolio. We have attached the documents containing information about the M5, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Signed,
Hans Schmidt,

Re: Military Offers

We're not exactly sure if you have decided a tank, although you did purchase production rights to the L21. Nevertheless, we would like to make some offers of our own. In regards to a main battle tank, we offer the Nakíl 1A1 (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=478771) for export. We can explain anything you need to know about the tank, but it's important to note that a major advantage is that the Nakíl line will always be upgraded and will at some point receive a new upgrade offer (1A1GU). Furthermore, the Nakíl is the most widely exported tank in history, insofar, with over 4 million models exported. We also offer a cheaper main battle tank, although also very capable, called the Broadsword-Tizona (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11669939&postcount=1587). For pure fire support we also offer the TX.98 Oriontus mobile gun system (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11021347&postcount=1514). Kriegzimmer's ground warfare products are often times considered the very best.

In regards to an 'armored troop carrier' we have two new designs to offer. The first is the SOV.17 infantry fighting vehicle (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11013051&postcount=1508), which can carry 8 passengers. Its role, however, is mainly for infantry support and cavalry scout missions. Alternatively, we offer the Arica. I Shalmanesar heavy armored personnel vehicle (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10254597&postcount=1037). That is our dedicated battle carrier, and can carry 12 passengers, and 3 crew members, for a total of fifteen.

We hope that you will be pleased with the selection.
