1100 hrs. Moscow.

General Trevenosky scanned the room, he met the eyes the six other generals in the room. General Horsk, General Katiana, General Reichbik, General Ivanich, General Reibein, and General Lenivik. All of which General Trevenosky had known for years. And all were officers in the Undbagartian Federal Army. He stood inside the doorway of a large, dark room in a government building in Moscow.The center of the room was dominated by a large mahogany table covered in inches of paper, maps, army reports and the like. General Katiana stood up and shook General Trevenosky's hand, she knew him from the first Southern War, when Nicobarese was conquered by Undbagarten and the Federation was born. General Trevenosky took a seat at the head of the table and looked at Katiana.
"Comrade, how have you been?" Katiana asked in a whisper as she shook his hand.
"Just fine General, we have dark days ahead of us if we follow through with our plans."
"I know."
General Trevenosky looked away from Katiana as he continued to watch the other General in the room. For several minutes there was an uncomfortable silence in the room. Finally he spoke.
"Comrades, we have bore witness to several wrongs committed by the Federal Government. Our leaders have angered the world with their arrogance. We cannot allow this to continue. Our Secretary-General and the President mutually agreed to declare war on the nation ofCluichstan...without the approval of the Federal Senate. They are walking over the laws of the land without a thought or regret. I will not stand and watch our nation fall because of their stupidity. Combined, we in this room have a combined strength of 98 million men from the Federal Army...most of which feel as we do in this matter. I say we should throw off the vile oppressors and raise Undbagarten to its former glory. Only when we achieve empire will we be truly powerful. This Federation is weak and divided. It must be replaced! Comrades, we must overthrow this government before it is the death of us all!"
General Horsk was the first to speak. He slowly raised his head and glared at General Trevenosky.
"I will not take any part in this coup you are planning, I will give General Katiana control of the Seventh Army and I will leave this country. I have no love for the Federal Government, but I do not wish to take part in an open revolution. I am sickened by the thought of the impending chaos, I adore order. After tonight you will never see me again." With that, General Horsk stood and removed his hat and his military honors and laid them on the table, then he removed his pistol and threw it to the floor. He gave Trevenosky a weak look and then left the room. He was never seen again.
After a few open outbursts from the other Generals, it was soon decided that they would cooperate in the overthowing of the Federal Government. The Empire of Undbagarten will soon rise they all said. Every General in the room thought that the rest of the Federal Army would fall without putting up much of a fight. They would soon be proven wrong.

OOC: I need someone to RP the Federalist Forces. I will control the Imperialist, and outside parties are welcome to invade the country or aide either the Federalists or the Imperialists. This is going to be a major civil war. I will have a fact book for both armies soon so you know what you are working with.

The Storm Gathers

The ground rumbled as thousands of large tanks rolled across the country-side towards the city of Vienagrad. Planes flew over head and millions of soldiers had gathered in the city. General Katiana and General Trevenosky had been preparing their forces since the end of the meeting nine days ago. They were almost fully assembled. Near to ninety-eight million soldiers were here, waiting for orders. So far no one in the government had let on that they knew the two generals and several others were planning a coup.
All General Trevenosky and General Katiana were waiting for was for General Horsk's 3rd Tank Division to arrive. When they did arrive, they would have an attacking force strong enough to launch an attack on Moscow.
"They sent in a radio transmission yesterday, they said they were only a day away. Soon comrade, a new order will rise." Katiana said as she overlooked the sea of military equipment that had gathered here.
"How do they not know we are here?" Trevenosky asked. Katiana chuckled at the question.
"Comrade General, they know we are here, they just refuse to see reality. The Federal Government will fall without a fight."
"I hope so." Trevenosky muttered to himself. His thought were trained on General Wycoff, if he found out about the impending revolution. The young Imperial Army would be destroyed before it could attempt to set up a new empire.
General Katiana looked at a check list on a clipboard she was holding; it contained information on the current amount of military hardware they had and an updated troop count:

The 7th Infantry Division- 15 million men, armed with M-19 Assault rifles, and they came with 158 troop transports. And 16 Huetin Helicopters.

The 9th Army made up the rest of the troop count.
They included:

The 6th,12th, and 18th Tank Brigades, numbering in 33,000 A-27m tanks. And 1600 troop transport grade, 13mj Helicopters, and 900 Huetin Helicopters.

The 1st, 3rd, and 27th Air Brigades included 1,950 F/A 22 Stealth Fighters, and 500 YL-7 Stealth Bombers. Also they included 1500 A-19 Attack Helicopters.

OOC: Note that these numbers are combined to make a final total. EX: each air brigade does not have 1,950 F/A-22, but rather, if you combined each air brigade, then you would have a grand total of 1,950 F/A 22's.
Sorry its not very detailed, I am not good at military factbooks.

OOC: SRRY I have to go in a minute and I probably won't be able to post at all tommorrow, so just organize yourselves and as soon as I can commit more time to this thread the Civil War will begin.

The Imperialists- they seek to rebuild the once glorious Undbagartian Empire
The Federalists- they seek to keep the Federation from collapsing
The Nicobaresian Seccesionists- they seek to make the Federal Republic of Nicobarese an independent nation, they wish to break away from the Federation
Outside invaders- self-explanatory.

Oh, that is what you meant comrade. Yes Undbagarten is divided into several Federal Republics. So I guess we have similar political divisions
