OOC: No one knows about this yet, this is for future reference.
The plan is daring, but if it pays off it will have been well worth the risk.
We will first air drop several pallets of apples, which have been saturated with radiation, near population and refuge centers in the war torn nation of Hataria.. These apple were recently acquired and we need to drop them quickly before the radiation dissipates. In a few weeks, much of the population will show minor signs radiation exposure and a number will die from eating the contaminated food, and then we shall have our tragedy. It is doubtful they will be able to trace the contamination to us before we can launch our propaganda campaign.
