Batzerland is a nation located in the dead center of the Middle East which was notorious for it's absolute anarchy. The government was more of a name than an actual organization. Before the civil war that tore it apart, the country was choked with religious intolerance, racism, sexism, and illegal operations such as slave and drug trade. Eventually, a group of rebels fed up with the current state of their country launched a sneak attack on the Government House, which was an Islamic Temple a few months earlier.
The rebels killed all Batzerland government officials there, including the president, Saddam Ali. This cause Batzerland to fall into a state of absolute anarchy. A new rebel group emerged every day, determined to gain control of the nation. Whoever controlled the Government House was considered the dominant faction. Almost every week, a new faction was inside the house. The military and police, unable to control the civil war, made their own laws.
This civil war lasted for an entire year, causing massive civilian casualties, and allowing some neighboring nations to claim some Batzor territory.
All that changed on New Year's Eve.
Tanks came rolling down the streets of Batzorland's capital city, Ali, named after their former president. Soldiers were lined up next to the armored platoons to provide protection. The soldiers, whom no one recognized as a rebel faction, fired on anyone carrying a gun. The tanks destroyed any buildings occupied by rebels. This conflict lasted an entire day until the unknown attackers identified themselves to the public; the Peacekeepers. The remnants of the military.
It only took two days of fighting to retake Ali, something that the rebels couldn't accomplish in a year. The Peacekeepers declared that their founder, Malab Sayyid, a former five-star general, was going to be establishing a new government. A Dictatorship. They reclaimed the Government House, and abolished any anarchy in the region.
Some countries had nicknamed Batzorland, "The Badlands" Now they had nicknamed it, "The Dictatorship of Batzorland".

"In case you have not heard, our fair nation of Batzorland, previously known as the Badlands, has been placed under new rule. I, Malab Sayyid, spent a year forming a military force large enough and powerful enough to defeat the rebels plaguing our land. Now we must request assistance in rebuilding. If you would be kind enough to donate funds to repair collateral damage, and military forces to deal with any leftover resistance, we would be very grateful.
