The Empire of Alexandrian Ptolemais wishes to announce that it is planning to hold a conference discussing the merits and otherwise of free-trade. The conference will be held in Alberton, which is a resort town on the Eastern coast of the Empire. We hope that the representatives of many nations will attend.

If a representative from your nation wishes to attend, all we need to know are a few details. Essentially they are

We also wish to note that Alberton has limited transportation facilities, so all delegations will need to arrive by air or sea at Ptolemais, from there, they will travel by chartered train to Alberton.

Despite our socialist constitution, Wagdog believes that a market economy and free-and-fair trade are basic tenets of modern life; really needing only indirect and nuanced State intervention to achieve our objective of constructing a sustainable revolutionary society. In accordance with these elementary principles of economic and diplomatic relations, I myself would be honored to attend this gathering.

Other Details: Since I'm a were-tigress, my accommodations will require certain peculiarities to handle the bestial side of my being, should a full moon occur during the conference. These include...

An asylum-grade padded room or "Lair," provided with both toilet and litterbox facilities, both human and animal beds, television and computer and telecommunications capabilities, both human books and animal bones and mauling toys, running water, and a dumb waiter for safe delivery of food ordered on my Customer Service account. This is to be occupied by myself at all times not involved with the conference or socializing, and under lockdown guarded by my armed escorts during my transformation periods on full-moon nights. This lifestyle allows me to contain and safely exercise my inherent aggression when transformed, without threatening myself or others; while still living a dignified humanoid existence when not transformed, as during the daytime or nights other than the full moon.
Access by this Lair to an enclosed garden space, complete with swimming pool, for roaming and relaxation purposes when transformed or no. Although the presence of small prey to hunt when I'm transformed is of course desirable, it is not required since I know how shocking a were-person's habits are to most pure humans; even in Wagdog where we've evolved rules to (roughly) coexist by. This space should also be easily locked and sealed during full moon nights, and guarded by your security with the strictest orders and appropriate weaponry in the event of a breach from either outside or in.
Plus the normal 3 aides: Kathy Burns, Melanie Straw, and Joseph Deckes, all three being human and also from my own party; and the usual security detachment: 4 State Security Agents from our government's State Department, each armed normally with a CZ-83 Pistol and PM-84 Submachine Gun and 5 reloads on hand for each. Again, all four human, and all four of my party.

The Empire will permit you to have four guards. We have decided that each delegation is permitted a maximum of ten guards, instead of the single delegate, single guard proposal. This was after discussions with Empire Railways, who have assured us that there will be room on the train to Alberton. The Empire will be glad to have you at the conference.
