Due to costs for keeping a Navy, the Great Republic of Celtia can no longer support the amount of ships her Navy built during the turn of the century. Thus the High Command are in debate on what the solution would be. Other argued that the battleships be scrapped while others said the Army budget must be cut. After debate and discussion, the military leaders of Celtia have decided. They will get rid of most of the Upham class Battlecruisers. The Battlecruisers are too slow ,to some admirals, to uphold their jobs as Convoy raiders and the light cruisers were the upcoming replacement for that role. The Great Republic of Celtia wishes to sell them to any national navy that has any use for battlecruisers or wishes to use them for a different purpose.

OOC: I don't why you are seeing 900, but yes 4 million

OOC: I was wondering what economy system you were using. I suggest you have the price on standby in case HT dishes out his final monetary system for EU1914.

OOC: I'll hold it on stand-by

IC: We are selling 7. We'll still keep the CNS Upham, but she won't see much action unless a emergency arises.
