ooc. This thread is SYAE only, plus it's Semi-SIC for the SYAE players.

London, Capitol of the United Kingdom of Great Britain

In this world were hostilities are as comon as a normal sunrise, the need fro good friends, both close by and far away was never greater. The United Kingdom had approached the Republicas Unidas del Sur to strengthen the ties between the two countries. The RUS was a promising nation, and could supply Britain with all kinds of products. Beside that the Prime Minister hoped for an alliance, which would benefit both nations.

The Prime Minister and an excort of Security guards and other officials waited for the RUS delegation at Biggin Hill Air Port. The Conferance would start tomorrow, this evening there would be a banquet and a meeting with the Queen. David Cameron checked if his suit looked good and then looked once again at his notes.

Tango 1, the Presidential plane of the RUS, a highly-modified Boeing-747, commenced it's landing aproach to Biggin Hill. The British fighter planes symbolically escorting it veered off simoltaneously. The RUS aircraft touched down with a grace not often seen for it's size, and then proceeded to taxi down the runway. The aircraft came to a stop very close to the predetermined welcoming area, were the British reception party waited.

The door of the 747 opened, and a ladder boasting the colors of the RUS, brought earlier in one of the many security and logistics airplanes that are the vanguard of presidential visits, attached itself to the airplane. Pablo Julio Navarro, Vice-President of Las Repúblicas Unidas del Sur, stepped onto the ladder, flanked by his wife, and followed by guards in ceremonial uniform and other members of the delegation. Navarro quickly but gracefully made his way down the stairs, were the British awaited him.

OOC- I have taken some liberties with your guys (Airplane escort, welcoming area, etc). I shall remove them if they bother you. Don't reply to this OOC if you are okay with it, as I will delete it once you post.

Prime Minister David Cameron smiled as he saw the party walk down the ladder. Once the Vice-President touched British soil, the Honor Guards saluted and a band began to play the anthem of RUS. David Cameron walked forward and greeted the Vice-President.

"Welcome to the United Kingdom, I hope you had a pleasant flight. *turns to the Vice-President's wife* Milady *bows and gives handkiss* I'm honored to welcome you both to the United Kingdom. Shall we head for the cars?

"In the name of the RUS, as it's elected Vice-President, I, Pablo Julio Navarro, express my feeling of honor at meeting you, Mr. Prime Minister, and stepping foot on your great country. I would be pleased to follow you to the motorcade." With those words, the RUS delegation followed the Prime Minister to the cars waiting for them.
