The King Stepped into the Great Hall of Harlech Castle, which looked alien to him with all the microphones and cameras, as well as members of the press, who wern't usually allowed within the 10 mile exclusion zone around the castle. King Owain cleared his throat and signalled for the cameras to start rolling.

"People of Llanoran. I wish to personally address you about a few important issues.

To start with I must tell you all about my latest diplomatic acheivment. As you are well aware, we have recently been exporting convicted criminalsto foreign lands to become slaves or paid labourers. As a result of intervention from moralist-interventionalist states, it was necessary for me to try and forge a union of fellow slave trading nations. Today it gives me pleasure to officialy announce the slave trade union - consisting of eight states:The Kingdom of Llanoran, The Empire of Eralineta, Neo-Mekanta,The Dominion of Strator, The Roguis Agentis, Nephtali,The Republic of F1 Insanity, and The Kingdom of Trollskog.

As a result of this union i am announcing a demolishion of all prisons. On top of this all convicts will now receive a slavery sentance. The death penalty shall be replaced with a lifetime of slavery penalty

As already mentioned thee are many bully states, opposed to our union. It is for this reason that i am conscripting 2 million men between the ages of 16 and 55 into the army. On top of this, the exclusion zone around Harlech castle will become heavily militarized and there shall be a strong military presence around the rest of the City of Cambria. I must stress, The Kingdom of Llanoran is not at war, and will make every effort to preserve peace. these measures are merely precautionary.

People of Llanoran this union shall boost our economy greatly and has also gained us seven valuable international allies. I bid you goodnight"

BY GENERAL ASSENT FROM THE CONGRESS OF THE SOVEREIGN LEAGUE IN KINGSTON, PRAETONIA

The Sovereign League hereby declares a Police Action in force against the Union of Slave Trading States. The announcement of the formation of this Union is seen as an overtly belligerent act towards the Free World and an attempt to undermine the course of international free trade.

It is demanded that within the next 48 hours the memberstates of the Union of Slave Trading Nations make clear an intention to:

• Outlaw the ownership and trade of slaves within their own countries and between other countries, with the exception of convicted criminals.
• De-mobilise all military units created or planned within the past week.
• Dissolve forthwith the Union of Slave Trading States alliance.

If these demands are not met, naval blockade and bombing of government targets within the memberstates of the USTS will commence.

Should the demands be met within the alloted time, the Sovereign League will assure all those states of the USTS protection against any other foreign power, inward investment in their economies and future diplomatic support.

It is hoped that the use of force will not be required, but a reasonable degree of force will be used to bring the USTS memberstates in line with the demands if heavy resistance is encountered.

"Open up the link on my private viewer" Replied Vice-admiral Chalems. The screen flickered up as the Hotdian Fleet insignia flickered up on the screen. "Good morning sir! How may i be of service?"

"We've just received confirmation on that blockade, it looks like we have to deploy the Hood fleet in full in preparation for a possible blockade of Llanoran in particular. How long will it be before your ready to head out?"

"Well sir, the Hood is ready to deploy at any time, we can get the main component of the fleet to catch up, there are always vessels ready to go with it, and we can fuel up on the way."

"Very good Admiral, see to it and set sail immediately, deploy in international waters, possibly near to the Allanean forces in the area, and expect more to arrive soon. Good luck and God speed."

With that the conversation ended. The Hood was the pride of the Hotdian navy, and as such was ready to head out to sea at the least notice, although this time was probably going to be its most serious deployment yet...

"I see im right here and im not Deaf Comms Officer Adams. Hmm I see...." replied a softly spoken Commander Stone.

"Ok here is the situation the Sovereign League in Kingston Praetonia has declared a Police Action against the Union of Slave Trading Nations as a result due to our International Commitments we are to commit the 3rd Battlegroup to the effort. As a result under the Presidents Orders we are now at Defcon 3. Alert the 3rd Battlegroup I want them out of Helgan by 00:00 they are to meet up with all other Sovereign League Forces and will be under Sovereign League Command from their. Understood?"

"Yes Sir" came a number of replies.

"Operations Officer are the Mobilization Preperations nearly complete?" asked Admiral Archer

"Yes Sir we will be ready to deploy by 00:00" replied the Operations Officer.

The 3rd Battlegroup was mobilizing ready to stand with her Allies in the Sovereign League.

King Owain of Llanoran summoned his war advisors to the Great Hall. The king was in trouble. Llanoran was certainly not in a position to go to war, but neither was he about to be told what to do by the school bully.

"Gentlemen - for those of you who have not been informed, three fleets of battleships have been spotted heading for our shores. It is unclear what their intentions are but i think it is fair to assume they're not coming for a cup of tea and a nice chat. Now Gentlemen i have little knowledge of war-faring...what are your suggestions?"

The Kings closest aide, Huw Jenkins, was the first to speak.

"Your majesty, our navy comprises of only a few small fleets. We do of course have HMS Cambria and HMS Cardiff to provide some real muscle, but other then that...it is vulnerable"

John Jones, a fervent nationalist did not see any need for prudence.

"Your majesty we can send out two small fleets, led by HMS Cambria and HMS Cardiff to engage with the enemy. We can also send out a large number of bombers and what few subs we have. Hit them hard i say. Make them believe that we can do so again nand again...even if we can't.

"John you can't be serious!" exclaimed Huw "Destroying those fleets WILL give them no option but to hit us much harder than we can ever dream of. We maywell have the means to destroy those fleets, but that will only sign our own death warrant!!"

King Owain stood up and walked towards the window. "I have heared enough gentlemen. We will indeed Send out HMS Cardiff and HMS Cambria with their fleets. The airforce will also be on standby. However we shall not strike untiil they have struck first. We will not turn into the aggressors. I will contact the leaders of Hotdogs2, Vetaka and Allanea and try to sort this mess out peacefully

To the governments of Vetka, Hotdogs2 and Allanea,
Your Fleets have been spotted heading toward Llanoran. I had hoped things would not have lead this far. We have sent out two fleets of Batleships lead by our two huge dreadnoughts HMS Cambria and HMS Cardiff. These will be there soely to protect any merchant ships coming to or from Llanoran. Any military action against any of our ships shall regretably result in conflict. I urge you to remove your fleets. I shall not pretend that we can last long in a full scale war with you. Would you destroy a small nation, just becuase you disagree with it's practices. However we can and will remove those ships by force if any of our ships are attacked.

With the Frenzian nation once again avoiding destruction, Colderon saw it time to now dispose of his older toys for some newer, more shinnier ones. But what to do with the old stuff. the news was a buzz with the news of the Formation of the Slave trade Union. Nations of no consequnce where stepping up against the world terror known as AMF. But this got Colderon ?thinking....He had found a new use for his old toys.......

" Are you sure about this sir. It would dramaticly reduce our naval numbers in the area?" asked a naval forman as he spoke on the phone

" No sir, no questioning the orders, just wonderin g about the power gap it will make" he continued

" A new fleet!? Well I guess we have no need for them anyways then... Alright They will be deployed ASAP" said the Forman as he hung up the phone. He walked over to the loud speaker mic and barked loud his orders

" All Convert SF to Talon Fleets 2 and 3, I repeat All Convert SF to fleets 2 and 3. ASAP deploy authorized- deployment in 3 hours!"

The Converted soldier holding compartmentwas opened and the soldiers where handed their weapons which where stored on the side of the wall and given by small mechanical arms which placed it in front of them.

The soldiers moved fast to the habor department where they where to deploy with the 2nd and 3rd Talon Fleet. They may have been just converted soldiers but they where good at what they did. And sure enough within 3 hours the fleet was fueled and deployed. They left in the standerd formation big boys in front little ones in back. It would be three days before they got the Strator waters....

"Fleets?" said Captain Harding curiously. "Plural? I didn't realise they even had enough ships to form one fleet. What are we talking here?"

The man looking at the satellite readouts zoomed in a little way. "I can't tell for sure, sir, but I'd say about twelve ships a fleet. They've deployed a couple of dreads as well."

"Any anti-air defense?"

"Unless they've got stuff on the ship decks, no. I think this is a reaction to a naval threat, they don't seem to be expecting anything from the air."

"Poor bastards," smiled Harding, shaking his head. After the conflict with the Fighting Stars, the McPsychovillian Armed Forces had maintained a sizable base of operation in both TFS and Vetaka; Captain Josh Harding had thought his posting to Vetaka to be...well, dull, which it was. TFS had surrendered in short order, and it really didn't look he'd see any action at all. At least, that was what he'd thought.

"What do we send?"

"26 ships, no real anti-air defense...say, five bombers per and a fighter escort. What's that?"

The NCO sitting at the screen did the maths in his head. "130 bombers, about sixty fighters to accompany them?" The Captain nodded.

"Send the orders."

"Oh my..."

"What?"

"You may want to rethink that order, sir," said the young man with more than a little nervousness in his voice. The Captain turned - he was about to snap at him when he caught the undertone of nerviness.

"Why?"

"The Raven Corps have just mobilised some of their ships, and if what I'm getting here is correct, they've come for battle."

Captain Harding leant over the back of the chair, his eyes widening as he took in the disturbing sight. "Is that..." The NCO could only nod. "What's the ETA on their arrival?"

"It could be anything, but I'd guess a day is the minimum. If you want to make an aerial assault, it'll have to be now because those ships will blow our men out of the sky, unless..."

"Unless what?" asked Harding, still looking at the screen. The NCO breathed out heavily.

"Unless you're willing to commit the forces here and in TFS to this theatre."

It was a tough decision, there was no way around it, but Harding's had already been made up.

"We strike tomorrow at the crack of dawn. Inform the men that we will be scrambling three hundred bombers and two hundred fighters to provide an escort."

"Three hundred? That's almost all of them here!"

"Three hundred. Inform the men."

OOC: the fleets I am sending have already been taken off our Budget. the have ne strain on us anymore. But Raven corps is a Corporation. This means our economy is a bit different then most nations. As that I am not a nation. I have no capital, no government exept for a board of Directors. We base our profits on how much we can take. ie Garrisons, gold stockpiles, national treasuries... that sort of thing, so the more war I am in the more money I make.

OOC: Don't be ridiculous, nation of 18 million can not put any superdreadnoughts to water. Hell, Im over 300 million and I have no SD's.

OOC: The fleets comprise of the dreadnaughts, plus 10 smaller frigates in each. The frigates have very minimal out-dated anti-air defense.

And to Olmedreca, the dreadnaugts aside, the navy is very basic.

[Duly noted. Before you complain about the figures, they're only overkill because we don't know how fast the Raven corps fleets are going to get there, and from sheer numbers a smaller force would be slapped out of the sky.]

As a fellow "Slaver" nation, we wish to join in your alliance. We will help your current situation in any way we can.

However recently this has come to our attention

We, the Democratic Republic of Balkan Peoples, has had it brought to our attention that the Holy Empire of Joethesandwich, located within our region (the Former Yugoslavia), still practices slavery within it's borders.

We consider this to be a breach of human rights and therefore unacceptable.

We have informed the emperor of this nation of our viewpoint and made it known to him that further practice of the slave trade may result in military action.

We wish fellow nations to stand behind us in our cause.

As of now the Balkan Peoples are just talking. But if it is to come to military actions we will request assistance from the union.


As a small nation we will not be able to assist much in the opposition to the blockade, but we are sending a single a Battleship, The Holy Messenger. This battleship is crewed by the emperor's finest and was blessed by the emperor himself.

OOC: It doesn't matter, so small nations can't have facilities to build something so huge nor port where to keep it. And do you realize that without correct protection SD's are just huge torpedo targets?

It will take three days for the Raven fleet to arrive anywhere so if you get their first we wont be able to do anything...

[I know, but in character WE don't know. We don't know anything about the Raven corps' ships other than that they can probably swat us out of the skies, hence why the strike takes place so soon. Also, he's only sending dreadnoughts, I just called them super-battleships - the point is the same, but it sounds as though he's poured all of the navy's spending into those ships and let the others suffer. Hence why the ensuing air attack is going to be such a problem for them.]

OOC: I have no arguements with that. I have had a problem with air atacks which is why I developed the H.A.E.S.B. The SD's he has will no put up much fight and will probably get sunk or severly damaged.

We are grateful for your support. The forces rallied agianst us are huge and you have shown great honour in standing up for your sovreign rights. It is vital that we do not back down, even if it results in our demise.

With regard to your sitution with the Democratic Republic of The Balkan Peoples, if they take military action agianst you, then you can count on the support of the union. However given the current situation, if the sovreign league starts a war, we will not be able to provide miliary assistance ourselves. Phitoka Naval Aviation Base, DSRT

Phitoka was the home of several Naval Interdiction Regiments, each regiment consisted entirely of SBO-4B Naval Interdiction Aircraft. These variants of the SBO-4 Strategic Bombers were designed to carry anti-ship cruise missiles or long range, supercavitating torepedo's to devestate an enemy fleet.

The first SBO-4B rolled down the runway, armed with three CM-3 Anti-Ship Missiles: one under each wing and one in the modified bomb bay. The plane heaved into the air and immediatly set off for the assembly points. All in all, 428 SBO-4s, half armed with Anti-Ship Missiles, the other half with torepedo's. Acting as the offensive eye's and ear's were six ND-333 Surface-RADAR Aircraft. Acting as defensive eye's and ear's were fifteen EW-132 Electronic Warfare & AWACs Craft.

That's five percent of your population, enjoy your rampant economic troubles. Go with 6 million, that's 2.5% and the upper limit for most nations. And besides, Kraven's not that big.

A trollish raiding party was despatched to Allanea to take some prisoners as slaves.

After being intercepted by Border PAtrol wearing powered armor, shot at with 25mm rifles, and attacked by Coast Guard boats, the trolls were finally attacked by helicopters and beset upon by angry Allanean villagers carrying .308 rifles.

King Owain heared the explosion all the way from Port Dewi where he was opening the new slave export dock. He knew that Cambria was under attack. The king lowered his head and sighed, but continued with the ceromony until it finished. Then he summoned his royal aide.

The fungus-fuelled Troll berserkers burst from all around, and attack the Allaneans with hellish vigour, ignoring gunfire and ripping limbs. The human catapult slaves roll up the catapultss, being viciously whipped by Troll slavers. Dead slaves are set on fire and fired into Allanean ranks.

Aboard the Torrent-Delta

"Abandon all posts. We have sustained multiple shell hits. I repeat, abandon all posts."

The arsenal ship did not have a large crew – only about fifty men, the rest was automated. As such, when Llanoranian shells have destroyed the ship's ability to turn, set parts of the deck on fire, and destroyed the radar dish, it was still possible for the men to rapidly escape – as a matter of fact, it only took two large lifeboats. As they departed, they realized that only minutes would remain until the fire began to eat away at the missile launch magazines.

The Captain was smiling.

"Captain… we lost the ship… why are you smiling?"

"I have left a few last orders for the onboard computer. Not much… but it'll do."

And then they could speak no more. The Delta was enveloped in smoke as all her missile launchers fired at once, unleashing their full complement of missiles – five hundred of them – targeting the Cambria exclusively with it's entire complement of firepower. It was, after all, lost anyway – why would anybody care?

Seconds later, the Delta began to sink.

Elsewhere

The 30 Point Catilan escort frigates of the Allanean fleet had chosen their targets and fired – aiming carefully at the frigates of the enemy fleet, each launching a single salvo of 4 anti-ship missiles.

The Elusive class battleships – though some of them were pelted by enemy shells they were protected both by the distance to the enemy and by their superior heavy armor, fired their immense cannon. They had superiority to the Llanoran frigates in tonnage and firepower, and they coordinated their fire – only five frigates were chosen (those closes to the Allanean fleet), on which entire fire of the thirty battleships was concentrated.

The other ships in the meanwhile remained outside the battle.

A message was sent to the Vetakans:

The Cardiff is all yours. Give them hell.

On board HNS Grimby, Hood Class DD.

"Intelligence shows Allanean missile launches. What do you wish me to do sir?" Said a rating

"Nothing for now, keep a track on it, ask radar or sat intel to tell you their heading, being a Kriegzimmer design I'm pretty sure its not the easiest to track after all." Stated the watch officer.

"No problem Sir" replied the rating. "Update on the situation for escorts sir, we're having quite a few more escorts being sent to help us out including a submarine force, i believe they will carry enough marines to pack a punch with our air support...."

And so it was that Hotdogs2 slowly tightened its control of the situation as a new fleet departed Hotdogs2, this one containing a rather extravagant amount of Marines, a nation of under 50million people had no chance against the might of Hotdogs2, let alone against The Sovereign Alliance.

The capital city of Llanoran was set ablaze. It was too early to estimate the casualty figure but it surely ran into hundreds of thousands. The King was fortunatly not in Cambria at this time, no-one knew where he was. When the people of Llanoran expected a message of support from their king, it didn't come. For all intents and purposes the King was missing.

What remained of His Majesty's advisors, met in a secret location outside Cambria. They were at a complete loss, and had no idea of what to do next. They knew they're fleets could not dispose of both the Allanean and Vetakan ships.

All they could do now hope Llanoran's allies would save her from invasion.

The early morning scramble is one of the things that so encapsulates the spirit of the Air Force; a squadron forced to down forks in the middle of breakfast, running off and taking to the skies to fight enemies innumerable. The sun is always just beginning to peek over the horizon, and the sky is a light grey, unmarred by clouds. The perfect scenario for a glorious victory. However, glorious victories and perfect weather rarely occur outside the storybooks, and when the five hundred planes burst into vision, it was through a bank of clouds and a storm of freezing rain.

The orders were perfectly simple. The Llanoran fleet's pride and joy were the two battleships Cambria and Cardiff, and to destroy them would be to deal a severe blow to both morale and strength. A late update had seen one of the Allanean arsenal ships launch it's consignment of missiles at the Cambria in a last-gasp attempt to do some damage before the arsenal ship sank, but how bad the damage was was unknown yet. The vast squadron had been told to concentrate their efforts on damaging the Cardiff and what little anti-air defense the fleet presented - the Cambria would have taken a lot of damage from the missile strike and the remainder of the fleet was weak, and would be mopped up by the oncoming Vetakan fleets.

As one, the bombers dived. The aerial resistance was, as expected, minimal, with only a handful of lost fighters; the bombers had gotten through almost completely intact. The Cambria was a floating wreck, little more than a derelict now as the remaining crew tried to escape - the fighter escort had been briefed seperately although there was little need for it, and their orders on this matter were simply "Let none survive". As the bombers flew in towards the Cardiff, the fighters banked away, raking the ocean with their machine guns and firing on the weak, smaller ships.

Vetakan 3rd Battlefleet, Coming up on the Llanoran Fleet led by HMS Cardiff:

"Coming into range of the Enemy Fleet they have sustained heavy losses from air strikes" Reported the Operations Officer

"Fire the Warning Shot" ordered the Admiral.

The Duantless Flagship of the 3rd Vetakan Fleet fired its standard warning shot. Under Vetakan Military Law Vetaka would fire illegally if the warning shot was not fired. Soon after the Warning Shot was fired the Admiral Began:

"Hold Formation and Begin Operation Fire on the Enemy Fleet. All Surface Combatants engage enemy Suface Assets. Air Squadrons and Submarine Unit 1 attack and engage HMS Cardiff I want to sink her to send a powerful message to the enemy. Ready the Hospital Ship Mercy 4 for incoming Enemy Sailors. Submarine Unit 2 hold and await instruction. FIRE"

The Vetakan Fleet opened fire on the enemy Llanoran Fleet the huge Vetakan Battleships with their big guns silenced the enemy while Vetakas Fast Ships came up on them and fired sinking them. Vetakan F-37C Eurafighters coupled with Submarines deep below the water began to attack the target the pride of the Llanoran Fleet. The Vetakan Fleet numbering some 200 outnumberd her enemy but the enemy was committed in total downing 5 Eurafighters, 3 Ships and damnaging 5. The Cardiff took heavy damnage from the barrage but the bastard till managed to stay a float. The Vetakan Military Honoured its enemy and the dead. Vetakan Speed Boats and Helicopters began to rescue the injured both Vetakan and Llanoran from the water transporting them to the Vetakan Hospital Ship Mercy 4. As they went Vetakan White-Phoeinx's Warlocks chanted passages to send the dead peacefully to the after life.

"Fire and Bimestone.. eh?" Admiral Chakiwitz said as he looked at the latest intel on his battle command screen.

"Looks like there wo ill not be a whole lot left for us sir." The intel officer offered.

"We shall see. We shall see. Comms, keep the fleet heading on their current course, and for the love of Plutarkin make sure those planes and missles are ready for launch."

The Admiral then sent out a message to the allied forces in the area, hoping this would bring a swift reply from whoever saw it first.

The Fleet

One of the most important changes in the Allanean military in the recent years was it's new tendency to actually care for wounded enemy soldiers rather then finish them off. As such, from the dozens of helicopter carriers in the fleet (it had more helicarriers then the Llanoran navy had ships) rose helicopters, flying towards the carnage, fishing the dying and wounded out of the raging waters, and hauling them back towards the Allanean fleet.

From the aircraft carriers rose a large amount of aircraft. Flying high to avoid AA fire, they sped towards the freshly-bombed capital, pelting it with leaflets. Their content was simple:

People of Llanoran! Your government has crumbled, your royal palace on fire, your king has cowardly fled before the onslaught of the valiant forces of the liberator powers! We offer your people peace, trade, and liberty, if you accept our demands. Free all your slaves (we will offer them immediate Allanean citizenship), leave the Union, and sit down to negotiate with the allies. It is that simple.

We suggest that it is time for us to begin considering the ramification of what is the absolutely inevitable allied victory in this war, we need to work out a few terms. We suggest the following, but we need your affirmation:

1. The secession of Llanoran from the Slavery Union and the freeing of all slaves.
2. The cutting down of the Llanoran military to 100,000 troops, and the payment of the rest of the Llanoran military budget to the allies for the duration of five years. Allanea will guarantee Llanoran's security with her armies, and therefore this need not result in any loss of safety to Llanoran. In fact they will be demonstrably safer then now, as members of the Union.
3. The establishment of a representative constitutional democracy (or constitutional monarchy if they prefer to retain the king) in Llanoran. Observance of this treaty will become part of the Llanoran Constitution.
4. The subcontracting of Llanoran's entire public education system for the next fifty years to the Demented Schooling Corporation. The purpose is to make sure that the Llanorani kids grow up with proper, classic liberal values and to ensure a strong democracy.
5. Exclusive right to all government infrastructure contracts in Llanoran for fifty years will belong to We Buy It, Incorporated.
6. If Llanoran successfully maintains it's democracy during peace time, Allanea will strongly recommend that they be made a member of the Sovereign League and helped in their quest to become as powerful a nation as they can. (Obviously acceptance will depend on the other SL members).

While we are not authorized to negotiate on the behalf of the other SL members, we are sure they will be happy with those arrangements.

100 of Strators Stingray subs were coming in slowly towards the Allanean ships, they were still a long way off, but soon they would be able to fire hammerheads. The order to fire was sent to all of the subs, the crew got into position for an attack. The first two rounds from each sub shot out as soon as the order was called, the crew quickly placed the next pair into position. The damage was unclear as the water was still a mass of bubbles and steam, the hammerhead was capable of heating water within a ten meter radius by up to 60 degrees celsius. The crew knew it must be hell for the Allanean fleet, any exposed flesh would be burned by all that steam. The second pair were then shot at another order from the control room in Strator, the torpedoes met the hulls of the ships above and made a satisfying "BOOM".

At the same time, another group of stingrays had attacked the Allanean frigates. The results seemed to be the same.

The Strator control room awaited results before proceeding with the next part of the plan, all troops were on alert status, it was time for war.

As the strange Hammerhead missiles were fired, the Allaneans began to laugh as they understood the effects. Heating the water in a ten-meter radius to sixty degrees centigrade would not, of course, harm a 200-meter long frigate in any way – and, additionally, it discovered the location of the launching submarines. Three of the Allanean ships were damaged by the second wave of torpedoes, but mostly the armor did it's job.

As such, the Allanean aircraft carriers began to attack the Stratorian submarines – hundreds of aircraft flew overhead, pelting the average location of the submarines by immense depth charges, so heavy that each aircraft could only carry one of them – but considering the fleet had about 2,000 aircraft, it still would be a hard day for the Stratorians.

And that was not all. From the Allanean navy, 1,000 ASROC's were launched, aiming at the Stratorian subs' vague location.

With this much firepower arrayed against them, the Stratorians would likely be screwed.

OOC: They do not only heat the water, that is a useful side effect, they would completely destroy the hulls of your ships HAHAHAHA, at least they might.

My name is Gareth Jenkins. I am leading what remains of His Majesty's council of advisors who are acting as the caretakers of the government. While it was clear from the beginning that we could not win this war, we were suprised by the extent of the cold attack on our citizens. We have no choice but to offer our surrender on behalf of our absent king.

Terms 1, 3 and 6 are acceptable to us, but Terms 2, 4 and 5 are absolutely unacceptable.

Term 2 - the cutting down of the Llanorian military and the payment of reparations - is something we are opposed to in the same manner as we opposed the clause of the Fighting Stars' surrender, in that it would cripple the Llanorian military period, with no chance of recovery for the forseeable future. We, for one, are happy to waive the reparation amount allocated to us and do not expect it to be sent anywhere other than back into the Llanorian coffers. The later entry regarding the Allanean military smacks of imperialism and is little more than an attempt to turn Llanoran into a protectorate, a decision that can only be made freely.

Term 4 - the subcontracting of Llanoran's public education system to the DSC - is an insult to the other nations making up the Coalition, as it is nothing more than a callous attempt to make money from misery. And when a Capitalist Republic says this, there's something rotten in Triela. Term 5 - WBI Inc being granted exclusive rights to all infrastructure contracts - is likewise a clause that only has the Allaneans in mind, not the Llanorians.

We are not going to press for similar concessions to made for McPsychovillians corporations - we are capitalist, but not so greedy to hamstring another nation's chances of economic growth. Instead, the three objectional terms are to be removed from the surrender agreement forthwith, such that Llanoran might have a chance to grow naturally rather than being bottle-fed.

The Journey was over and the Fleet was now in range of attack. The Fleet commander could see signes of battle as they got closer. Debris and floating corpuses littered the water, not that such things mattered but if was the fact of the matter. The Fleet commander dare not go back to the habor...not now. His fleet was already taken off the records and was of no concern to the Board of Directors. So if they returned they would be " Decommisioned". Such a fate would not befall his soldiers. He would prove that the Converts still had fight in them. AS the Commander looked over reports he called his plan into action. The Arsenal ships that his fleet had would be more then enough to deal a crushing blow to the hearts and minds of anyone who would dare form a resistance against the Converts fleet.

AS a dance of sowrds the ships moved into place. Target was the Capital city, as well as the coastline. As the last ship moved into position the Arsenal Ships opened fire upon the City. In a brillant display of raw power, Cruisers began to pound the coastline to try and knock out any beach head defenses. The Arsenal ships fired simotaniously at the City. Thousands of missiles screamed to the heavens inwhich they would rain down upon the unsuspecting people. The missiles where laoded with Nemesis-9 virus. A deadly illness that has no cure and inflicts pain and suffering for days before finally killing the infected. Many go mad becasue of the pain.

The striker carriers deployed their Orcas in which to begin its occupation of the defeated nation. The location of deployment was just outside the Capital....

ARM is the one that is REALLY active. Troop numbers are now up to about 100,000. (Still WAY below my 380,000 normal). I'm still filling out the information on them. (Hard to find terrian and cliffs suitable to use for areas on google or well...any map.)

The only REAL threat to any force is the single Oceanus ship that Gavrie produced. Though the shipyards are producing ten more that will be finished by the end of the NS year.

ARM has over 7000 servicable tanks. A vast supply of Fifty-Sevens and P90s. They are digging into the north cliff walls, but they are also hiding tanks and armament in the woods. (Something that means they are not using the warehouses.)

MAM and MOM Corp are not growing any larger. MAM has yet to produce a SINGLE missile or weapon. MOM is going to grow and take over the air in a few NS years.

The single tight defensive area is where ARM is planning to expand into and build a second factory. However, they are being suspicious.

My name is Gareth Jenkins. I am leading what remains of His Majesty's council of advisors who are acting as the caretakers of the government. While it was clear from the beginning that we could not win this war, we were suprised by the extent of the cold attack on our citizens. We have no choice but to offer our surrender on behalf of our absent king.

We have discussed your terms and reply with the following.

1. We agree to leave the slave trade union and immediently stop our exports of slaves. All contracts with buying nations will be cancelled.

2. We agree to cut our troops down to 100,000 men and to give the remainder of the military budget to Allanea and her allies for a period of five years only.

3. Rejected. We reserve the right to retain our system of government. The monarchy is not a despotic regieme. As a compromise we will remove King Owains family - The House of Carter, from the monarchy and appoint The House of Glyndwr as the new royal family.

From ten of the Allanean arsenal ships, an immense salvo of missiles - 5,000 in total - was launched at the Raven Corps arsenal ship complement - just as dozens of ABM sattelites and shipboard ABM defenses fired at missiles aimed at Llanoran's capital. Dozens were shot down, and only a small amount remained - hopefully to be dealt with by what remained from Llanoran's anti-air defenses.

Even as this happened, the Allanean ships began to unload, spitting forth thousands and thousand of Marines and common infantry onto the Llanoran shore.

We would like to point out, in response, four things:

1. That We Buy It, Inc. is not an Allanean corporation.

2. That the purpose in the choice of DSC as the provider of education is not, despite your protestations, to bring money to Allanean pockets (though that's a nice byproduct). Rather, this a way to introduce classical liberal ideas to the population of Llanoran. These ideas are not counter to the idea of a monarchy, but they are counter to the idea of slavery. We feel that after such a system of education is installed, slavery will not have a resurgence in Llanoran.

3. That the money collected from the Llanoranii military budget will be used to build bases and provide military equipment which will be left to the Llanoran military after Allanea leaves.

4. That the Llanoranii have already consented to this proposal - and we have the capability to enforce it. If you really care about the Llanoranii, perhaps you should be worried about the Raven Corps invasion.

I have surrendered on his behalf...on the condition that his family is removed from the Monarchy. His son and his brother were killed in the attack on Cambria anyway. The next in line was his Nephew David...but he's just six years old."

You also mention - erroneously - that the Llanorians have consented to the terms of surrender, but you fail to recognise that these terms have been through ONE nation involved in the conflict. To the best of our knowledge, Vetaka has not been contacted about organising a treaty; we certainly have not, and considering we lost a sizable number of planes and men in the airstrike that allowed you occupation, I would opine that we deserve some form of say in the matter. As I have mentioned in the past, I am perfectly willing to discuss alternate terms with you, with a Llanorian delegate or with both, but make no mistake - we will be heard.

You then go on to talk about the Raven Corps invasion. Is your intelligence up to scratch? Evidently not - if it were, you would have noticed the swift mobilisation of a rather sizable taskforce. To add to the bombers already stationed at the nearby military base, a further two hundred bombers and one hundred and fifty helicopter gunships will join them for an aerial defense and attack. Further, you may also be interested to hear of the troop ships currently en route to the conflict zone - a total of four hundred thousand men and a large amount of armour of the Ninth Unit will rejoin Captain Harding before moving on to Llanoran, in order to defend against an attempted landing. The ground forces will make landfall in a little over eleven hours, while the aerial strikeforce is ready to scramble as soon as the Raven Corps get close to the conflict zone.

You would be wise not to rile potential allies, particularly since the words of the late King still sit poorly with me. I need scarcely remind you that insulting words were the first cause of the Doomani-Freekish War currently raging...maybe you would do well to take note.
