The New Prussian Confederacy request the Federal Republic of Wolfstien to allow to own a single port for there own military purposes, and placing on this port would be the new ships under construction. We beg for such a resource, but our nation's terrain dismembers us from holding such a position at this time. So it is up to you to grant us naval power, all we ask is a dock. Small, but have the land to build up a large port city.
We will allow a port at Königsberg.
