We welcome all nations to join us in the first meeting of the Balkan states peace accord.
The conference will take place in our regional capital and it's purpose will be to discuss matters of alliance, trade and military matters pertaining to our region and those who wish to be related to it in some way.
We do not wish for their to be any debate of an aggressive kind. Also, let it be noted that their will be a heightened military presence in the capital to safeguard all visiting diplomats, due to the recent troubles in the south of the country.
