The New Prussian Confederacy would like to offer your nation,
the German Empire, a Triumvirate
Defence Pact between your great nation, the great nation of Wolfstien, and my own
humble country.
This pact would
allow each of our troops to move throughout each others nations in the defence of the Triumvirate's
well being. My own country will lessen the import/export tax between my nation and
yours to a minimial of eight percent. Also, we
would be happy to supply you with surplus Mauser Gewher 98 rifles for the price of only fifty Beinz,
barely used.

fee of ten percent. Also we would like to undergo testing of your new T/Styer Straight
Bolt M95C (Carbine Variation)
rifles.

We accept the alliance with you but we are unsure of the German Empire. We wish to avoid being too cooperative with them until we see their true goals. So, we accept a alliance with you and the German Empire but remember we are not sure of them.

Tunisia will agree to a defensive pact for 5 years, at which if, after 5 years, we wish to continue the pact, we may resign it. We whole heartily agree to the trade agreement however, and welcome Prussian products into our market.

You may test the rifles you have paid for, and if unhappy, you may send them back. (Although that rifle was one of the most accurate in WW1)

Reply to the nation of Wolfstien:
We understand, but geographic features call for us to
unite. The treaty of Rome will no doubt bring reprocussions for us, and we
must prepare for an attack on all fronts, even from the unexpected. With
this, we thank you for joining us in this Triumvirate Defence Pact.

We undestand, and will order fifty more for military testing.

{OOC: Probably will, lol. I need a dang semi-automatic rifle for ten percent of my army. That is, of course, for close quarters engagements. Accuracy dosn't really matter for the ten percent.}

Letter to the Federal Republic of Wolfstien and the German Empire:
We must turn our eyes to our trading goods. A signator of the treaty
of Rome has begun construction on a heavy battlecruiser class ship. I believe we should
respond with creating five new medium cruiser class ships, guns roughly 20cm large. This
will show them they are not the only naval power, but keep us safe at the same time.
Either way, their problem is in the mediterranian and ours is in the baltic. We must be the
first naval power in the Baltic, second to none.

We have plans for a cruiser with 15in guns, we are in the process of finalizing a initial design.

We would like to purchase two of these cruisers. Our fleet of six assault destroyers is on the way. I would also like to initiate an aggresive alliance pact between your great nation, my own humble country, and the New Roman Empire. But no matter your decision we request that you allow us to use one of your ports for full naval use.
