The New Roman Empire has began developement into a new Heavy Battlecruiser to prowl the Mediterranean. The Venice Class Heavy Battlecruiser is supposed to be the greatest naval ship produced in the Mediterranean up to date. Specifics are sketchy as of yet but are expected to come in later on in the week.

The Byzantium League is interested in these designs, and would like to look into the possibility of producing their own.

As a fellow signatore of the Treaty of Rome, we would be happy to share designs with you. But first, we need to decide on the correct schematics, so it could be a short while before the designs are agreed on.

These are the specefics of the Venice-class Heavy Battlecruiser. They will not be complete as of yet, but I will add more as I figure out what else I want on it.

The new ships, the Vatican-Class Assault Destroyer and the Venice-Class Heavy Battlecruiser, are part of the New Roman Empire's new Naval strategy. The goal of these ships are to link up with frigates and Corvettes to make a fast attack fleet that can outrun and outgun those who attack the Empire. A new line of Corvettes and Frigates are expected to go into research early 1915.

It sort of depends, they will be once the Empire constructs a few.

Is your Vatican-Class warship ready for export into my nation? If it is ready for such an echange, we must work out the numbers.

We are happy to hear that our allies of Byzantium show interest in our ships. We also believe in the possibility of a naval conference involving all of the Pan-Mediterranean Alliance members with tactic sharing and possibly some wargames at the end.

We are sorry, but we can not use the port of Venice effectively, our operation goals are much farther north. Perhaps trade between us may florish.

Yes, it is one of our greatest works so far aside from the Venice-Class and Vatican-Class. We had defense in mind as well as cargo capacity. Production has begun in Roman Shipyards for our navy, but we could sell some domestic production rights to Tunisia.

Tunisia would be most interested in this, as our navy is structured towards defence and trade. We believe the Anzio-Class is an interesting combination of both. How much would these production rights cost?

OOC: I'm not quite sure how I should price these. I was thinking for my Venice-Class Heavy Battlecruisers it is $900 million each, for the Vatican-Class Assault Destroyers it is $600 million each, and for the Anzio-Class maybe 350 million. Production rights would be signaficantly more, but would pay off in the long run.

I would suggest you buy at least two supply ships if you want a navy that can go for prolonged periods of time at sea.

Unlimited. If given to us for the price we offered we will also agree to a tarde agreement between our nations.

I don't want to sound mean or anything, but unlimited production rights for 450 mil would be a total steal. a more fair price would be 700-800 mil. Think about it, you can make as many as you want for the price of two of them.

The New Prussian Confederacy's armada plans on ordering ten of these exquiste warships. This will boost our fleet size to 2 Battle Cruisers, 6 Assault Destroyers, 10 Frigates, 2 supply ships, and 20 troops carriers.

Production will begin but I want to stress a few things.

A.) My fleet has to be constructed first

B.) Please please keep this real. What is your military budget?

C.) If your military budget is too low, your armada might need to be slimmed down a bit. Just remember you still have a ground force to spend on.
