In response to the Slave Trade Union, headed by Llanoran, I am creating the Anti-slavery Alliance. We cannot simply sit by while the Union treats human beings like living tools. It is disgusting, it is inhumane, it is preventable. I ask that all countries against slavery do something about this travesty by joining this alliance, and fighting the Union.

The Slave Trade Union actually speak as if slaves don't deserve life. They have insulted nations who disagree with them. They have called us scum. They have made death threats against me. I, for one, will not tolerate it. It's time to rise up against this pyschopaths. The Anti-slavery Alliance will ensure that all slaves being traded in our rival countries will be freed, and allowed to live life normally. Again, I urge all nations against slavery to join us, and make a difference.

Any and all nations who join this alliance will be required to cut off all trade with the Union members, and issue a blockade against them. They have refused to listen to diplomacy. Now we will make them listen.

Statement by the Grand Duchy of Aunesia
The Grand Duchy reaffirms its total commitment to an eventual peaceful, global abolition of slavery through a process of economic reform and support, and urges nations who likewise wish to see an end to slavery and who are tempted to join this organisation to act with restraint.

We would like to make clear our total support for the documents currently being written by the Dominion of Vetaka and would strongly advise and urge any nation wishing to join this Union to instead wait for its publication and the measures contained within it to take effect and requests your peaceful diplomatic support for our measures.

I just want to make it official, so we'll know who is on our side and who is not. It would get a bit confusing if it was just a bunch of random nations fighting, wouldn't it? At least with this, we'll know if the soldiers on that hill are our men or not.
