Poseidon Class Destroyer

The Poseidon class destroyer was designed to become the next generation multi-role destroyer, capable of air defense, surface attacks, and maritime defense. The Poseidon is equipped with the active phased array radar system. With the newest rader system, and an arsenal to match, it's no wonder why most people consider the Poseidon the King of the Seas.

it's no wonder why most people consider the Poseidon the King of the Seas.

In Sendersdale or abroad? If the latter I would like very much like to see evidence of this.

Also given the number of anti ship missiles (16) and the obsoletion of Harpoon in NS, and the small payload of anti air missiles for a destroyer, this isn't really a destroyer by NS standards, though you're free to call your ships whatever you like, though the destroyers on my storefront are the usual size and payload of a 'destroyer' on NS.

Yeah, it's kind of boring when each designer always includes "And, of course, everyone knows it's the best!". It's silly and doesn't work anyway, because it's everywhere. You'd actually make a difference by not saying that and making the people read the writeup searching for the weasel phrase - actually read it!

Sure it quailifies as a destroyer in NS. Not a decent one but a destroyer none the less (a Paulding class destroyer may be obsolete to all, but we still call it a destroyer nonetheless).

But you are right though, this ship is probably underpar for NS, and I do take the criticsm seriously.

As for the name, I admit it was a tad bit boastful, but I called the ship Posiden, which is the King of the Sea. Didn't mean for it that it is the best, but I do see your point.
