The Avalon aircraft carrier was designed to be the next generation supercarrier for the Senderlian Naval Forces. Designed to provide the power of the largest of carriers, while keeping in mind of a nations budget. The Avalon aircraft carrier also has a extensive automation system which will be able to reduce the total cost of future aircraft carriers and reduce the numbers of personnel manning the Avalon. Along with many other safety feature, it's no wonder why they refer to her as the Island Paradise of the Sea.

Currently the Avalon is in it's devopment stages, and any critiques would be welcomed.

OOC: The ski jump implies that it can only carry S/VTOL aircraft like the Harrier or F-35B(which the graphic shows on deck). I'm not sure, but i don't think you can laucnh conventional carrier planes with the ski jump.

I want two. I believe that comes to a grand total of 9 000 000 000 United States Dollars. How long will it take for the Federation of Undbagarten to recieve our new ships? Or are they not for sale,because if they aren't... well that sucks major ass.

Flight deck width is excessive, I believe it was meant to be 145m.
And one would wonder what is the dirty secret behind it displacing just 156,000t and costing just $4.5bln. Most could take it as a confession to ditching the underwater protection and extended compartmentalization, plus saving on systems redundancy. Generally cost/displacement ratio is usually taken roughly constant when rescaling, as well as the block coefficient. Since it seems to be some upscale, it would fall into 220,000 ton range and 9bln each for Nimitz tech level (they are kept at their low cost by severe measures, up to using refurbished equipment from old ships).

Thanks for showing me the typo about the width. Anyhow the price of a ship like this shuold be around 5.5 - 6.5 Billion USD. The Nimitz Class afterall, only cost 4 billion to build. Anyhow like you said, the weight and the price were a tad unrealistic, I've fixed it now.

As for your request of construction rights, this is currently being discussed between the Maritme Command and the Senderlian Parliament. I will inform you of any new developements concerning this matter.
