(This thread is for the GASN and the UMIN ONLY a seperate thread will be opened for talks with the Corporate Alliance at a later date. The first item up for debate... trade between the nations affiliated with the GASN and the nations affilitated with the UMIN. I know that we have seperate economic policies; and that that the policies of the GASN are more complicated because the GASN has been around longer than the UMIN. So this is an attempt to combine these two different economic standpoints into onw coherent Global Economic Policy.

I propose something to the tone of a free trade agreement between all member nations. That is tarriff free trade. There will be limitations of course, but this will be all figured out once the debate gets started.

We are glad that you agree to a mutual lowering of tariffs. The Federation of Undbagarten looks forward to eventually accepting a free-trade agreement with the World Soviet Party. If this is a slim possibility...well you can't fault a man for looking out for his country and hoping for the best.

I want everybody to post their ideas about free-trade between the major Unions and Corporations of the world. Is this a wise desicion for the UMIN to promote such an idea?

Okay, since the OP of the UMIN has left his crack pot Union in my hands I am going to reform it. I will be posting a thread on the Union shortly. Probably in a couple of hours. I will make it better, and I will have a set of standards each nation must agree to before joining. I will set up a chain of command and finish the draft for the free trade between the UMIN and GASN. I am also changing the name of the Union ( I will post the ORIGINAL name beside it in parantheses so as to avoid confusion.
