On this earth large empires are discouraged; to prevent the mass accumulation of land by a single player, each player may only claim two countries. I don't care which ones so long as it is only two. The RP will start in the 1890's and end in the year 3000 (one year is a week)in this time new empires will be created, and some will dissolve into mere remnents of their former glory. Most will cease to exsist eventually. I have absolutely not tolarence for godmodding on this earth and will delete anyone caught godmodding. (You get one warning after that *click, delete*). I will make the first claim, I claim Germany and France (this includes Corsica).

Okay though, seriously, I wouldn't do it by countries. Lichtenstein and Switzerland would be no match for Russia and China, for example. I'd just do it by claim a piece of the map, which needs to be approved by you.
