OOC: In Search of a New Region
First of all I was unsure where to make this post? If ive put it in the wrong place. Moderators please move accordingly.
Anyway down to it:
Im in need of a new region. Im currently located within the Region of Marine West Coast and well my only regionmember is The Undead Falcons whom rarely posts and when it does its usually terror attacks, wars, murders and generally shit against my nation and my people. So I want to move. Is their anybody who wants me? lol Im active more or less everyday so if anything went down id respond quite quickly. My nation stands for freedom and acceptance. Although I operate a capitalist system my nation is friendly with anybody regardless of political ideology. So will anybody have?

oki, if ye're looking for an actual region in NS terms then go join the Democratic Union, we're a growing region with kikass RP's which range from Wars to Diplomacy and much much more.
However, if ye're just looking for a place to stick your nation then I recomend my own groing regional map, I don't have a linky on me but i'll come back with one soon.

I faced the same question two months ago, as my old region was overtaken by a power-hungry person, plus none of the members played here.
My first thought was Haven, but I decided I'd better not - that region is full of wanky warmongering; really not the kind I seek. The safest one, but I'm more safe on my own than I could possibly need. I was uncertain for half a month. Eventually I chose Greater Dienstad.
I can't say it's something impressive. Particularly, the region forums aren't too active: it's either-or, after all, the people usually either play here or on the region forums. However, what I like there is complete lack of undesirables, and I really prefer to have my region that way.
If you join GD, that's fine for NS II RP, since you'll be close to a few generally peaceful, but strong nations, like The Macabees. Besides, you can expect deals, and good deals, on a few types of the very best MT equipment - Nakil tanks, R1 assault rifles, plus in the close future NCR 2 submarines, and whatever firearms and ships released. Well, you don't get a box of cookies and the like for joining GD, but that's clearly not a bad place either.

Dienstad is differentiated by the presence of reason.

If you are going to be factually correct, go all the way. Kijarior is full of intelligent, smart, and good people. There is no "lack of reason". So be factually correct, if that's what you preach. We have a strict focus on realism and modern tech, with high quality RPing, and intelligent debate, well, for the most part.
However, if you are all about war and not about RP, maybe don't.
