Located: The nation of Honako
Background: Founded in 1987 after the total ban of Smoking in Honako. Killed over 4000 people between 1993 and 2004 before a total crackdown was commenced by Honako's Police Force and Military after they assassinated the leader of the country. The organization which once boasted 1000+ members was whittled down to just 122 who where forced to live in the sewers (the rest where killed, arrested or left quickly). Returned a few months ago to attack Honako and have recently caused a war on an international scale.

The Calpavia Workers Union - DPDC

The Calpavia Workers Union has had virulent and violent place in Calpavia's history ever since it began in 1938. Hordes of discontented employees left their jobs in the factories and workshops of the cities, and demonstrated with extreme force. The Andersburg March of 1945 saw the deaths of 16,000 civilians, as the Union set fire to a large part of the town, hoping to gain the authorities attention.
In the modern era, the Calpavia Workers Union has been linked with several political assassinations and bombings in Calpavia's main cities.

The United Communist Union (UCU)

The UCU started off in the nation of The United States of The Mexicon Republic (wich is now split into 2 nations thanks to the UCU). They have then gone on to attack many other nations in there on-going crusade to unite the world under one communist government. Even though Boico is a socialist nation (similar to communism) it came under attack by the UCU after stating that it condemed extreem communist views. The UCU is a Trans-national organisation.

the Popular Front for a Vertan Republic (PFVR):

Vertan seperatist group bitter over the government declairing the Free Verta Party a banned entity when it emerged they were using the party militia to routinely assault political enemies rather than for defense of the realm. Attacked a police convoy transporting several key members of the FVP and freed several of it's leaders pending trial. Their MO at the moment is carbombings

League of the Black Phoenix (LBP)

The Vetakan Govenment and the Vetakan People can trace its routes back through an old an ancient tribe of native Vetakans known as the White Phoenix Tribe. However in 1212 AD the tribe suffered a mini civil war between the White-Phoenix Tribal Leader and the tribes Warlock whom we only know as Black Phoenix. Not much is known of what happened however what is known is that "Black Phoenix" broke away from the tribe with a few supporters. As he left he cast a curse over the White-Phoenix stating that he would return and destroy in a 100 years the White-Phoenix.

The curse was never full filled. However in every 12th year of every 100 years on every 12th day of every 12th month on every 12th hour their has been a ritual murder. The murder consists of the victim been usually raped and the thoart slit. A diagram of a Phoenix painted in black paint is then drawn on the chest and black paint is thrown up the victims residence. No DNA or clues have ever been found and nobody has ever been arrested. However this has been the only relation their have also been Bomb Attacks and shootings with notes usually strapped to a lamb post close to the incident claiming the attack to the work of the league. At this time SIS belives the league have disanbanded and as such pose little or no threat. Strange occurances have also occured throughout Vetakan History involving the League of the Black Phoenix

The Rastorian Syndicate….

Type: Organized Crime Syndicate/Terror group.
Status: Active
Area of Activity: Based: In Rastoria but is an International entity


The Rastorian Syndicate’s origins date back in the late 1880’s during the mass migration of Italian immigrants to the country of Rastoria. The Italians started up their code of Mafia and Omerta. This end up crossing the Irish gangs that already controlled crime in the five cities. The Irish gangsters could not compete and were pushed to one city. The Mafia however took control of the rest of the country’s underworld interest giving them vast wealth and power. The Mafia eventually made peace with the Irish gangsters by acquiring them into the organization ending the thirty years war.


The Rastorian Syndicate was formed upon the merging of the Five Cabals or families. The cabals currently have been expanding their list of crimes and gaining more and more wealth. They are rumored to have infiltrated the highest levels of political power within Rastoria and their strangle hold over the Unions and the common people is almost absolute. They have begun to expand their operations to overseas markets giving the Bosses even more wealth and power but making the Syndicate a very dangerous opponent for any would be law man or person trying to bring them to justice.

The Dinsmer Liberation Army (DLA)

Area of Activity: Based in Dinsmer province of Neo-Erusea

The Dinsmer Liberation Army is a rebellious terrorist organization which has been formed shortly after the defeat of Dinsmer forces in the War of Neo-Erusean Secession, and is activly trying to seperate the Dinsmer province from the Glorious Republic of Neo-Erusea.

I'd like to submit a trans-national organization known simply as the "Corporate Alliance." If you look around enough you'll find out more about them.

SUBJECT: MANUS DEI

Manus Dei is a multi-faceted, multi-national crusader organization. Headed by Cardinal Antonius Caius Cyriachus of the Doomani Catholic Church, it has fought along side the Imperial Army in several notable crusades, including the Czardaian Crusade. Foreign governments have repeatedly labelled the organization a 'terrorist' organization for their rightful purification of nonbelievers.

A purely Catholic organization, it advocates the concept of 'Global Crusade' originally explored by Caesar Maximus III. In countries more closely aligned to the Imperium Doomanum, however, it utilizes more peaceful tactics to forward their goals, such as preaching, charity work, as well as political activism. This has led many to the conclusion that Manus Dei is a state-sponsored organization; however, it must be noted that Manus Dei is primarily funded through private donations.

In countries labelled by the organizations as 'heathen lands', Manus Dei can be expected to operate dozens of covert cells designed to inflict damage on more heavily populated areas of that nation. Manus Dei has also engaged in more conventional guerrilla warfare, actively fielding uniformed Milites in conflicts such as the Czardaian Crusade and the Zairian Civil War.

Manus Dei's membership currently numbers in at over one billion members world wide, primarily in the Imperium Doomanum. The organizations structure consists of numerous 'Chapters', which are broken down by city and region. Manus Dei Chapters can be called be activated in the event of crusade, allowing for the organization to draw on a massive supply of trained manpower. 'Covert Chapters', or cells, are located in nations that do not allow the organization of normal, armed militant chapters.

It has been known to field advanced weaponry, including the latest air defense systems from Imperial Aerospace as well as state-of-the-art anti-tank weapons from Doomingsland Defense Industries among other things; weapons normally available only to nations closely aligned with the Imperium Doomanum, which again brings up the question of state sponsorship. The organization is known to be in the possession of chemical, biological, and quite possibly nuclear weapons, and has used chemical weapons on a number of occasions in Czardas.

The Insurgent Union of the Fundamentalist Church of the Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ (The Insurgent Union of the FLDS)

The FLDS church came to Oslea in 1970, but politicians did not like their brand of Christianity, even though Oslea was 74% Christian back in 1970. They disagreed on the rights given to women, restriction of freedom, and the polygamist aspect of the FLDS. FLDS leaders were disgusted, and vowed to change the ways and laws of Oslea in line with FLDS doctrine and rules.The FLDS used to be centered in the Oslean towns of Springcorn and Hollywell until they were wiped out in Operation Sledgehammer.

The FLDS started taking action by taking Senator Jason Caldwell as a hostage in 2000, and demanded that Oslean change their laws. Police and military teams failed to rescue the Senator and he was killed on August 2000.

The FLDS struck again in 2001, bombing a Muslim mosque and killing 40 who were praying inside at the time. In 2003, they attempted to blow up Evergreen Bridge in Amber Crown, but did not succeed and were arrested by Military Police.

The FLDS struck for the last time in 2005, killing 130 when a bomb was set on a plane and blown up in the air. The Oslean government decided they had enough of it, and conducted Operation Sledgehammer in the following month. The strongholds of Springcorn and Hollywell were invaded by Oslean forces, and killed 1,102 hostile insurgent FLDS members while arresting 3,440 in the initial attack. The towns were then eliminated by Napalm Bombs dropped by the OSAF, killing an estimated 2,000 more combined.

Today there are very few, if any FLDS members in Oslea that are known to exist.

The Black Hand of Nod
Type: International Terrorist Organization, Mercernaries, Religious Group

Area of Activity: Worldwide, major strongholds in The Lone Alliance and Chitzeland.

The Black Hand is a splinter faction of the Nod Terrorist Organization, upon sepeartion the Black Hand expanded their operations, sometimes acting alone or under another nation's orders. Their most common tasks seem to be in supplying insurgant groups and supporting criminal organizations. They also do assassinations and will post assassination offers of their own

They are also known to be a 'gun for hire' in wars. For example, it is theorized that they provided large scale military aid to one side during the Chitzeland war.

Kurpsegradi Fuedal Communists (KFC)
Type: Terror group

Area of activity: Known to be in Kurpsegradi areas but otherwise unknown

The KFC is responsible for many bombings within the region of Kurpsegrad and has on many occasions sucessfully assasinated capitalist promoters in Strator, Evilstraad and Kurpsegrad minor. The organisation is beleived to be funded by these governments but these suspicions are based on little evidence other than the fact that enemies of these states tend to be on their agenda and that they have only been known to raid arms shipments which are not to or from any of these nations. The KFC is led by a man named Kant aki Kurnal who's ideas of an equal people managed by the dukes who serve under the king. Upon the capture of a suicide bomber, jeikan viiang, several of the KFC's training grounds have been revealed, but they were the first and the last to date to be found.

The National Socialist Front, Fascist organization founded after the fall of the old regime. Highly dangerous and organized.
