TO: All nations among the grand Global Union of Socialist Nations
From: The Revolutionary Nationalist Party of Zambistan(RNZ)
Ladies and Gentlemen of the esteemed states of the GUSN, I stand before you a humble barber, who has led his people into a glorious new era. Yet I see the GUSN lacking in the vitality that has come into my country. Comrades, I shall cut to the chase: we need to act. We are surrounded by capitalist pig-dogs who devour nations for resources. We are losing the revolution, and we sit idly by. We must inject the GUSN with new life, a new mission, and a new hope. What we can do is turn as many nations to our side as we can, whether by war or recruitment.
I believe we must allow authotarian socialist nations to join our organization. Political freedom itself has often unleashed the violence that liberal nations abhor. Indeed comrades, there is nothing more volatile and more in need of disciplined, enlightened direction than the vast populations of underpaid, underemployed and badly educated workers divided by ethnicity and beliefs. Our policy towards these nations must be defined not by its excellence but by its outcome: if it isn’t effective, it can’t be virtuous. We have no choice, we must work with the material at hand to crush capitalism and freedom only becomes an issue once order has been established.
On the subject of war, we must aggressively assert socialism and anti-capitalism. We must conquer opposing nations and then change them. A century of disastrous hopes has brought us back to imperialism, that most ordinary and dependable form of protection for ethnic minorities and others under violent assault.
Imperialism is traditionally the offshoot of two different needs:
1.The need for capital to capture new markets, new materials, new slaves, and new customers.
2. The desire for power and prestige.
Under the GUSN however, a third need shall drive our “imperialism,” if it can even be called that: The happiness of a people through the introduction of socialism and the creation of stability. Therefore, I propose we create the following rules for colonies, commonwealths and conquered nations:
1. Any territory taken under a GUSN regime will be considered a “state” for all intents and purposes.
2. States taken are to be abolished as soon as they are captured, and are to be broken into self-governing communities protected and overseen by the GUSN. After five years, communities who show civil order, a socialist government and economy, and manage to behave themselves shall be allowed to confederate with as many other such states as the GUSN permits, creating mini-states, if they so choose.
3. After another five years, these small states that have kept up the same things that allowed them to confederate, shall be allowed to combine with other mini-states into regional governments, if they so choose.
4. After another five years these regional states may take a vote on if they wish to rejoin into a full nation, although still administered by the GUSN, if they have remained in the aforementioned conduct.
5. After another five years the nation shall take a vote, if they wish to remain a commonwealth of the GUSN, or become an independent GUSN state. If the vote is taken and the commonwealth chooses to remain a commonwealth, a vote of independence shall occur every ten years.
6. The people of the conquered territory have the right to stay at any stage they have made it too, from community up.
7. If a conquered territory does not meet the requirements at anytime, the GUSN retains the right to dissolve the territory into the community stage.
As a rule, I believe all states that are captured in war are to be defaulted to the GUSN, and run directly by then. To allow for any of this to happean, it is most important the GUSN elect offcials from all her many states to oversaee a commision that would effectivly run the commonwealths
With these rules all conquered territory shall become well versed in socialism and freedom, and shall make an ideal GUSN state.
