The historic meeting now being called the Sofia Concord concluded today, as Emperor Lucifer of the Kregaian Imperium and Emperor Kazatmiru I of Generia signed an agreement on the subject of the former territories of the collapsed Freudotopian Empire.
Having fallen largely into anarchy and chaos following the disappearance of Emperor Saul Hudson, the freudian territories have become a near inhospitable place, and the plight of the former citizens of Freudotopia has been the subject of several humanitarian awareness programs throughout the region.
Unwilling to allow this to continue, and likely fearing that the chaos might spill into the western oblasts of the Empire, Sources say Emperor Kazatmiru, who is currently dealing with unrest in the Alberian region, contacted the Kregaian government several weeks ago with a plan to divide the former dominions of Emperor Hudson between the two Empires, so as to restore stability and bring civilized order back to the Freudians.
The chaos which has reigned over the 6 past years has seen the rise and fall of numerous smaller orders, organizations, and warlord empires seeking to fill the power vacuum left behind in the wake of the collapse of the Freudotopian government. Constant conflict between robber barons, gangsters, and warlords coupled with years of famine and rampant disease has claimed close to a billion lives, carving the population of the Freudian territories down to a rough 4 billion.
The division of the Freudian territories will bring the eastern portion of the former Freudotopian Imperium that borders western Generia as well as half of the western continent under control of the Generian Government, while the task of governing the other half of the western continent as well as the Freudian archipelago will fall upon the Kregaians. This will increase the population of the Generic Empire by close to 2.2 billion, and that of Kregaia by close to 1.8 billion.
The Emperor has not clarified whether these new inhabitants will be granted citizenship within Generia itself, or whether their homeland will even become an official Imperial province, or will simply be classified as a dominion

Official Imperial Statement Regarding the Sofia Concord, and the Division of the Territories of the Former State of Freudotopia
The Empire is pleased to announce to the International Community, and her regional allies in the CAD that the negotiations on the matter of restoring order in the former dominions of Freudotopia have been successfully concluded. For far too long, anarchy and chaos have been allowed to reign in those reaches of the continent, but with this historic agreement, the first step is being taken to restoring stability and Imperial order.
According to the terms of the agreement between the Government of his infinite Majesty, the Emperor Kazatmiru I of Generia, and his Kregaian counterpart, Emperor Lucifer, the former domains of Freudotopia will be partitioned so as to provide the Generian government dominion over the eastern territories and half of the western, and the Kregaian Imperium with the remaining, including the Freudian archipelago.
Already, the soldiers of Generia and the Warmaster are en route to secure their domain, and begin the long process of assimilation and reclamation. No foreign objection of interference is expected.
In addition, no longer will the central reagions of the CAD continent be refered to as Bornerifreudia, and will revert to their old name: the Borneric Empire.
