IC:
South Lizasauria called an international meeting on argriculture, many leaders came to see what the South Lizasaurians were on about. A man wearing a white outfit similar to that doctors wear with large circular glasses stepped on stage and tapped the mike a couple times to see that it works.

Man: I the president of the division for vitro meat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_vitro_meat) in the SLFI (South Lizasaurian Federal Industries) am proud to announce that the SLFR is opening business in other nations and that my research can help solve many problems that face us in the future. *clicks a remote as the image of a large smokestack appears on a large screen* This here people is one of the many causes for global warming, within a few decades fish will become extinct, within a few decades producing enough food to live will cause mass starvation, island nations will fall into poverty, large nations will too fall into poverty as a main food source diminishes, there is an alternative. Why raise a whole animal or a whole fish in an environment where it can absorb polluted water and eat contaminated animals or plantes when you can grow their delicious meat in a 100% safe lab, as long as there is a large supply of oil and vitamins and the other materials needed to create a vitro meat industry to feed nations before the ocean becomes lifeless we can prevent an apocalyptic fate in the not so distant future. And with this technology we can even help starving countries today. Please think carefully about my proposal.

South Lizasaurian Representative of Vitro Mean co.: Whenever we can make food that is safe we do it, whenever we can prevent a tragedy we do it! And what would be more tragic than having nations starve to death jut because their economies wouldn't allow them to plan ahead!

South Lizasaurian Delagate: I concur. it is in our culture to be altruistic, and we will give out supplies for starting up these industries in your countries for free, after that its up to you to keep it going...Andy questions?
