Though it's a day early, with as sporadic as my Internet access has been the past several weeks, I decided not to risk it and just post this a day early.

Well, tomorrow marks my third year on NS. Three whole years. That's pretty much unprecedented for me. I don't usually devote that much time to a website on the interweb, or even some areas in my personnel life. NS is almost alone in that criteria. I now look back, at my early days here, with the fondest of nostalgias. Most people my age remember their proms and first dates most fondly, but me? I just remember the ridiculously immature banter my foreign ministry use to spew, and the hilarious responses and reactions they created.

I remember 05' and 06' like they were yesterday, and everything I did during that time. I often wonder where the hell the time goes, but I guess time flies when you're having fun. And even though I do not RP much, or at all really anymore, NS still holds that special place in my heart.

There are certain people, or groups of people, that I would like to thank for making my NS experience so fond:

TWSP, Chellis, and the rest of the old UCN crew: Thanks for being such enduring comrades during that time of strife we experience, with the CA, ACTO and the like. I may not now any of you as well as I should, but I still consider you my friends.

The #draftroom crew: Thanks for helping me turn the few designs I posted on the site into something tangible, thanks for all the hilarious chats. Thanks for all the 'XD' strings and the lol's that resulted.

The Corporate Alliance: Yeah...well, thanks for being the scapegoat I needed to start a World War back in September. Really fun memories there.

And anybody I missed, thanks alot. For everything, and I mean that. :)

Congrats. In a month and three days, it'll be my fourth, though admittedly more sporadically than other people. It's a somewhat daunting concept, thinking that we've spent large chunks of our lives doing this.

Three years, four years ... For some people, they're getting closer to five than four. It's crazy.



For comparison, if a baby was three years old, it would be walking and talking and thinking about going to kindergarten soon.
