IC: BACKGROUND : Umoganna had a very strange government structure, it was based on communist ideas but also many members of the public believed in the ideas of anarchism. The head of state in Umoganna was called the Commune Protectorate, and was ment to only be there to be the face and spokesperson of the government, but the last 5 Protectorates were more like dictators, today the son of Isaga Luthio (the present Protectorate) has called a meeting of the public at Victory Square, 40,000 people have turned up.
"Comrades, brothers, sisters, for to long has our government oppressed us. Today is the day when we shall rise up against them. I have contracted an army of over 90,000, who will fight for our cause ! Instead of there being a commune council there shall be an imperial senate, but a senate is weak without someone to lead it, therfore I am to be the first Emperor of Umoganna. Our nation shall no longer be called The Fedoration of Umoganna but The Imperial Confederacy of Umoganna, the old flag shall be cast away and this shall be our new one," 2 massive flags dropped down from the windows of the building behind him. "And anybody who disagrees with this should talk to these first." He clicked his fingers and 2 men on each side of the building opened 2 doors, the sound of marching could be heared from inside and then soldiers started to pour out of the building. "This is a great new age for Umoganna, may we be happy and fight for the empire!" He quickly turned around and went inside, leaving the crowd outside mesmarised at what had just happened
