An open hand goes out to all fellow nations of the world for friendship, peace and trade from The Republic Of Aleard.
All nations are invited to open diplomatic relations from this point on.

Greetings, Aleard!
The Errikan Empire would like to establish positive relations with you; perhaps open trade should be involved, as it would strengthen us both economically.

It is felt that this will be beneficial to both nations. We are largely aimed towards letting businesses "get on with it", but they have all been notified that there is a new market open to them in Errikland.
As far as diplomatic relations go, we would be happy to stay on friendly terms with your nation and would also be happy to allow embassy exchange. We can offer you a plot of land with an existing structure or land on which to build. If you supply us with details, we can further aid you in setting this up.
Yours,
George Harolds.
Minister For Foreign Affairs.

From: Hans Williams, Secretary of Foreign Relations for the Errikan Empire
We are glad to hear of this.
For embassies, we can provide you with a building in the embassy area of the Errikan capital of Sadet. The standard set up is a four story (three above ground, one below), steel reinforced concrete building, which is ready for all adjustments that you wish to make, for security, comfort, or conveniece reasons. For our embassy, we would like to build our own, in order to meet certain security requirements.
We hope that all of this is pleasing to you.

The nation of Honako has checked over your nation, and seeing as we are of a very similar style of government we would be interested in opening diplomatic relations. We would like to start by open up an embassy in Aleard and then maybe form a trade/military or plain general (a mix of both) alliance.
Please respond.

We have decided on three places in which you can build your embassy. There is a brownfield site in which we can give you a sufficient plot of land just outside of the capital. The area was recently bulldozed and requires slight levelling of the ground. The second is within the city of Epilosidos, situated 54 miles southsoutheast of the capital. You have free reign of where abouts within the city to place your embassy. The third option available to you is within the capital. This has one limitation placed upon it though. The area in which the land is located requires you to make the building period looking to fit in with the buildings around for character retainment and tourist reasons, which we hope you can understand.
We would also urge you to use a labour team from within our borders if possible. At this moment in time any money injected into the economy will mean benefits to us far greater than could be imagined.
Thank You.
Yours,
George Harolds.

Our typical embassy package is one of three places. Due to the restrictions of one place, either setting up in a suburb area of the capital or in the city of Epilosidos are two popular choices. Both will allow for use of an existing building or for construction of a new building. I will leave this choice up to you.
As far as a diplomatic alliance goes, the President would be happy to be both trading partners and also allies militarily. The President will no doubt pick this up when the time arrises.

George Harolds

From: Vetakan Foreign Affairs
The Dominion of Vetaka is always keen to develop international relationships and form lasting friendships with nations of all Political Ideologies and Systems. As a result the Dominion of Vetaka would like to formally open ties between our two nations by offering you an Embassy Exchange between our nations. We also wish to offer you a None Aggression Pact. Perhaps leading to an Alliance in the future Would this interest you?

An embassy exchange can be arranged with no problem, and we can offer you one of two places. Either the suburbs of the capital or within a city called Epilosidos are two suitable places in which to situate your embassy. An already existing building can be given to you or you can build you own.
We would request that you use Aleardian labour in building or refurbishing a new building where possible.
As far as a non-aggression pact goes, we would also be happy to arrange one. However, we would like to go further than this and arrange an alliance. If you would also wish to we can move down this road instead. Either way we would be happy to have further diplomatic ties with your nation.
Yours,
George Harolds
Minister Of Foreign Affairs.

No problem.
Why do some replies require moderator approval? A friend of mine (from RL) got a nation, and all of their attempted posts have required moderator approval (causing half hour delays).

OOC: I think it cause he has under ten posts. He may of used a word or link or something that triggered a mod preview, I read about it somewhere...

We would prefer an existing construction in the city of Epilosidos, to house around 30 staff, 12 armed guards and a Limo and a few Sedans and Jeeps; all black and bullet proof.

We have two buildings suitable for your embassy, situated on two different blocks. One is a garage area to house your vehicles, and the other is a building for fifty office workers, and other personnel. There is more than the space needed, and we think that you will find it adequate.
We have taken the liberty of placing a plaque notifying people of the buildings authority and three flag poles to the building. If you require anything else do not hesitate to ask.
Yours,
George Harolds.
