Hello to the Esteemed Countries of the World,

We, the people of Centrendom, are relatively new to the area of international diplomacy. With the grand opening of The Centre for Open Relations and Embassys (http://www.freewebs.com/centrendom/core.htm), we hope to expand our international relations with other nations. As a first step, we seek to host embassys from nations of diverse natures. We will accept any nation seeking to send an envoy to the CORE. Also, the Centre is I great place to host international summits or conferences.

For those nations seeking to establish relations through an embassy exchange, we have only a few standars we would like you to meet. If accepted, your nation will be given a plot (plots available upon request also). You can either build or we can construct a building to meet your needs [submit a picture of building you want]. Please keep the persons in an envoy at a reasonable level, preferably below 75. As for weapons and security, we are proud to offer 24/7 high-police/low-military grade level security forces. Nations may send weapons and soldiers, but please do not send small armies, because they will not be permitted to set foot in the country. Vehicles are also allowable, but also please be sensible. One helicpoter is permitted at an embassy and one private jet at the exclusive ariport. We would also like to know your ambassadors name and background.

A wish has been expressed by His Majesty, the King, for a royal Ambassador to reside in Centrendom. The Duke of Gull, who is charged with procuring ambassadors for His Majesty, King William V’s Embassy Program has told me that he has selected for this position the esteemed Sir Manassès de Carcassonne.

I have known Sir de Carcassonne for many years, and he will be a very able and loyal diplomat in service of his King. He received diplomatic experience as a courtier of the Duke.

Sir de Carcassonne will surely bring with him his private helicopter and aeroplane, as well as his family, an assistant, and a contingent of 10 of the Duke of Gull’s halberdiers. I would also be very pleased to grant your state the rights to establish an embassy in the Dominion. In the most recent meeting of the Embassy Committee, we were unable to come to a consensus on what the capital city of the Dominion is, although I would think that you should establish your embassy somewhere in the Gongheim Islands.
