From the Imperial Office of Tolvarus:

For some time, the Holy Empire of Tolvarus has been expanding its diplomatic relations with other countries, and is now ready to accept foreign embassies in exchange for the right to construct an embassy in the said country. An embassy exchange in no way ties any country into an alliance with Tolvarus, and any country may apply for an embassy regardless of government, UN status, etc.

The standard embassy is a 4 story building with a basement, helipad on roof, courtyard and garden. If you require different arrangements, that is acceptable, but any costs of the expansion of the building must be paid for by the nation requesting changes.

All Foreign Embassies are located in the diplomatic sector of Tolvar. Embassy grounds and diplomatic sector are subject to survellience, although the interior of embassies will not be monitored. The diplomatic sector also contains a detachment of Tolvarus Imperial Soldiers for the purpose of protecting all of the embassies and citizens of the Holy Empire in the sector. Finally, all embassy staff and security are granted diplomatic immunity, however, if a serious offense is committed by embassy staff or security, they will be restricted to the diplomatic sector of the city, unless they choose to return to their country of origin.

OOC: Thanks for pointing that out, I'm pretty new so I'm not really used to this sort of thing, I'll put up the standard embassy set-up in the introduction.

The Empire wishes to invite Tolvarus to establish an embassy in "Embassy Row," our new development for Embassies, seventy miles North-East of Ptolemais and a forty-five minute train ride to Parliament. We also request if it is possible to accomodate extra accomodation for ten guests.

Accepted, the Tolvarus Ambassador to Alexandrian Ptolemais will be Dr. Thomas Johnston, former Dean of the Tolvar Theological University, the standard delegation will be sent with him.

OOC: I assume that you mean accomodation for 10 guests at your embassy; that is perfectly acceptable as you will have an entire building to yourself, designed to house up to 50 people.

Short Background of Ambassador: A Belgium National, Amandine came over at age five and was ruled under the ruthless dictator at that time. She was a civil rights activist till he was over thrown and then in the 80's, at the time when people could be voted into Government, won a place on the Civil Rights Comission. She retired from that in 2006 and is looking to be an Ambassador.
