History: - Formerly the Empire of Nerotika, this state was created after a short revolution/civil war that torn apart the former Soviet Republic that was and in its place was left in control the majority popultion of Nerotikan nationals who claimed the lands as their new Empire. In an effort the discard their Imperial ways however they established a council state under a democratic rule leaving the people in control over the now long gone imperial family.

MiG-71
The USR military comprises of many different technology levels. In some cases it is very advanced and in others modern. The first step of advancments in the USR military was the production of the MiG-71 Fighter Jet which is built on a stealth system that is relativly impossible to see by radar, it has a combat system that is not effected by the planes skinny size and is able to launch 12 missiles at long ranges and keep track through a built in GPS data collector in the nose. This plane not only is able to hit targets at far greater distances that many of its competitors but is also is able to collect data and record pictures of the ground for recon duties.

Class I UAV
The second advancment in USR military technology is the employment of the Class I UAV. A small hovering UAV that is infantry carried and able to be deployed in mostly all hostile situations. The UAV followed a set track of movment and as able to keep an eye on a certain target for long lengths of time and from a single hovering position. It is able to zoom on certain targets or keep a birds eye view on the entire area. Ground infantry is able to see the enemy long before they are able to see them.

NLOS-C
The NLOS-C is being deployed all across the USR military in almost every armored division and artillary unit. This weapon is able to fire long distances and move right after, its 155mm Howitzer fires a range of 18 miles and can quickly lock up and move out to another position to fire again. This system is replacing all the mobile artillary units with accuracy and proficiancy.

X-45 J-UCAS
The "Jucas" as it is called is an unmanned combat air vehicle of which is used for bombing situations. The Jucas can be flowen out over targets and drop tis payload like any other bomber but without the hassle of the human factor, with a complete automated system payloads are dropped on target and on time every time.

Ka-50 Hokum
A powerful weapon, the USR has had many of them sence the Revolution when this helicopter was the symbol of the various military groups aide to the revolutionaries. The Ka-50 has yet to be replaced and is expected to live out its entire lifespan in the USR miltiary which will give it a extra 30 years before an entire conversion.

ICS
The Infantry Combat System, the USR's attempt at producing a combat system for the individual soldier. This system allows total communications with filters to allow only the important information to pass through. With a weapon system link up capability and what is knowen as an IDS (Infantry Detection System) the ICS is able to spot an enemy and locate its position for either a massive UAV coverage or the more common Class I UAV to go out and spot the enemy for elimination. With the IDS system a target is litarally tagged as though a giant flag were placed on its back, along with that the system tracks every position with cooridinates allowing for quicker laser targeting and GPS capable weapons to come in and finish the job.
