HAILBURG - As Leocardia's reforms its government from Communism toward the "New Way", thousands of Communist Party protesters perform multiple stunts and riots to terrorize and prevent the reforms from happening. For the past few weeks, Leocardian hostility around Hailburg, Leocardia, the capital city of Leocardia, terrorism engulfs the streets. Bombings, robberies, and even kidnappings take place in the streets forcing the Leocardian Royal Guards to aid the Hailburg Capital Police. Though, even with aid, the violence never ends.

All these terrorism is suspected to be done by the Leocardian Communist Party, which is renown for its Maoist rebel's views, as well as CCP's strageties of taking over the government. Their leader, assumed Robert Gen, is now a icon to be the most wanted suspect in the nation. With up to $400 billion dollars in reward. Though, even with posts around the country, Leocardia's Secret Police is still unable to find this fugitive.

Recently, today, Leocardian Royal Guards went under fire in a Leocardian block. Rebels crowded the streets, throwing their ammunition that pounded onto Royal Guard armor. The Guards were told to never destroy infrastructure of the capital city, and were forced to retaliate from the rebel forces. Even if it was a shameful defeat, Leocardia's governmental actions is under reforms.

HAILBURG - For weeks now, violence enraged into Leocardia's capital city. With deployed armed forced unable to control it, Leocardia's President has announced a declaration for a push to Civil War, right before another attack was committed. It was only certain this was the beginning of the violence, just daily attacks in the streets. However, it was more than just that.

The day after President Jason made his announcement, an army of rebels stood guarding the main gates of the rebel leader. It was understandable why they only permit the media to enter their territorial grounds. The rebels expressed their hate by burning the flag of Communism and collecting multiple pictures of President Jason and shooting it with their AK-47s. However, to not increase violent attacks, Leocardian National Guard were told to not go into their zone.
