The Count got two letters from Neo Jagada about the same damn thing, too. Dealing with the former nation of Kahanstan as the United Dominion doesn’t even view it as a country anymore in its current state.

One letter was from the Dominion Base-Leasing Committee, which he didn’t even knew that existed as the United Dominion didn’t paid anybody money to have their bases in Neo Jagada. Those bases were build by Dominionite hands and paid by the pockets of the Dominion.

Greetings Emperor JWolf,

By order of His Excellency Highest Minister Ronin Matsumoto, of the Monotheistic Republic of Jagada -- as of February 25th 2007, the United Dominion of The Transylvania has roughly a year (game time) to fully dismember, remove, and terminate all military bases with the Monotheistic Republic.

The reasons behind this are clear -- Transylvania has willing helped in the collapse of the country of Kahanistan, an official ally of the Monotheistic Republic. This cowardly act by the Dominion has shown us clearly that the Republic has no need for Emperor JWolf or his Dominion forces -- we do fine loosing all by ourselves, we do not need assistance in that area.

We also remind our former Dominion allies that it would be most unwise to attempt a take over or attack Jagada -- as it would result in a full-scale MAD effect, in which both the Dominion and Jagada would suffer high-scale nuclear attacks, and His Excellency assures you that the Republic has plenty of nuclear weapons.

All we demand is that you leave and never return.

Thank you.

- Dominion Base-Leasing Committee

The other one was from the new Highest Minister, which the Count thought shouldn’t even had that position.

Reports have been confirmed that the Dominion kidnapped nearly 3/4ths of the Kahanistani government and handed them over to the Doomingsland Occupation Authority. This is an act of war upon an ally of Jagada, and due that Kahanistan exists only in history now and in Haven -- we see no profit in attacking the Dominion for this action. Though we will not allow kidnappers to maintain military bases in our country.

Once more -- we demand your immediate withdrawal from our country.

- His Excellency Ronin Matsumoto

By now after reading over those two letters a few times, the Count was really pissed off at this all. Both letters have lies in them. Both letters have threats and demands in them. What really pissed him off is that this was coming from people he called allies. People that he helped rebuilt their nation after the forces of Kraven came in and destroyed their old lands. Throughout this, the count maybe said ‘bullshit’ about a hundred times.

He was going to treat this betray and pushed the nation of Neo-Jagada to the side because this is strike number three.

But he would write a letter to this Ronin about what he called pure bullshit.

TO: Ronin Matsumoto
FROM: The Count

First off, I’m going to tell this one thing about this whole matter. It is pure bullshit, my dear sir. What you are doing is a betrayal of an ally. Where were you when Kahanistan was being attacked by the Doomani and the others? Sitting on your butt, I bet. You didn’t aid your ally in this fight. The United Dominion didn’t aid Kahanistan because we’re allied with the Doomani. I don’t betray allies like what you are doing.

Now, to this bullshit about the United Dominion willing helped in the collapse of Kahanistan. How can we willing help in doing something that we weren’t a part of? The United Dominion didn’t do a thing during that war, but prepare us for an invasion from the invaders of Kahanistan. I wasn’t worried about the Doomani trying anything as the Caesar is more honorable then that.

About the kidnapping of nearly 3/4ths of the Kahanistani government. Those are lies as I didn’t kidnapped anybody. Their planes flew into my nation running from the invaders. Knowing damn well, that the United Dominion is allied with Doomingsland. I did hand them over to the Doomani after the surrender of their government, which means they are Doomani prisoners. I was planning on sending four planes to Haven to the new land of Kahanistan, but some Kahanistanians messed that up by attacking my soldiers.

So…the United Dominion didn’t help in the collapse of Kahanistan or kidnap a single person. We only handed them over to the people their government surrendered to.

The United Dominion has only helped your nation after the horrors of what those Kraven freaks have done. York trying to use them was strike one. York trying to use me and getting my people killed in Old Jagada is strike two. Strike three is what you are doing now.

This Dominion Base-Leasing Committee called me a coward for ‘helping’ in the collapse of Kahanistan. Then they threat my nation with nuclear weapons. They are the cowards in this all. You are the coward for not standing up to aid an ally in need.

Your people will riot in your streets as the United Dominion leaves Neo Jagada. I think I’m still more loved in your nation then you are. Nobody will belive your lies about me or the United Dominion because we have been pure allies to your nation even after what Kraven did to you.

So, this day will go down in history that you royally fucked up.

Now, two can play with the demanding game. First, I demand that your embassy staff to leave my nation in 24 hours. And lastly, I demand you leave Kikko Island. I want your people off of land, my people found.

Strike three, you’re out!

He pushed the send button then got to messaging the Dominion commanders in Neo-Jagada about what was happening. Most were going to be pissed about this all, Major Gabe Peace would be the most pissed off as he changed his religion after being stationed in Neo-Jagada and even started liking them.

Neo-Jagada

In the ten Dominion bases, the solders were moving to get their vehicles in the cargo planes to transport then back to the United Dominion. Many were having mixed feeling of this strange order to leave their bases. A good number wanted to go up to Ronin and beat the living hell out of him as they see him as a traitor. But they were ordered to do one thing and they were doing it.

But the Count told the commanders not to destroy any of the bases. If the Jagite want them gone, they can spend their time to take them down.

Anything that was in the base’s computer networks were copied on flash drives and then deleted for the systems. The United Dominion wouldn’t allow anything to fall in the hands of what they called now traitors.

Before Ambassador Antonia Rivera, a man that survived the destroy of Old Jagada, and Ambassador Remington Foxblade left the Dominion embassy in Jagada, their staffs did the same thing as they doing in the bases. Leaving in their armored and unarmored vehicles. The United Dominion flags were taken down and the embassy looked empty with no more people in it.

All of this would be seen to the Jagites and many had the feeling that they would be asking this question. “Why is the Dominion leaving?”

The embassy staff were heading to the Dominion Command base, The Watchful Eye. The massive convey heads out of the city and to their base.

New Christendom,
The Kyouwakoku,

The sun rose in the east, casting its early morning rays upon the city of New Christendom, capital of the Kyouwakoku. The night before had been one of great interest to His Excellency Ronin Matsumoto, the emergency session of Congress had been called at the most opportune time, right when the high-class Congressmen were enjoying their expensive dinners. The session was called to discuss the growing disconnection between the Jagites and the Dominionites. Ronin had never liked the Count, or his popularity in Jagada. He was too sporadic, too insane for the Kyouwakoku’s interests. The bases the Dominion had overlooked Jagada’s major cities – officially in their defense, but Ronin knew the day would come when the Count would decide it necessary to consume Jagada. All his rhetoric about being a loyal ally and ruling an honorable country was just that – political talk. It had in fact been a string of events which had led up to this day, the schism between Jagada and Transylvania. First and foremost were the military bases, their punitive numbers, and their positioning. Second, was perhaps the most worrying, was the establishment of the Commonwealth of the Dominion, or has some knew it the Dominion Commonwealth, which Ronin had always viewed has a long-term threat to Jagada’s interests. The third was the Count’s willingness to simply hand over the Kahanistanis to Doomingsland, weather they were ally or not. Beyond all that, Ronin didn’t even want the Dominion in Neo Jagada and neither did Congress. Again, the Count was simply an unstable factor in a critical situation.

Two guards in white coats saluted him and opened the large metal door to the ‘Situation Room’. Inside sat various generals, admirals, air marshals, and ministers of all kinds. They all rose to their feet and bowed as the door was closed behind him, he returned the bow and made his way to his leather seat. Once seated he glanced over the initial reports of moderate discontent at the Dominion’s leaving – Jagada had barley held back HailandKill and their fleet, and no doubt the Count’s presence reassured the Jagites. As he rummaged threw the various reports, with his ministers and military officials remaining in silent respect, he came across a letter from the Count in reply to his own.

Ronin rolled his eyes at the letter – typical of the Count. No subtly, nothing but blunt and too the point. Like a club. Ronin pondered on a reply, going on and on about the Count’s mistakes and the Dominion’s transgressions would simply fall upon deaf ears, when the Count made up his mind – no living man could change it. At least this was Ronin’s gut feeling. Ronin’s faced hardened has he realize what he had to say.

To: Count JWolf
From: His Excellency Ronin Matsumoto

Count JWolf, your assistance to the Republic shall always been remembered and while you may despise my people – some will always love you and your people from what they did for Jagada. The Republic thanks the United Dominion once more for its actions in the Kraven Extermination and the fair treatment of our people that fled to the United Dominion – now Dominionites instead of Jagites.

The demand that you leave our country has once has been prompted by many things. None of which matter at this point, but it is fair that you know this isn’t a sporadic, spontaneous decision to disconnect ourselves from the United Dominion. We simply no longer view you as a nation, or group of nations as you ought to be called – that we wish to associate ourselves with.

As for Kikkyo Island – if you are that shallow to uproot civilians, then so be it. We will require three to five weeks to fully move our civilians, military, and nuclear installations from the island.

May the United Dominion and the Kyouwakoku live in harmony.

Signed,
His Excellency Ronin Matsumoto
Highest Minister of the Monotheistic Kyouwakoku

Upon the completion of the letter, an aide was called in to take the letter to the Foreign Ministry – the Count would receive it shortly. Ronin looked up at the military officials and ministers and saw their mixed emotions. Some would condemn him for this, others would praise him. He sighed, and decided to avoid the subject of opinions altogether.

‘What is the status of the Dominion withdrawal?’ he asked as he began to rummage threw move papers.

‘Their already beginning to move out, some units anyway; others are taking more time as we expected,’ stated one of the ministers, Ronin didn’t lift his head to see who.

‘It will probably take them months to fully deconstruct their bases. Make sure intelligence keeps an eye on them. I don’t want the Count leaving behind gifts,’ he replied.

‘Your Excellency, the Dominionites aren’t disassembling their bases. Merely taking vital equipment from what intelligence tells us,’ said the same unknown minister.

Ronin looked up, noticing that it was the salt and pepper haired Minister of Internal Security who’d given him the report, and raised an eyebrow. The Dominion would just leave modern installations inside of Jagada for no obvious reason? Ronin was immediately suspicious; the Count had to know that he’d positioned those bases in highly strategic areas of the country. If the Military could simply take over the bases, then it would save time, cost, and manpower. Ronin opinion of the Count rose slightly, or maybe it rose slightly in the wrong sense.

‘Once the Dominionites announce they have fully left, and then check the bases for anything that they may have left behind. Dangerous or otherwise,’ he stated to the ministers before turning to the military officials, ‘Then the military may use the bases however they want.’

The Count, still pissed off, walked into his office to check his mail. Looking for a message from a Jagite or one of his lackeys. Right now, he wanted to take over Jagada to save it form this punk that was Ronin, but he didn’t want to lay his people’s lives on the line for the fact of that cowardly threat.

“That fucking coward, he shouldn’t be in charge of a nation.” said the Count out loud.

Then he picked up the latest letter from Ronin, his eyes, full of hate, moved down the letter. After reading over it a few times, he moved to write a message back to the Jagite leader.

---

TO: Ronin Matsumoto
FROM: The Count

I’m going to tell you the main reason of this. Ronin, I know when somebody doesn’t like me. Your behavior said you didn’t like me. Your first letter to me said you didn’t like me. You know what, you don’t have what it takes to lead a nation. You’re a coward for allowing some people to threaten nuclear war, if we do something that I would never to do the Jagite people.

Those people started like those Kraven freaks in their letter to me. Demanding me to fully dismember, remove, and terminate all military bases with the Monotheistic Republic. That’s like asking me to order the deaths of those soldiers.

Jagada will not last long with the United Dominion at its side. Kraven will come back and finish what it started. Your forces barley held back HailandKill and their fleet. Without the United Dominion in Neo-Jagada, you’re people will lose hope in you.

Don’t come at me calling me shallow as you did it first. Those soldiers, a good number having been at the bases after they were finished, arte being uprooted from a place that they called their second homes. Many soldiers changed their religions to fit in Neo-Jagada. My soldiers followed your nation’s laws by no having illegal things in their base a like beer and etc.

I give you a full year to clear out of Kikko island and never come back.

I’m done with your wanna be rightful ass. Have a nice life!

Count JWolf

He pushed the send button then got to messaging some other Jagite, the woman whom asked the Dominion, at the time, to become Neo-Jagada’s ally. He would read a message to Riyabuo, to deliver the bad news.

TO: Riyabuo
FROM: The Count

This is a sad day, as the United Dominion is not your ally anymore. All because of that power hungry fool in charge over there. I’m sorry to see you not in your rightful place as leader of Jagada. I hope you have a nice life and you’re welcome in the United Dominion anytime. I'll always see you as a friend and ally.

My friend, I offer you a position in the United Dominion. Unless you want to leave Neo-Jagada under Ronin’s control.

Signed,
Count JWolf
The God-Emperor of the United Dominion

He pushed the send button and got up to walk into the cold air outside. He needed to cool down and thought the air would do it faster.

Neo-Jagada

Inside the offices of Major Peace, there would be one last meeting in this room of Dominionite soldiers. He looked out at the cargo planes and transport planes being loaded and entering the air. The bases were being cleared out with anything that the United Dominion could use. Any vehicle, any weapon, anything that could be useful. So, that was everything in the base, the AAA system and other system build into the base’s castle-like walls were being taken apart and placed on cargo planes. The bases would be only skeletons of their selves, they would be bare of everything. This was a sad day.

“No, you’re not going to kill that dickhead.” said Major Gabe Peace (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Peace.jpg), still looking out at the planes and other things happening at the Watchful Eye.

“Somebody needs to do it, sir.” came Command Sergeant Major Tex Dash (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Tex.jpg) behind him, near where his desk would have been at.

“We were ordered to pack up and leave because the threat of nuclear warfare. This man isn’t a Jagite, he’s a coward.” said Peace.

He looked back at Tex, whom looked like a person that need a beer. “Tex, I know what you have gone through being stationed in these lands,” he started, “If you do anything , it will not be an official Dominion action. Understand?”

“Yes, sir.” said Tex with a smile.

“If you’re not killed and are thrown into jail, I’ll maybe sure that the Count gets the best lawyers to help you out.” said the Major. He smiled at the thought of Ronin being beating by the Blood Wolf in front of him. “No weapons.”

Tex saluted and heads out of the offices, to his waiting bike. He gave his pistol and knives to the waiting soldier then placed on his white leather jacket on. Sitting on the white bike, he placed the white full helmet on his head and fired the bike up. He moved out of the base’s gate and started his fifty mile trip to the capital, doing everything to keep the cops from having reason to pull him over.

At the same time, letters were being send to the news networks all over the nation about the United Dominion leaving Neo-Jagada and the reasons behind it. That Ronin doesn’t like the Count because he has only done what was good for Jagada. Well, it’s not the Real reason, but it would work.

Another the same time, too. Letters were being end to the Count’s Fan club members located within Jagada, telling them that he wouldn’t being coming back to do anymore shows because of Ronin’s actions. There were other things in the letter about what the Count thought was the main reason behind Ronin’s action. That he can’t be as good as the Count and help the Jagites.
