We recognize that West Africa is a relatively unknown place, even in these days of satellites and global positioning systems. With that in mind, the Expanse is quickly becoming the dominant factor in Northwestern African affairs, and would like to move into the international stage to seek relations with other nations.
In this light of diplomatic exploration, the Expanse cordially invites the German Confederation to accept the construction of an embassy for German ambassadors in the Expanse's administrative capital of Lagos, in Nigeria district. 1). The only people who would be willing to go are people in poverty, and most of those people are either of Mixed Descent or are non-European. This defeats your ad entirely.

The German Navy has announced Plan E to the Chancellor and the Chancellor has Okayed it go. The plan calls for the enlargement of the German Navy. Most of them are vessels, but other enlargements are being considered. Which will include, but it's not limited to:


2 Braunschweig class corvettes
3 Saschen class Frigates
7 U212A class Submarines (Two are already being built to replace U206s)
Finally Implementing the F125 Frigate, which will be known as the Hamburg Class. 4 to be ordered.
Enlarging the German Fleets Naval Stations.
Updating the Defense systems on all current German Vessels.


The plan is estimated to cost around 4.9 Billion to 6.8 Billion USD. Possibly More.

OOC: No problem, ships and subs cost billions of dolloars, otherwise, everyone would have an aircraft carrier fleet as big as the USN.

SIC:

The Entire German Military is being mobilized for the Han Expedition. All of the 600,000 Soldiers in the Military are to head to the nearest Military Base for operations. They will defend the Benelux at all costs. They will not let their peace-keeping operations go foul just because of some Chinese Sovereign.

In addition the German Luftwaffe is raised from Stand-By to full Alert. It has also declared that the Air-space above the Benelux to be a No-Flight Zone. The already limited number of flights from the Major Airports will be redirected to airports in the German Confederation.

The German Kriegsmarine will be on active patrols from Northern End of the North Sea to the Coasts of Germany and the Benelux. In addition, it's Submarines, those not already in operations, will patrol the area from the English Channel to the Benelux Coast.

SIC:

The German Military's Readiness has been lowered from Full Alert to Increased readiness. Some groups of soldiers have been given permission to return home, while about half of the military stays on alert. The Kriegsmarine has pulled back almost all it's ships to the German Coastline. The Luftwaffe has been pulled off Stand-by and been put on Increased Readiness like the rest of the Military.

EXTREME SIC:

The German Bundeswehr has begun developement on a lightly armored eight-wheeled fighting vehicle. It will have either a 35 mm Rheinmetall Auto-Cannon or 110 mm Rheinmetall Smoothbore Cannon for it's main armament, with a, at most, two 7.62 mm Machine Guns. Other specifics have not been researched yet, but there is a chance that some of the ideas for the Leopard 2 and 3's armor could be used for the Armor of the new LAV.

The German Confederation Reichstag Military Advisory Commitee and the Minister of War have agreed to allow the allocation of 3 Billion USD to help develope the Hellsing LAV. Krauss-Maffei Wegmann GmbH, developers of the Leopard 1, 2, 3, and the PzH 2000, have been confirmed as the contractors to develope the Hellsing. They have stated that they are allocating atleat 1.5 Billion USD as Capital for the Project, bringing the total to 4.5 Billion USD.

It has also been confirmed that the Hellsing will come in atleast 3 different Models. The MGS, Mobile Gun System, Model with a 110 Rheinmetall Cannon, the APC model with two MG3 Machine Guns operated by a Remote Weapon Station, and finally, the MCSr, Multi-Combat Support role, with limited, if any, external weapons. The MCSr Model can function as a Mobile Command Center, Armored Ambulance, and even Armored Supply Vehicle. Other models have not been confirmed although an IFV, Infrantry Fighting Vehicle, model is quite possible.
